Leon Region hotels with breakfast

The room was nothing special. Just a place to crush. The included breakfast was a typical Nicaraguan breakfast, gallo pinto eggs, fried cheese and fried plantains good for a morning hit.

Really loved this hotel. From the location to the clean rooms to the spacious and comfortable common areas outside your room. Great value and friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay at Al Sole Hotel but what made the visit so special was the fantastic staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful and patient in helping us practice our (beginner — level!

Great stay in Leon! The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the Leon Cathedral. It is safe as you have to enter through a gate to access the hotel — which can be cumbersome at times.

This summer my family and I visited Leon and we stayed at this great beautiful hotel. It was very clean, beautiful decor, the restaurant food was excellent and especially the service.

This hotel is stunning but beyond that the staff are incredible, 5 star service and couldn't help enough, every single one of them, right from check in through to check out, they even look after your

The stand out feature here is the courtyard and spacious sitting area adjacent to the courtyard. The hotel was formerly a monetary.

Stayed for two nights this week. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we could have wanted/ needed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and really tasty.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Worth the fun journey, taking a cab to a boat to a horse to get there.

A bit off the beaten track so make sure you stay not only one night!

The place is small, but has everything you could want. Clean and comfortable rooms, great areas to sit outside and on the beach. The beach was beautiful, and so empty.

Great setup! Right on the beach with perfect views of the beach break that's surfable basically everyday (we were there in low season and it was perfect for intermediate).

Great location, nice rooms and a good free breakfast. Staff are friendly and speak really good English.

This hotel was one of our favorite places to stay during our time in Nicaragua. There was an English/Spanish-speaking receptionist available 24/7.

Aaki hotel was a lovely stay! the rooms were lovely, the bed and the space. Although the showers could have had better pressure. Besides that, the room was comfortable!

I did not stay at the hotel only ate in at the restaurant. The restaurant has several offerings that are authentic Austrian food like goulash.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with a very friendly welcome each time we returned. The rooms were clean and tidy and water refills were also available, which was a bonus.

This a small hotel offering essential services. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a bit small but the bed and linen were cleaned.

The hostel was great. Someone stole my last three squares of chocolate from the fridge. I don’t know who, but if you’re reading this, I hate you. Very much.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The dorm was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC kept it cool at night.

What stood out the most was the hotel’s exceptional customer service. Stephanie, one of its staff members, truly went above and beyond our every request. The hotel offers clean good — sized rooms.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Wifi was difficult to get in the rooms. They have a mango tree and you can enjoy fresh green mangoes when available.

It's super cheap therefore you can't expect much. Mattresses are not comfortable. Many mosquitoes. Outside area is fine and it's okay to stay one night. I was lucky that there weren't many people.

Biggest recommendation! The team is incredibly nice and welcoming, and the place itself is spacious, cozy, trippy, and clean. The vibe is amazing and makes it super easy to socialise and meet people.

I absolutely loved my stay. Anna is amazing and very welcoming and kind. The staff was excellent. I ordered off the menu every morning.

All spectacular and fantastic, they say. Ahhh I want to see photos of the parking lot and the owners they talk so much about are excellent hosts. When do they do promotions?

During our trip through Nicaragua, this accommodation in Las Peñitas was by far the best. We stayed there for 4 nights.

This is a very nice hotel run by a caring Spanish couple that seem to care very much about their business and guests. The AC worked well and the food was nice.

Best shower we have had in Central America! Hot water (and I mean steaming) and clean. Lovely room so much nicer than pictures. Front desk were so helpful and chatty helping us with our onward travel.

Friendly staff, great location close bus stops,. Owner/manager is friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Barca de Oro with Sandrine, and it was amazing. We feel grounded, relax and inspired. The place is amazing, near by the beach, with great food, really kind and friendly service.

Great spot for a restaurant, many tables with a view of the laguna. Large variety of vegetarian options available.

One of my favorite experiences as far as solo traveling as a female. Ariel (the owner) was so accommodating and kind and made me feel right at home.
