The hotel’s strongest asset is its excellent central location, with many of Oslo’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas within easy walking distance. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional.
However, the property itself feels noticeably dated. The rooms are worn and lack the standard one would expect from a hotel in a modern Nordic capital. A full refurbishment appears long overdue, as the current condition leaves the impression of a hotel that has seen better days.
Breakfast was another disappointment. While the selection was adequate, the quality was mediocre. The pastries were dry and overbaked, and the hot breakfast items lacked freshness and visual appeal.
