Looks good from outside. Inside! From my experience, badly fixed entry door & toilet's drags on ground, room corners dirty, shaking toilet seat, bad shower, balcony dirty, no remote for tv, no plug for fridge (naked wire), blanket not fresh. I believe this is an average experience.
Its a nice facility (especially from the outside view). The seating provisions in the reception is nice but many things need to be fixed and upgraded here. The architecture for the rooms are bad; it seem they weren't designed to be single rooms. Many facilities don't work well (eg. Doors, Tv, and Ac). The bedsheets aren't so nice and dirt is in the corners. Someone is not doing his/her job properly.
