I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the main Nizwa souq and fort, yet it feels completely tucked away in a quiet, beautiful, and serene setting.

Amazing 5day getaway at this gem in the mountains for us and two kids.

Once again this 3* hotel offers a 5* experience. My friend's and I value the kindness of staff (Harry, Tariq, Hermatiz) and the baristas Dennis and Boyi know their coffees.

We stayed 2 nights at Intercity Nizwa. It's located next to a mall and a Lulu hypermarket, as well as some small restaurants nearby.
The hotel has ample parking.
It's a new modern hotel.

Meeting room was acceptable.
Food taste was very good, the master chef is an amazing.
Food variety need to be developed Mudassar is the best here!

I stayed in Omani Guest House for one day. The jacuzzi was unforgettable. The service was amazing, staff very helpful. It’s the best location on the souq.

Lovely accommodation in the historical centre of Nizwa. We parked our rental car about ~7mins by foot away. The room was clean and the team was really friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good too!

Comfortable hotel, with mamy service like: a varied breakfast (sweet and savory), a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge bar, a good restaurant.

An amazing hotel with a true local vibe, right in the heart of the old town. Everything is within walking distance, and you can even park a really large car on-site without any problem.

My wife and I were pleasantly impressed by how well run the Resort is. We were given a corner room 14, with easy access to glorious sunset views at the back.

I give a full 5-Star rating because the standard is really high, considering the location high up in the mountains. Staff is very kind and serviceminded, and prices are very reasonable.

Great hotel close to the high way — nice room, nice balcony.
But if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping: you have to ask for a room without that low frequent noise nearby.

My favourite stay in Oman yet! This hotel is beautiful! Set in the old town of Nizwa, surrounded by beautiful buildings and culture.

The hotel is well located with a big parking considering it’s in the old town. The service was excellent and the food was good. The view from the hotel is great.

The place is located just 20 mins away from the main town area of Jabal Al Akhdhar. Strategically located just before the entrance of this amazing mountain town.

Hotel is okay however staff are very very good and supportive.
They go beyond mile to make ur stay comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It sits right by the main gate of Nizwa’s old town, which makes it ideal for visiting the souq, the fort and the historic streets on foot.

One of the best amazing hotels in Nizwa. Their service is excellent the crew are so friendly. This hotel is so cozy and I felt home at it. In addition, the food is so delicious.

I met Asaad at the reception, a wonderful personality, who gave us a good hospitality experience. He guided us on all the tourist spots across Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar.

I'm not sure why reviews of this place are so low. We stayed for a single night a few months ago and found it perfectly serviceable. Certainly for the cost, its a great option.

This place is just charming; the rooms are clean and modern, the owner and the staff are very gentle and obliging. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent … they was minor things that needed maintenance but even though I'll give it 9/10 very good place for a romantic getaway. The owner was super kind.

I don't understand the bad reviews: the rooms are equipped with TVs and everything you need, and very clean, as are the common areas.

I stayed at the hotel in a single room for one night.

The Resort is nicely located at a wonderful location on Jabel Akhdar giving a wonderful overview of the valley and villages. The rooms are clean and well maintained and spacious as well.

You can drive up only with 4x4 and it can be a little cold in the rooms, but the personnel was nice.
