It was very bad experience, having light, warm water issues as well. Breakfast was very average, have a lot to write but will conclude with one liner that it's every average place and it should be the last choice if you find no hotel space for accommodation.

Picture on booking portals doesn't match at all. Hotel is really in bad condition and not maintained. Not ventilation, no natural light in rooms. Will never recommend to anyone.

Very bad vibes, broken locks, bad smells, the staff tried their best to make it up for the hotels' bad condition. I had to stay for 5 nights but I left in 2.

Stayed at Magnum Inn and it was the worst experience ever. We stayed in a suite which was average at best. There were no toilet rolls or slippers in the washroom; we had to request them. The mini bar had only one bottle of frozen water, and the washroom had just one towel. Water splashed everywhere during the shower since there were no shower curtains.
We called reception around 9:15 AM to ask about breakfast timings and were told it was served until 10:30 AM, with only option for in-room service. We requested breakfast in our room to check out on time, but they kept saying it would arrive in 5 minutes. By 10:00 AM, they said only one person was in the kitchen making breakfast for everyone, and it would take 10 more minutes. By 10:30 AM, they told us someone was on the way with our breakfast, but it never came. We finally called them at 10:45 AM to say we were checking out. As we were leaving at 11:00 AM, someone showed up with a tray, but we refused as we were already late.
This has been my worst experience after traveling to over 20 countries and staying in various hotels, including Airbnbs. The reception lady was extremely rude. We paid 10, 000 PKR for this terrible service. Absolutely not recommended.

This was my first stay at this hotel. All staff was very good quick service, Room service was very good and quick. And its location near the pakeges mall amazing. My next stay will at this Hotel.

I had a stay with my family. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was very tasty and all the other service was perfect.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and I really enjoyed my stay all service was very good.

All department were very professionals and the House keepers were very cooperative I really enjoy my stay and the food was very tasty.

On the day of check-in after flying hours upon hours to arrive, I had to change my room 4 times before I was kind of comfortable. After settling into the room I went to take a shower and there were tree branches iny the drain, when I looked up there were several sticking out of a vent. Then I realize the consistent sound I heard were pigeons…. They apparently were making a nest. The water did not drain I guest it because of the consistent debris. I complained but this problem was never fixed.
The room’s furniture is very dated. There are no ironing boards in the room… don’t even request to get one… it will not be supplied.
One morning they ran out of coffee. Another time, the elevator stoped in between floors…. I can go on and on about this 2 1/2 star hotel but please trust me when I tell you this place is terrible!

New management Nut magnesium expected them to be great. I did two family functions. Management is very unscrupulous overbilling. Will not recommend them. The current management will also sell this hotel very soon.
