Cheap Hotels in Leon Region

We had a lovely stay at Al Sole Hotel but what made the visit so special was the fantastic staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful and patient in helping us practice our (beginner — level!

Great stay in Leon! The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the Leon Cathedral. It is safe as you have to enter through a gate to access the hotel — which can be cumbersome at times.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Worth the fun journey, taking a cab to a boat to a horse to get there.

A bit off the beaten track so make sure you stay not only one night!

Amazing experience at the hotel, very clean rooms, receptionist was very kind even the security guard, breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

I did not stay at the hotel only ate in at the restaurant. The restaurant has several offerings that are authentic Austrian food like goulash.

If you look for a party hostal — this is the wrong place.
A peaceful relaxed hostal with a mix of travellers of any age and Nica people.
Breakfast is included — simple but good.

Very budgetfriendly and quiet hostel. It has all you need, including breakfast and a kitchen to use.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with a very friendly welcome each time we returned. The rooms were clean and tidy and water refills were also available, which was a bonus.

Great place to stay in Leon, near the cathedral, walking distance to restaurants, market and stores. Owners are great. Would definitely be back. Safe and clean.

The hostel was great. Someone stole my last three squares of chocolate from the fridge. I don’t know who, but if you’re reading this, I hate you. Very much.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The dorm was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC kept it cool at night.

We had a great time at Ojo de Agua. The hosts were very welcoming and always helpful. We stayed in the private cabin and felt right at home.

Very nice place and super friendly people.
We were there with our campervan.
They also have a private area on the beach (10 minutes walk) where you can relax and rent a surfboard.

What stood out the most was the hotel’s exceptional customer service. Stephanie, one of its staff members, truly went above and beyond our every request. The hotel offers clean good — sized rooms.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Wifi was difficult to get in the rooms. They have a mango tree and you can enjoy fresh green mangoes when available.

Nice stay at Tapihouse. Just bring bugs spray as it's full of mosquitoes!

Great location and the best service you can get, Rafa is so helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

The place is lovely and everyone works hard to keep it clean. Great for the budget and location is wonderful.

Perfect place to stay! Everybody wants to extend his stay here, rooms are super cosy and the hostel itself is super chill.

It's super cheap therefore you can't expect much. Mattresses are not comfortable. Many mosquitoes. Outside area is fine and it's okay to stay one night. I was lucky that there weren't many people.

Biggest recommendation! The team is incredibly nice and welcoming, and the place itself is spacious, cozy, trippy, and clean. The vibe is amazing and makes it super easy to socialise and meet people.

We loved solid surf so much that we returned there a week after leaving, it's right by the sea which is the perfect location for surfing and the facilities are perfect for relaxing and the staff were

This place is truly special! There is fun surf right out front and the vibe is amazing. The manager Yesner is incredibly kind and will make sure you have everything you need.

I absolutely loved my stay. Anna is amazing and very welcoming and kind. The staff was excellent. I ordered off the menu every morning.

Great place to stay in Leon — close to loads of bars and restaurants. The complex is great — well stocked fridge, plunge pool is great (Leon is hot!

This is a quality hotel, with a good pricing. Because Léon is a very hot City, the pool is really a plus. It's also close to the center of Léon.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights. The food is tasty and they prepare it fresh. The staff is professional. They organise different activities which I recommend.

Offers a nice reprieve from the chaos of the city. Youre surrounded by beautiful plants and the sounds of birds. The rooms are basic, no hot water, very thin pillows, and worn mattresses.

Best shower we have had in Central America! Hot water (and I mean steaming) and clean. Lovely room so much nicer than pictures. Front desk were so helpful and chatty helping us with our onward travel.

Old style hotel with rustic feeling, the price was great. Furniture and the room size could be better but location fantastic, I walked to the city center in about 15 minutes. Great staff.

It’s super clean the service is super ppl r super nice & respectful. I would recommend these place to anybody & they change ur towels every day. I’m telling u it’s super clean for $39.

Nice hostel, a short 5 minute walk from the centre. It was very clean indeed, with great Wi-Fi and ample bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen.

Very beautiful garden areas, breakfast and coffee were wonderful. Sitting in the eve, looking at the garden, listening to someone playing saxophone was so peaceful!

Super cute family run hostal in the heart of Leon. Easily walk to everything. Breakfast is good. Rooms are super clean. Loved the courtyard and the cats.

Great spot for a restaurant, many tables with a view of the laguna. Large variety of vegetarian options available.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts that made us feel right at home. Good location, at walking distance from all main areas in the center.
