Parking an issue, sitting in lobby difficult as limited seatibg, and food taste is definitely a challenge. In the Buffet, two boys came and took over our seats, while we had gone to pick up deserts. The layout and planning is really idiotic.

Nice ambiance and excellent services. Serena Hotel is the only high standard hotel in the town as compared to other hotels.

I think it is the best hotel to stay in Faisalabad Lahore. Very nice reception people helpfull, good and clean rooms. Good pakiatani food available in the hotel restaurant.

One of the best boutique hotels that I have ever stayed. The only missing is limited breakfast space. Rooms, atmosphere and location are perfect. I definitely recommend.

One of the Best Places for stay. Hospitality, Ambiance, Room Cleaniness, Staff Behavior, Hotel Food Quality and taste everything was on par. Room Rates are feasible for the services you get. A recommended place for your business or precious guests.

All was very nice. But executive lounge had paucity of items. Breakfast too was not up to expectations.

I am so disappointed with the hotel. Me and my daughter are leaving with diarrhea. When I asked a relative send us food the staff of the hotel denied to warm the food for us. And many times the services we called for were not delivered untill the next day when we had to call and remind them again. The carpets are stinking and few areas of the hotel needs renovation. Infact they need to renovate the whole hotel. It's an expensive hotel with 0 hospitality and 0 level of cleanliness. It's a total NO! Will upload some pictures very soon.

Rooms are great. Service is great, House keeping is awesome. Reception staff is quick and efficient. Great Location. The usual Serena Standards. Food variety is good. Not so great meeting halls. Parking can become a challenge.

The only four stared hotel at Faisalabad equipped with all facilities a hotel can offer, it's safe and secure. Rooms are average, Meeting halls are good, Restaurants are awesome as ambiance is upgraded food is cooked by experienced chefs. Parking is a big concern and need much improvement to manage the parking of cars of guests. Overall it's the best and most comfortable option to stay at Faisalabad.

If you are visiting Faisalabad then one of the elite class place in Faisalabad is Serena hotel. Very pleasant very romantic. You can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. I will not recommend food however other facilities are outstanding.

I love this place, one of the top hotel in Faisalabad. One of the 4 star hotel in Faisalabad. I use to go there just for cold coffee, like there is a cafe located in Serena, named by" RAKAPOSHI" If you are in Pakistan and go to Serena, where it is doesn't matter, and never tasted the coffee of RAKAPOSHI yet, please taste it must, I just love it, the taste, the environment, the behaviour of staff too. I love this place.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They attended to all my needs during my 4 night stand. The pool was great too. I would recommend it.

This is less of a hotel and more of a construction site. Had hammers raining down on my head at 10 AM. Despite the fact that I had an executive room. Had I known this was going to happen, I wouldn't have stayed at the Serena if they paid me too. Not to mention how so many small things in the room were either dirty or not cleaned properly. The electric kettle had dirty finger stains all over it. A very very disappointing experience. Would never recommend Serena Faislabad to anyone. Ever. Waste of money. And when I went to the reception the next morning to complain, this one guy just kinda laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

This is the only 4 Star hotel in Faisalabad and the place chosen to build such facility is awesome and surrounded by lush green parks and hundreds of trees. One can have best possible option to stay there. Their pastry shop has best possible options there.

The famous industrial hub of Pakistan Faisalabad has developed in to a modern city in the past five years. Previously just famous for its huge industrial set up has now also turned in to modern, fashionable and clean city with good give star hotels and guest houses. Clean atmosphere, develop infrastructure and new build malls add beauty and vitality to the city. A common man's faclitative gov't with basic nessecities of modern and free hospitals with almost zero load shedding and clean water makes it a smiley city. Canal road has become a modern and ultra design symbol of houses around with bustling shopping and recreation facilities. I had thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Faisalabad. To my surprise even the PIA flight was on time. I was happy to see the city development and cleaning almost every where. Must visit the shining city and Smiling faces.

Brief and delicate setup with a traditional touch in architecture. Undoubtedly the best hotel and restaurant of Faisalabad. Has boardrooms, conference and workshop halls in addition to lobby, close/open air restaurants and cafes and gift shops.

Its a good 5 star hotel with guests of every sect. Not much posh and sophisticated place.

The hotel is great and the standards are far above of what can be expected in the country. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole environment is absolutely clean. The double bed was huge, smooth and very confortable, and we were given extra mattresses and extra sets of towels for the kids at no extra costs. And since we arrived very late, we were allowed to check out in the late afternoon. The high-quality breakfast satisfies also those who dislike Pakistani food. We decided to stay in this hotel, because the price for the stay was significantly lower than what we expected first, since we know the price range of the Serena Hotels in Pakistan.

Was good before but since last couple of times it was weird. Chinese restaurant is very bad. BBQ restaurant environment was good but it is closed.

This hotel is one of the luxury hotel and managmemt and taste out standing.

Whoa and Wow! Those are the first thoughts that cross your mind as you drive past the high end (read heavy) security measures. The structure mimics that of the golden ear of Mughal subcontinental architecture with the infusion of modern day amenities and hospitality. It may be smaller than its sisters in other larger cities, but it makes up for that in its feel — which is one of serenity.

I visited this hotel and it turned out to be amazing. You are provided with every kind of facility. You can even but ANYTHING like handicrafts, clothes etc over there. It is one of the coolest place in Pakistan. I will recommend you to visit Serena. You don't have to worry about security too its completely secure and in this hotel you are provided with the parking facility and resting facility too. So why are you wasting your time just go and visit this wonderful place. ♥.
