We had an excellent stay at Scuba Portobelo! It's right on the ocean, you can snorkel right off the dock. There was a nice small pool, very quiet and relaxing.

Excellent place to stay, very beautiful amd quiet place, friendly people. Cash only from our experience, little pool. No English, tours available. Can snorkel right out your front door.

Water is hot; A/C is cold; sheets are clean and comfy; views down upon the bay are wonderful; food is cheap and delicious.

I had a beautiful room with a little patio right on the beach. Plain room but very clean with a comfortable bed.
