Had nice experience staying there. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is good in short every thing is quite good. Safe and sound.

I enjoy my stay at smart Hotel Lahore. Best hotel in best price. This is my first visit I recommend. Tasty and rich breakfast staff very corporative and helpful. Very nice rooms and maintain.

Worst hoteling experience ever. I had to stay there for one night and it was a terffic experience. Room service wasn't responding in time and the sound proofing in the rooms were very low. The person in the adjacent room was continuesely listening to music in full volume till 5 am in the morning. I had to call the reception about 4-5 times and asked them to stop it but they would just call the next door person and then sit idle. In the end, I have to ask the receptionist to come up to the floor and told him to make it go away otherwise I am going to handle it myself. Then they asked the person to stop the music and I fell asleep for some moments. The person in the next room was drinking as well (I have seen him because once I was leaving the room, the door was open and the bottle was clearly visible).
Again in the breakfast the service was too slow as I have asked them for the tea in the start of breakfast and once I ended up the breakfast then I have reminded them again and then after wait of 25-30 minutes from the start of breakfast till the end of breakfast, they have brought us the Tea.

WORST experience at Smart Hotel, Lahore. A man openly drinking in adjacent room played loud music from 2 am till 6 in the morning and hotel management failed to do anything about it even after complainig numerous times. Very inappropriate environment for families specially with kids.
Slowest service, small n dark rooms, average cleanliness, mediocre breakfast.
Overall subpar experience for the amount they're charging.
Would not recommend AT ALL.

I have the best experience of stays in Smart Hotel Lahore as the staffs are really cooperative, supporting and polite. Moreover, every room is clean and neat, I always felt like home while staying here.
I really recommend to all those to stay in Smart Hotel (if want to stay in a hotel) while being in Lahore either alone or with family.

The rooms may have been good once but now they are in terrible shape, smelt awful (wet dog-like) and lack all elements of comfort. The mattresses are limp and flattened. There was a fungus mark on the bedsheets. And the curtains are so horribly dirty that you wouldn't dare touch them. The washroom has all no-go signs. The toilet seat is awfully close to the sink.

Located at a nice area, Smart Hotel offers comfortable rooms and good services at reasonable prices. I liked desi food with kheer as a dessert. The staff is cooperative. One can easily visit a nearby Market for shopping. Smart hotel is good for individuals, families, and corporate people.

On my last business trip to lahore I had a chance of staying at Smart Hotel and despite my certain reservations I was impressed with their excellent service and atmosphere.
The room offered to me was clean with a fairly nice view of the surrounding area but their amenities were top-notch.
The staff was quiet cooperative especially Mr. Basit was too helpful with regards to providing all the required and necessary information about the vene of my business meeting and guided me well. After my meeting at day time I had the chance of visiting shops at liberty market and bought some gifts for the family as well. Tried some local cuisine too as everything is closeby so had no difficulty searching it online.
The breakfast was good too though I think the gym area could be little better in terms of eqipment. But my overall experience was good and I enjoyed my time at Smart Hotel and will surely visit again on my next business appointment.
