Pakistan Road Safety Conference September 05, 2018. This conference has been really beneficial. It's nice to hear that Traffic Safety is becoming increasingly important and is being prioritized on national level.

Its an average hotel. May be it used to be one of the finest hotel but now can't rate it more then 2 stars. Rooms are average in size, most if the fixture are pretty old, wash rooms fixtures desperately need upgrade. Hotel is quiet though, no noise. Management must look into upgrading room fixtures. Meeting halls, stay rooms, service, luxury is of good quality representing the star rating of Avari Hotel. But with the passage of time the Avari administration has failed to upgrade the hotel as of new standards and maintain the service, physical attributes associated with them. Food quality is not of hygiene calibre. The service during meals is poor as majority of time the shortage of food can be seen. Parking area and system is not organized. Mosque is not maintained as physical condition is not of good quality.

The hotel nothing like it used to be when it was Hilton. Even when it got converted into Avari it was pretty decent initially they had some of the finest restaurants like Fujiyama and Dynasty but the restaurants food quality has really deteriorated. Even the hotel itself is not properly being maintained. It used to look like a classy place once. Now they have made a cheap staircase in the lobby area. They could get away with all this when there were very limited options but now with so many options available they had better brush up their act.

Decent hotel in Hart of city. Very nice front desk and security staff. Room are old but kept in good shape. Cable service are poor. Bathroom needs to update immediately. Overall good experience.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly, the service was promt, the facilities very clean. Ordered room service one night the Pakistani dish was delicious. Ate at the Japanese Restaurant (Fujiyama), sushi and sashimi was authentic and fresh. Overall a great experience.

Food quality is not good. Room service is fine. Hotel is good. Lunch & Dinner is very bad. It seems like they are providing us the old food. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, I would say it’s a 4 star hotel when you compare it with PC Lahore for the following reasons: 1. Rooms aren’t specious 2. Toiletries aren’t of great standard 3. Limited food choices at their restaurants.

A renowned hotel in the old center of Lahore, that seems to be a little bit rusty, but still eager to compete. The service experienced is not worthwhile to mention. The area for the breakfast even though big was not able to meet the capacity of the guests. I asked for coffee along my breakfast and the server referred us to the coffee bar to buy it. Hmmm… Next day the server brought us coffee without any problems. The food was good. Bakery items nicely baked with good crunch and flavor. I loved the cheese from the cheese plate. Overall, good but nothing exciting, besides, which is why I am giving it 4 stars, was that the manager offered us to go back to the room (after check-out time), because he saw us waiting in the lobby, until my husband arrived.

Certainly one of the best hotels in Pakistan. It is a complete package for any of the occasions you are planning in the future. Everything is perfectly designed, organised and served here. Halls, meeting rooms, food, staff will give you exquisite feelings of compassion and class. Highly recommended!

Pleasure visiting there. Use to go there for conferences. Location is very accessable. Staff is supportive and attentive. Food is very good in taste. All over not a business hasty management. Try not to compete but maintain their quality of hospitality and food. I would recommend.

I have visited Avari numerous times. Never disappointed. Last I went for a university fair. Great. Loved it.

The staff at Avari are amazing, even the trainee staff Made it a pleasure visiting. The decor in some areas could do with updating, but ultimately it is pleasant enough. The food is of a good standard although if your in Lahore you might want to venture out as well during your stay, to try some of the amazing food the city has on offer.

Attended a wedding here. Hall was good but building needs an overall upgrade & makeover. Food was good too, don't know about the restaurants though.!

Last night we visited tolinton (restaurent) in avari. I was with my 3 friends. It was a foggy cool night. We were embarassed with food stuff. Quality was so poor. Ambience was good. Front desk manager was not available. Although staff was with smiles without activity n action. Mutton tikka was cheap. Gajjar halwa was looking too old. Mutton kunna could not define himself. Heaters were not standing properly. Price vs quality=zero.
I recommend food lovers should avoid to visit this.

Good location and building. The style of building fascinates those who love traditional construction. Hotel Services are good. Meals are also very good. However, toilets' drainage is not upto the mark. They should improve water flow in toilets.

Unmatchable checkin and checkouts time anywhere in the world, from 2-5min. Good service, building and overall facilities are very old but well maintained. Rooms are relatively small. Good restaurant choices for eating local or Japanese or Indian and nice BBQ setup.

Good silent place to be. Courteous staff. A 5 start hotel in heart or Lahore near State's Assembly Building, on historic Mall Road. On one side, Alhamra Cultural building, other side GPO Square ana a beautiful WAPDA house building. Chinese, Pakistani traditional and Continental restaurants offer good taste and food.

Our flight with Qatar Airline was cancelled and after many difficult hours and sleepless tiring night. Well we arrived at the hotel at 2pm checking in was smooth then we had a high tea food was tasty and their was a good range of food same at night and same with breakfast food was good maybe because it was free Room wad a normal size room window open to pool side. Hotel is very old so you can feel it in the room but it was good bed was comfortable rest of the stuff was good not extra ordinary just fine. Its a very big hotel with many restaurants many Halls and big walking parking area. It's very expensive but it's a big brand so u pay for the name.

I dont like its room of standrad level. And have much cost than the other. But its economical than other. It has non smoking rooms. If you like to smoke here you have to pay 25000 PKR extra per room. It has an open bar.

I stayed at Avari Lahore for more about 2 weeks. The experience was great. The environment, facilities (gym, pool etc. ) were excellent. In short, the facilities were as good as you would expect from any 4 star hotel around the world. The only shortcome I noticed was delay in room services or sometimes you have to remind them after half hour about what you wanted from them. Overall it was good experience. :)

A nice hotel with great service. Breakfast is pretty good as is the choice of restaurants, from local dishes and outdoor barbecue to Chinese. The rooms could do with a refurbishment. The security seems top notch. The lobby is a nice place to sit and people watch and the outside gardens have live entertainment.

Food was great but Sushi is so expensive in Lahore for no reason. I had all you can eat sushi / sushimi yesterday in Cambridge, Canada for $25 /person. I think people like to pay more so they can boast about it or the rental is very high near MM Alam. Other than that it is a great place especially if you are guest :)

Comparing to money they charged, service was not even close to any standard, but not much choices in the city, will give them one more chance this year,
