Better than my expectations. Friendly environment great staff and the food quality is also splendid. Good place for meetings and trainings.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in last 10 years. Poorest Customer Services, slowest response, untrained staff & untidy rooms are the major reasons, although you can find many more. For little things I have to go to reception from 5th floor to Ground Floor everytime. I am highly disappointed.

the food was really nice, service and the decoration was perfect. Im coming from France and im working in hospitality, I used to visit 1*, 3* restaurants and french palaces, its my first time in Pakistan and im really positive suprised to see that high level of service! thank you.

It's a good clean hotel, being an auditor I'd recommend my fellows if they're on a budget.

Simply loved this place extraordinary service … comfy rooms and environment. And staff is very polite and nice staying here since last 4 days no complains and plus GM of this place Mr sikandar a very humble and nice human being … highly recommended.

Visited the FAMOUS sky lounge couple weeks before. Resturant looked nice, nice rooftop. They offer welcome drinks too which I will tell you the criteria at the end.
We started the food. Very small menu for a hi tea and Value of money is not good. Food was either spicy as hell or no taste at all. I liked the salad bar only. Desserts were not good too. Brownies were hard. They should work on their service too.
At the end my senior said they offer welcome drinks too. We asked the waitress and she said “Sir aap ne atay hi khana shuru kr dia tha iss lye serve nahi ki”
It is a nice place to sir but food not good.

A reasonable place to stay if you are visibg Faisalabad for couple of days. Price is good. Rooms were clean very central location.

Really good hotel for really cheap. The rooms are small but clean and the food is good.

Staff is soo coprative hotel is gud to stay at but rooms shoukd be airy with some windows open outside with a veiw or some greenry. Services are best staff behavious 10/10. Dinner at roof top is just waooooooo.

Stayed here for 3 days whilst attending a wedding. I found the hotel interior and rooms to be of a good standard with a fairly modern and simplistic design. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the level of service. Considering who this hotel belongs to 'must do better' comes to mind. The room service was hit and miss at times and the porters had a bad habit of keeping your change as a tip without asking when you ordered food and drinks to the room. You would expect a waiter to return the change and allow you to decide how much tip to give so keep loose change handy. The breakfast buffet whilst nice was missing in some items that were not replaced quickly enough so organisation is needed.

We stayed 12 nights and really enjoyed while staying in hotel. Good breakfast and excellent room service. We enjoyed delicious oriental dishes (better than restaurants) at reasonably good price. Run by good and dedicated team and we would like to stay again in future. Located in walking distance from Kohinoor City, a really shopping experience. Only downside is surrounding location within car dealers market and poor roads.
