Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room in perfect location: just outside the city center, but in a quiet, green place surrounded by green bushes and birds.

In a prominent area… all places within walking distance. Rooms were nice, clean. Parking available.

The place is located just 20 mins away from the main town area of Jabal Al Akhdhar. Strategically located just before the entrance of this amazing mountain town.

Hotel is okay however staff are very very good and supportive.
They go beyond mile to make ur stay comfortable.

Enroute to Salalah we stayed here for night.
The room was spacious, big hall, nice kitchen.

Simple, spacious and clean apartments for a good price. It's located on a big strip of land with no other buildings surrounding it which is kind of funny for a hotel.
