Tailgating horrible. A bit of roasted meat burnt, burnt rice, cabbage salad without any dressing, 1/4 of soda in a glass with ice for 12 dollars. Kitchen best the fritanguero of the neighborhood as the chef of the hotel European.

It is an excellent choice all in all we liked, however they should better train their staff because they leave you some earrings and some sunglasses near the swimming pool there had been more guests and by the time we left the hotel we returned in less than 30 minutes, and they were not! It is unacceptable that we lose things of their guests, they had cleaning people near the area but we cannot assume. What if it is not had more guests. It's a real shame that for something so simple (The most painful of my lenses recently we use in the pool and that only the photos remained) give this kind of bad moments. That is theft.

Too expensive for the quality they offer… and the breakfast… Jesus! Improve… it is not possible that you charge almost 100 dollars a night and you put Gallo pinto with scrambled eggs and bread… uffff and to top it up in a dish that served breakfast looks like the saucers of Rose… poor bad Breakfast.

Excellent attention and beautiful place, however it should improve the floor because it is resvaloso and many colleagues fell, and had not taken. I make that clarification. Otherwise I loved your spoon and the service provided.

I have had the opportunity of being on 2 occasions in this beautiful and cozy Hotel, the two occasions for reasons of training. Very satisfactory the two experiences. It is very hygienic, the staff very polite and friendly, the food is very rich. I highly recommend it for events such as trainings or seminars. Now it only remains to test for a weekend the pool hehehehe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that it has electrical energy saving mechanisms and that the architectural design favors the feeling of freshness in a city of such a warm climate.
The only little something to improve, the sewage system.

I went to a training recently that was developed at the Hotel, and the place was super comfortable. The pool area looked so clean and cozy. The food was very rich and the staff more than attentive. In fact I'll come for more.

Terrible and untrustworthy employees. The receptionist ordered me a taxi to San Juan del Sur for a super inflated price AFTER I told her I had a car coming, had the taxi come early and told me it was my car and when my real taxi driver came, she sent him away. All so she could get a cut of the fare. Not what you want or should get from your hotel — they should take care of you, not screw you. Since this happened, two days ago, the hotel has supported their unethical employee by telling me different, contradictory lies, via emails and Facebook. Instead of serving the customer, they support a scumbag employee. Save yourself the grief and book any other hotel in Managua. Hotel Europeo doesn't deserve your business!
