My recent stay at Smart Hotel was genuinely impressive, and I feel it deserves a detailed review. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms needs attention and upgradation, in-house food is avarge and super expensive, room service staff seems overburdened with limited capacity to do their assigned task, management is missing

I'm really happy with the rug cleaning service they did a great job and were affordable what I liked most is that they said if I'm not happy with the cleaning I can call them back and they'll do it

First time in Lahore, first time back in Pakistan after 12+ years living in the US. A friend recommended The Fred and I came in with zero expectations. I was wrong to.
This place is legitimately good.

This was my first time at the Fred Hotel, I had a very good experience.
The rooms are exceptionally well planned and designed, very comfortable furniture and amenities, and they are very spacious.

Rooms, location is better but service is very poor regarding management.

It is near by the renowned Hameed Lateef Hospital. The people coming from other cities with the patient need a cheaper accommodation.
