Great hotel… perfect location.

Good location, near to centre of the city, comfortable and clear room, good kitchen, it is a very good hotel.

It’s location. It’s very near to e airport bus stop and also very centralised. Easy to get ard.
The room is very clean n nice. I must say my thanks to Katrina, who has been cleaning our room for e past 3 days we were ere. She did a wonderful
Job. Our room was always clean whenever we come back fr our short day trips. We didn’t manage to meet her. We hope e hotel management cn conmend on her efforts on behalf of us.
We will definitely come back to this hotel should we come back to Tromsø for our hols.

Great Location and Great View…

Nice beds and very welcoming staff. Internet connection was very poor so not well suited for business stays. Food was OK.

Was really nice. The bathroom is a little bit small.

Good hotel very well placed, right next to the cathedral and Main Street of Tromsø, 2 minutes walk from the port.
The kitchen has improved greatly with the arrival of a new chef.
The rooms are spacious and the view is beautiful on both sides of the building.

Our second visit to Norway, second time in a Quality hotel and again very impressed with the standard of hotel. Good city centre location, but nice and quiet. Inclusive breakfast with a wide and changing selection. Free tea and coffee 24/7 and best of all free waffles 3-5.30pm! They also offered a reasonably priced buffet for dinner. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the reception also helped us book one of the outings! The room was clean and comfortable and we'll certainly be using them again!

Tv is one of my favorite. I can view auroras from my room. Great.

Nice small and pleasant hotel. Clean and well furnished. Unfortunately very bad interior walls where you can hear and feel every door. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good and rich morning buffet. Nice view from the room to Tromsø Cathedral.

Centrally located hotel in the middle of town. Modern rooms (furniture is abit chunky and cheap) are decent. Ask for rooms with harbour views. You can catch the arctic cathedral. Includes breakfast and there’s free flow of coffee/tea all day and DIY waffles from 3-5pm daily. Good value considering how pricey Norway is. Late checkout on Sunday.

I rate the Quakity Hitel Saga highly because it is right in the centre if town, close to shopping for anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and amenities are good. Their buffet breakfast is excellent, the ataff friendly and willing to helo with info or advice you nay need, and a very nice touch was the supply of a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave the hotel early for a day tour.

We stayed for 3 wonderful nights in November and we were able to see on all 3 nights the Northern Lights from our room (on 7th floor). The room was clean and warm, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and tasty, the complimentary waffles were excellent and the staff was great. We will definitely come back for the midnight sun.

We walked in and asked for the room rate at date of check it, surprisingly that they offered a room for 3 of us at the top floor with entire sea view for two nights at the cost of about NOK 2, 300 which was reasonable. Receptionists were helpful. Room was big and nice. Compare with "Clarion Collection Hotel With", this one is much better. Both "Clarion Collection Hotel With" and "Scandic Grand Tromso" asked for NOK 200 more for "so called better view" in addition to the rate quoted by their receptionist and web page rate. Their rate was much higher. The receptionists changed their mind on the rate as they so wish. It seems a bit cheating!

Nice hotel in the city centre. Rooms are versatile and modern, and there are some amenities included such as tea and coffee. The smart TV in the room is huge, and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is ok but not extraordinary, as some products could be more fresh (bread, pancakes…). Overall a good place to stay at Tromsø.

Nice hotel. The only thing it was the slow Wi-Fi on my visit last year. But that is supposedly already fixed.

Location was excellent, service was neat, rooms were big and comfortable and the veiw was nice.

Had a room for a few nights. It was nice and the stuff is welcoming. The food is good but we only tried breakfast.

Really comfortable, and quiet even though it's right in the middle of Tromsø. The rooms were clean, and beautifully arranged. The low price evening meal on the night we arrived was very welcome. The breakfasts were substantial and lovely. The coffee and waffles freely available were very welcome after a chilly day out sightseeing, and made for a great way to chat to other people. The staff were the epitome of cheerfulness and helpfulness. Magazines in the quiet lounge, where there were candles and roses — perfect.

Very comfortable rooms and office room. I didn't enjoy the fact of the adult channels being so easy to access (and very expensive too).

Good breakfast and beds. The rooms in the new part is way nicer than the old one.
