This hotel is very clean and nice. Place is safe but a little far from other places for tourists.

The room was clean and large, nice view, friendly workers.

It is very elegant. Central location and menu of the swimming pool is very rich. The ceviche and eats 54 very tasty.

Well recommended excellent service and price quality relation.

Excellent service, comfortable and very well located in the financial area.

The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is dirty and the gym is practically not existing… the smile of the staff is not enough for check in and check out they should give more details on arrival… and the thing I hate the most in hotels is to see employees on reception talking among them and keeping a lot of people in the front desk… if you have to say something move and go to the lobby of the hotel.

Voted on Trip Advisor so they must be doing something right huh? Well, it's mostly everything… Clean, upscale, cozy, modern, good service, basically what you'd expect for a 5star boutique-ish style hotel.

We were seated and then ignored for 40 minutes. We got up a few times to politely ask for water and menus and never received them. When we got fed up and stood up to leave they argued with us and made excuses instead of offering a free drink or apologizing or doing anything at all that would have convinced us to stay. Very odd that they wouldn't care to keep a group of eight! Will not return or recommend. DIS-Graceful.

I have a day at the hotel and the truth seems to me excellent. All new and in place. The design of the spaces is first class the rooms very beautiful as is the restaurant. The gym is small pool also. The treatment of the employees is terrific and the food equally. I would not hesitate to return. Although I should clarify that it is an executive environment…

Service is spot on and room was very comfortable. Nighttime view from the 12th floor pool was beautiful.

We stayed here in early March and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located in Panama City — close to public transport if you want to travel to the tourist spots. The quality of the rooms and the level of service is high. The breakfast offered as part of the room deal was also excellent. We normally skip this as you're typically face with bad coffee and a few anaemic pastries. Not so at the Grace. The only thing that probably won't look so good after a stay here is your waistline as the food is so tasty.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast need to have more variety. It features a fitness centre, in which is located the basics (treadmills and weights) but not much more than that. How much with a very small pool and recreation area which, although not bad, could be better. The rooms are clean and nice.

A newer hotel in downtown Panama! Great place if you like peace and quiet.
