My one night stay at the Hotel Christiania Teater was superb. This is a family run hotel and they make you feel like part of the family.
The location is great! Quick walk from nationaltheatret, and very central area. The atmosphere was very cozy of the hotel, rooms are clean.
The hotel was in a terrific central location, easy 2-3 walk from the flytoget express train theatre stop. Walk really anywhere you want and tons of shops, pharmacy, 7/11 etc all within 1 block.

First of all I wanna say the staff in this hotel is so kind and friendly and try to help in every way possible.
Great hotel with the big rooms, amazing breakfast and well enough dinner lounge. Like the view we had. The only thing is good to fix — the hooks.
We are Americans and have used this hotel five times over the years. We love Norway and Oslo, as well as the several other cities in this magnificent country.

Amazing high class experience. Service is excellent.
We stayed for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 in a junior suite. The room was gorgeous. Even though there is a relatively busy street right outside, it was quiet. The beds are great.
Really loved our recent stay at the Sommerro, and I would definitely visit again when next in Oslo. My only complaint is the lack of “storage” and place to put your clothes and toiletries.

Very good hotel in the centre of Oslo. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the National theatre rail station and close to most of the tram routes. It is an older hotel in the classical style.
We enjoyed our stay here despite the hotel workers striking. Our room was spacious for Europe but the carpet needed upgrading.
My stay at Grand Hotel Oslo was absolutely exceptional and truly worthy of its historic reputation.
The hotel combines timeless elegance with modern comfort.

I loved everything about my stay at the Hotel Bristol. I arrived on Christmas Day and received a warm welcome with early access to my room. The public areas abound with Old World Charm and opulence.
Our room was great.
One could tell their interior was done by thoughtful decision making.
Room service was great. I requested and eventually got 12 more hangers to hang all the clothes.
