Shame on you! Ignoring potential domestic violence! The hotel's front desk/security is non-existent so beware. An incident on another floor — a woman screaming and heavy thud — was heard from the 8th floor and when reported to the front desk, was told they couldn't do anything about it. Another employee was told not to call the police. A couple was seen 15 minutes afterwards in the lobby with the woman crying and hiding half her face. While that alone is not confirmation of that couple being the source of the suspicious sounds, there is a strong suspicion of domestic violence in the situation. When called by guests, Oslo Police apparently also ignores potential domestic violence and said that hotel security needs to handle it as it is not the police's jurisdiction. Makes zero sense, no one will do anything to even look into the suspicious situation.
Best location, clean, practical and well designed. Parking is also better than others.
