An amazing hotel with a true local vibe, right in the heart of the old town. Everything is within walking distance, and you can even park a really large car on-site without any problem.

My favourite stay in Oman yet! This hotel is beautiful! Set in the old town of Nizwa, surrounded by beautiful buildings and culture.

The hotel is well located with a big parking considering it’s in the old town. The service was excellent and the food was good. The view from the hotel is great.

We first stayed here when they had just opened n we went back after 2 yrs. Amazing place.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the main Nizwa souq and fort, yet it feels completely tucked away in a quiet, beautiful, and serene setting.

Absolutely amazing hotel and the kindest most helpful reception. We loved our stay there but the two birds kept in a small space were soooo depressing.

Wonderful restorated historical building with fantastic rooms to make you feel right at home. Originally the house of a teacher it still caries a lot of the historical meaning and charme.

We stayed 2 nights at Intercity Nizwa. It's located next to a mall and a Lulu hypermarket, as well as some small restaurants nearby.
The hotel has ample parking.
It's a new modern hotel.

Meeting room was acceptable.
Food taste was very good, the master chef is an amazing.
Food variety need to be developed Mudassar is the best here!

Amazing 5day getaway at this gem in the mountains for us and two kids.

Once again this 3* hotel offers a 5* experience. My friend's and I value the kindness of staff (Harry, Tariq, Hermatiz) and the baristas Dennis and Boyi know their coffees.

I stayed in Omani Guest House for one day. The jacuzzi was unforgettable. The service was amazing, staff very helpful. It’s the best location on the souq.

Lovely accommodation in the historical centre of Nizwa. We parked our rental car about ~7mins by foot away. The room was clean and the team was really friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good too!

The room was quite clean. Only problem for me was the bathroom, the sink and the walls had stains. Otherwise it was a beautiful experience staying at Green View Hotel.

What made the stay exceptionally great, was the service of Rakim (young man from Sti Lanka) at the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at dusitD2 Jabal Akhdar, and one of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality from Karthikeyan from the Housekeeping team.

Al Mutasm and Saleh at the adventure park were outstanding — they made the experience genuinely fun and memorable. Their professionalism and energy really stood out.

Comfortable hotel, with mamy service like: a varied breakfast (sweet and savory), a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge bar, a good restaurant.

My wife and I were pleasantly impressed by how well run the Resort is. We were given a corner room 14, with easy access to glorious sunset views at the back.

I give a full 5-Star rating because the standard is really high, considering the location high up in the mountains. Staff is very kind and serviceminded, and prices are very reasonable.

A hidden jewel nestled gently within the embrace of the village — where the soft sparkle of flowing water and the evening symphony of frogs create a rhythm of their own.

Nice play to stay! The rooms are a bit basic, but comfortable. It feels like you are in the jungle and the scenery is beautiful. There is also a beautiful walking trail that starts from the hotel.

A very nice stay right next to the Fort and close to the suq. Spacious and relaxing terrace on top.

The whole area is under revamp and construction. Unit has a lot of potential. Location is prime, 3 minutes from Nizwa fort. It is just Bed… no breakfast.

A spacious and well maintained hotel on the outskirts of Nizwa, which was more than adequate for our 3 night stay.

This lovely inn is surrounded by greenery, making you feel like you’re living in a garden. Plus, all the main attractions are just a short walk away.

This is a perfect little oasis, within easy walking distance from the nizwa fort. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. The bathroom was spotless with amenities.

Great hotel close to the high way — nice room, nice balcony.
But if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping: you have to ask for a room without that low frequent noise nearby.

This place is stunning in every sence of the word.

Rooms were clean. Attender was friendly and helpful. Facilities for cooking in the apartment were lacking. However attender helped us with some basic utensils.
