Crest Hotel

Lmao, this is the worst hotel I have been to in Nigeria. There was no electricity, leaking toilets, terrible bed sheets, a bad odor, and non-working sockets. These guys had the audacity to tell me to manage. I am never going to advise my enemies to lodge here.

It was a very horrible experience which I will never advise any of my friends to go there, their management it’s very poor, their toilets are not well cleaned, their bedsheets are not clean, the rooms everything about that hotel is not good I even asked for refund because I paid for two nights but to avail, they needs new management please if not that place will become a short time place.

It was ok. The location is good The staff are helpful but the room was not good and also the water was not coming in the bathroom.

It's a comfortable place to be, with good rooms, and a water system including warm water which is good for the cold nature of Jos. The swimming pool is very nice and well-treated. They don't have large parking spaces in the inner site. They have good security, though they didn't check my car on entrance. I'd expected them to do that for optimum security. The service is very good generally, especially, the reception and room services.

Looking for a nice place to enjoy your holiday, business meeting or weekend, you can try Crest hotel.

The hotel need an overhaul on amenities and staff training. The environment is beautiful but services and rooms need to be taken care of.

Very lovely place to be, the environment is nice especially the swimming pool and the bar.

Horrible experience. Room service attendant woke me up disturbing my sleep at 2 am to deliver food that was meant for different guest/ room. Only to be awakened by noises at 6am. Guests luggage being dragged/ rolled through tiled corridor by porter while having loud conversation across the floor. Housekeeping leave nothing to be desired, bathroom is uninhabitable. Toilet is without a seat, shower curtain needs to be condemned, bucket and bath tub have not been cleaned in ages. As a matter of fact, the bath tub was wet when I checked into my room, giving me the impression that the room had be sold, and not serviced before my check-in. The linen should be burnt and replaced with new linen. The decor is outdated. Standby generator was just not turned on for 6 hours during the wee hours of the morning during a power failure. Manager not on premises, unavailable…

A hotel with superb landscapes in a well planned spacious compound, quiet, clean compound in a well secured environment. Rooms in d main building are ok, staff 👌, good cooks, but d rooms in the round building just behind d conference hall is nothing to write home about. It's actually a big minus from every good thing about Crest Hotel.

This hotel has a lovely natural scenery. Beautiful landscape and nicely cut-out rock sections that adorn the entire facility.
The rooms look beautiful with comfortable beds and bath areas. Though the room we lodged in had a water leakage issue.
Overall, their prices are really good and the services are not shabby.
For the record, they beat most other hotels in the same price range.
Perhaps you want to swim, don't bother lol.
They have a large 'dormant' pool. Lol.
I wish the management could do more.

Not up to European standards but OK for area served. Lamps in room did not work. Low wattage light overhead made room very dim. Hot Water Heater for shower only. Refrigerator was inoperable. However bed was OK.
Restaurant had issues the day we were there. Most of menu items not available. We were served one hour after ordering with a plate half full of French fries and a small portion of cold chicken. Perhaps it gets better.
