Valada Hotels & Resorts was a great stay overall. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, at least in the new building, which is where I stayed (so I can’t speak for the older section).

Perfect place, which takes very good care of its clients, with comfortable and well-kept rooms.

The environment is beautiful and clean. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are nicely arranged in class.

The new upgrade to the hotel gives it a totally new look and presents a new experience.
The new management should continue on this path and they will give their competitors a run for their money.

The road leading into the hotel needs resurfacing.
The hotel has minor plumbing issues such as only hot water comes out of the shower and cold water from the faucet.
