The service here is nothing to write about as my first night there was a total mess. Not enough hands at work. The receptionist on duty is even worse; she lacks a good customer-service relationship, and she is so attitudinal.
If you are so stressed and need to relax so we'll, please don't come there.

Absolutely excellent! After two hotels before this, this was the best, I tell you!
Service, rooms, environment, they really made my vacation!

I had the most terrible experience. The room was infested with roaches and mosquitoes. The service was extremely poor. I was not given tooth paste or brush! I had no bottle of water in the room. When I got a complimentary breakfast, I couldn't get a tea cup to make my tea. When I complained, I was told, I should be calling to ask for what I need. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It is evident that the establishment does not understand the fundamentals of hospitality. The rooms were infested with roaches, which was unacceptable and unhygienic.
Furthermore, the food quality was appalling. Meals were either overly salty or completely tasteless, making dining an unpleasant experience.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Significant improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

A friend recommended this hotel for when me and my family stayed a couple of nights in Ibadan.
We stayed in an Iris Double room which was fine for us with our 2 year old son. The room was clean, spacious. The price includes Wi-Fi and access to the gym and pool, but we didn't have time to explore these this time around. The power supply is 24 hours, which I guess in the current climate of fuel costs was reflected in the price but I still feel it was ok.
I slept well; the mattress was firm and pillows were soft.
The staff were polite and responsive to our needs.
Generally we were comfortable during our stay, I just dropped a star to 3 due to the following:
• two of the power plugs in our room (108, near the door) weren't working, so we had to manage one between us/swap with the kettle.
• the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly.
• the shower head was a bit rusty and the curtain base in the shower was dirty compared to the rest of the room.
• breakfast: whether you ask for it, or you don't ask it, around 7am you get a knock on the door serving you one plate of whatever the kitchen decided to cook that morning. Despite 2 adults in the room, it's just one plate of food. Thankfully it wasn't an issue for us as one of us was fasting, but just imagine, what kind of service is that?! 😂
If management can work on the above I shouldn't hesitate to give 4 or even 5 stars on my next visit.

Affordable luxury hospitality experience here. You have access to the gym & pool.

This idiots decided to fumigate while we were there with sniper. I am still sick. The pipes in the toilet are leaking. The staff are the worst, you will be talking and they will be staring as if they want to laugh but they are holding up. I sha told them that it’s wickedness for someone to invest so much and they be treating customers like that because it’s not their loss. We had to look for another hotel on 21/10/2024

Clean rooms & environment, also well situated. Service is top notch, nice breakfast too.

Very nice hotel, they are not after your money if not treating you right.

Maintance and cleaning is very important in hotel business which this beautiful hotel lacks, please if owner is reading this look into it personally otherwise you will not see all this; great location.

The Hotel has a good Ambience. Mini event centre with 100 capacity at Banquet. They also have service apartment.

Very good location, proximity to places.
Nice employees, front desk, kitchen and security have courtesy.

The hotel is located in a nice place but maintenance and cleaning are very poor.
My room had rusted, dusty shower, toilet seat/cover pulled out. This was reported to the front desk, but nothing was done.
Water was heavy cloudy.
The apartments are beautifully finished, but cleaning was almost not available until called for. When this was done, the cleaners still didn't clean all areas in the apartment.
Maintenance and housekeeping is important for every hotel.
The security staff were really nice and helpful.

My main focus is the swimming pool area, but I will say a few things about the hotel itself.  The rooms are N25, 000 and above.  The drinks are expensive, but the cost of swimming is good. I didn't get to see any of the rooms.  My friend and I were shown the video slide where among other aspects of the hotel, we could see what the rooms looked like.  The rooms looked okay.  
On Sunday afternoon, when I went, the area around the hotel was serene and the poolside was serene.  Some people were watching football by the poolside, but there was not much noise.  Even though there were no customers in the inside bar/dining room, the music there was very loud.
The pool, a trapezoid with no sides of similar length, was built to fit into the shape of the space left for it.  Speakers at the poolside were disguised as rocks.  On one side was a bar where soft drinks, alcohol, and ice cream could be bought.  On the other side of the pool were tables with chairs and a television.
I enjoyed swimming in the pool even though the pool was relatively small. It has a shallow end and a deep end, but the deep end is like 5 feet 5. I had a problem with the changing room.  The changing room was a cubicle with lockers, just one for both male and female.  They then had two showers, one male and one female.  If you want to ease yourself, you have to go to the other side of the bar to use the conveniences. Hmm.
My friend and I enjoyed ourselves there.

Honestly, it's a great place. They met my expectations! Their rooms are really nice and clean. And some of the Staff are nice (not all).
The only issue I had was with the overnight party at the bar, we could not sleep. That has to be looked into. Apart from that, it's a great place.
P. S: I have to edit this, We went again recently, and it was a lovely experience! Perfect!

It's good, especially if you are on a budget. The food ain't great though and the appliances are quite noisy.

Looking for affordable luxury rooms, Iris Gold is an excellent choice.
Excellent services, beautiful view, I loved the bed too with a 24hr electricity supply.
Best weekend so far.
