Smart Hotel

The rooms needs attention and upgradation, in-house food is avarge and super expensive, room service staff seems overburdened with limited capacity to do their assigned task, management is missing (only marketing segment seems working) by pulling business which then left unattended. Space has restricted the diversity so same old stuff everytime. Despite having a great location the management lacks innovative ideas to bring life in their setup. Its getting dull and boring with each passing day.

I had an outstanding experience there. From the management to the staff on the ground, everyone was professional, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. The services were excellent, and I would highly recommend.

Had nice experience staying there. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is good in short every thing is quite good. Safe and sound.

I enjoy my stay at smart Hotel Lahore. Best hotel in best price. This is my first visit I recommend. Tasty and rich breakfast staff very corporative and helpful. Very nice rooms and maintain.

Worst hoteling experience ever. I had to stay there for one night and it was a terffic experience. Room service wasn't responding in time and the sound proofing in the rooms were very low. The person in the adjacent room was continuesely listening to music in full volume till 5 am in the morning. I had to call the reception about 4-5 times and asked them to stop it but they would just call the next door person and then sit idle. In the end, I have to ask the receptionist to come up to the floor and told him to make it go away otherwise I am going to handle it myself. Then they asked the person to stop the music and I fell asleep for some moments. The person in the next room was drinking as well (I have seen him because once I was leaving the room, the door was open and the bottle was clearly visible).
Again in the breakfast the service was too slow as I have asked them for the tea in the start of breakfast and once I ended up the breakfast then I have reminded them again and then after wait of 25-30 minutes from the start of breakfast till the end of breakfast, they have brought us the Tea.

WORST experience at Smart Hotel, Lahore. A man openly drinking in adjacent room played loud music from 2 am till 6 in the morning and hotel management failed to do anything about it even after complainig numerous times. Very inappropriate environment for families specially with kids.
Slowest service, small n dark rooms, average cleanliness, mediocre breakfast.
Overall subpar experience for the amount they're charging.
Would not recommend AT ALL.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smart Hotel – A Perfect Blend of Comfort & Hospitality.
My recent stay at Smart Hotel was genuinely impressive, and I feel it deserves a detailed review. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms were surprisingly well-designed—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was soft, the lighting was pleasant, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping was consistent and ensured the room stayed in perfect condition throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety for different preferences. Whether someone prefers traditional items or lighter options, there was something for everyone. The dining area was clean and spacious, making the experience even better.
Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient, especially for people traveling for work or leisure. You get easy access to nearby places without any hassle.
Overall, Smart Hotel truly lives up to its name—smartly managed, customer-friendly, and dedicated to providing quality service. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-maintained place to stay. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

4th stay here.
Business trip.
Room service is good, not amazing.
Housekeeping staff always keeps the room tidy.
Its a great budget hotel in Gulberg.
The internet is bad, you need to be located right under it to make it work.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Smart Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely professional, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail in both service and cleanliness, which made the environment feel welcoming and safe.
The location is also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Smart Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, affordability, and quality service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

I’ve stayed at Smart Hotel Lahore multiple times and always had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, and the staff is professional and helpful. A reliable choice for both short and long stays in Lahore. ”

I have the best experience of stays in Smart Hotel Lahore as the staffs are really cooperative, supporting and polite. Moreover, every room is clean and neat, I always felt like home while staying here.
I really recommend to all those to stay in Smart Hotel (if want to stay in a hotel) while being in Lahore either alone or with family.

The rooms may have been good once but now they are in terrible shape, smelt awful (wet dog-like) and lack all elements of comfort. The mattresses are limp and flattened. There was a fungus mark on the bedsheets. And the curtains are so horribly dirty that you wouldn't dare touch them. The washroom has all no-go signs. The toilet seat is awfully close to the sink.

Located at a nice area, Smart Hotel offers comfortable rooms and good services at reasonable prices. I liked desi food with kheer as a dessert. The staff is cooperative. One can easily visit a nearby Market for shopping. Smart hotel is good for individuals, families, and corporate people.

Special thanks to Mr. Arshad Sb GM of smart hotel. He is very kind and humble person his services is great. Highly recommend. My stay is to good I enjoy it. Thanks to all.

I had a great experience at The Smart Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Arshad, and the location was perfect since I had liberty market right next to me. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was amazing and the fries are a must try. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The amenities, especially the breakfast buffet, exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I definitely recommend this place for family stays, especially for overseas. The staff was friendly and welcoming especially the GM of this hotel is a great person really made our stay comfortable. The rooms were pretty clean, food was great and the location of this place is really approachable.
