Qudrat Ullah is an angel in human form. I do not use this word lightly. No problem is too small. No issue is too big. He does not just handle matters. He takes ownership. He went beyond his duty in a way I will never forget. That kind of kindness cannot be trained. It comes from character.
Naveed brings a rare kind of calm authority. Disciplined. Polite. Precise. He makes bookings and arrangements feel effortless. When Naveed is managing things, you relax automatically because you know everything is in safe hands.
Mubashir may be known as a TikTok model, but more importantly he is a man with a pure heart and unstoppable dedication. He moves with urgency, sincerity, and pride in his work. No ego. Just service.
Alongside him is Adnan. Young, energetic, incredibly professional. I say this with evidence. Press “0” on the room phone and he is at your door in under 90 seconds. I tested it multiple times with a stopwatch. That is not ordinary service. That is commitment.
But what truly touched me?
I came here for my wife’s international testing exam. Adnan would respectfully call her “Api. ” That single word carried more culture, respect, and warmth than any scripted hospitality training ever could.
These are small details, but small details reveal big hearts.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative specially Shamsheer and Naveed they both are always welcoming. Family oriented safe, secure place to stay. Room service was awesome. Overall location and service is excellent. Would recommend my friends too. Thank you.

Very nice staff. We called them almost 10 times for water, minor things etc and they were there in less than. 5mins. Rooms were centrally heated in dec and very cozy envt. Ambiance was good and their meals were really good. Loction is ideal for shopping.

Had a wonderful stay at Panoramic hotel on Main Mall Road! The car approach to the main entrance is a bit of a hassle, but once you’re inside, everything is excellent. The staff is amazing — especially Mr. Shamsad, who was incredibly helpful in choosing the right room for our family and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
The location is great, close to Anarkali and other historic attractions, which makes it perfect if you want to explore the city. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay here. Bravo to the management and special thanks to Mr. Shamsad for the outstanding hospitality!

I recently stayed at panoramic Hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. A special mention goes to Naveed ktk at the front desk, who made the check-in process smooth, welcoming, and incredibly professional. He took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and even offered helpful local tips, which made a big difference during my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable – and Naveed did just that.
The room was clean, well-appointed, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s overall atmosphere was inviting, and every staff member I encountered was courteous and helpful.

The hotel itself may not be so great, but it is decent with a fine breakfast at an unbeatable price. More than that, the owner is very attentive and helpful for anything you might need. So I'd definitely suggest Panoramic Hotel if you are visiting Lahore.

I do not understand the bad reviews, and especially the one for solo female travellers. It's a dated review, so there might have been something and I suppose things like this can happen anytime in anyplace in these countries as I heard a similar incident at a 4-star hotel.

I had a great experience at Panoramic Hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms and showers were nice and very clean, which is something I really value in a hotel. Everything felt well-maintained, tidy, and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.
But be careful with parking plaza they try to be cheeky to get extra payment.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had an excellent experience! The staff was super cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. The washrooms were big and spotlessly clean too. One of the highlights was the complementary breakfast — a lovely addition to the stay! Plus, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is perfect. The staff were amazing, I wish I remember their names so I can list them here. Even the security guards there are next level. They open the door for you with a welcoming smile every time. The room is fine with an amazing view of mall road if you take a higher foor. Very quiet and you will sleep comfortably. A/c is ice cold. I wish they gave me more discount :) or a better breakfast. Still they deserve 5 stars. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip. Thanks to everyone ❤️

I recently stayed at Avari পানরামিছতেল Lahore and was very impressed by the excellent service at the Front Office. Mr. নাভেএদ খাত্তাক were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and quick, and were always ready to assist with any request. Their warm attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommended!

TV 'S don't work in any of the rooms Internet is also intermittent at best only works in reception. Workers have too much zidd thy want their side of the deal but cannot fulfill the other side of the deal, I'd give this hotel 4/10 considering prices charged.
Hotel is stuck at least 10 years in the past actually 15 years behind. Do I recommend no I wouldn't want to stay here ever again. International traveller. Naveed and 1 other were particularly annoying amongst staff.

Omg the rudest receptionist ever.
Our room's linen was so dirty we ended up using our own.
No dental kit in the washroom either.
I’d read the reviews before coming and yep, they were all right.
We complained about a few things, and suddenly the manager got all sweet and then had the nerve to say “do give us a nice feedback” lol.
Overall such a bad experience, def wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's quite a basic hotel but aircon is very powerful which is good when we visited in April when it was very hot. Staff is attentive and very polite. Naila the receptionist was the star! Location is near many shops too. It's tucked into an alley but always feels safe. You can also get cold drinks on the way from a small stall at the entrance of the alley.
