I was delighted with this place. The rooms are very nice, especially those in Ocean View. The atmosphere in general is very pleasant. The attention of the staff is excellent! Everyone was very, very attentive and friendly. The food is very good too. If asked, I would go again.

They do not pay attention to what the client asks for.
they are slow, lack of trained personnel.

Overall, I had a great experience with the service at Aaki hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. I will definitely stay here again in my next vacation trip to león, Nicaragua.

Very nice the place seen spectacular but they demand a minimum of consumption and do not have several things, the music do not vary I heard the same songs more than 10 times every 1 and the worst there is no shower to rinse more private.

The place is very beautiful, worth the price but they have a lousy customer service. I've never been humiliated in life like the "manager" of the place did and the worst thing is that it was because of a mistake from them. Poor service, I don't recommend it at all.

The best hotel in Las Penitas. Would totally go back and recommend it to my friends and family. Food is awesome, customer service is out of this world, and the rooms are great. The overall environment is perfect to relax and take a break from everyday life. You get personalized service with Vadnessa at the front desk and Dervin at the restaurant. I can't wait to go back. Thank you guys for helping us make our honeymoon beyond special.

It's a nice hotel. With old and rustic details. It should improve a little the attention of the waiters.

It was a great stay — pretty basic rooms — we were lucky got a room with a huge window — beach is 10 meters away from the lobby, breakfast is out of the league — so many options and you everything was fantastic, then we had pasta and fish for lunch to was tasty — wish we can come back one day and stay longer. Their pool needs more love and there is not that much to do in town — keep it in mind — but we liked it this way)

LOVED this place. Really, do not hesitate to book! We spent 4 totally amazing, relaxing days here and we can't wait to get back! The beach is a few steps away, they have a pool, and non-stop service! The staff is absolutely first class. They are friendly, accommodating, and they make you feel like no one else matters. The rooms are beautifully decorated, simple, elegant, and relaxing. There is AC in each room, for those that need it. They have an on-site restaurant and the food is fantastic. No need to go anywhere else! Breakfast is included, and they have a nice selection. Their fish tacos are to die for! They were very popular with our group, and we saw many guests who thought the same. Just as FYI, they charge dollars for the restaurant and services like massage. I would like better dessert selection, but it definitely isn't a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we needed and the staff made this one of the best vacations we've taken! They owner is a very nice, down-to-earth person with a welcoming personality. Please don't change!

Fantastic modern and stylish boutique hotel right on the beach here in Las Peñitas, a hidden gem on the North Pacific shores of Nicaragua. Accommodations here are very comfortable and well appointed, and the food here is wonderful, gourmet quality, and quite varied to suit all tastes… we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve eaten here so far. Daniel, the hotel owner, is so friendly, accommodating, and helpful; he and his staff go out of their way to make sure all of our needs are taken care of during our stay. If you ever find yourself in this part of the world, you may want to treat yourself to a stay here in this lovely and surprisingly affordable locale.

Very nice, quiet and tidy.
Comfortable rooms. Comfortable for kids, they even gave us a foldable crib, that was magnificent.
The breakfast is of international level, varied and quality food.

I booked the entire hotel for our group — which means that we had diverse needs, rooming arrangements and tastes. Everything was met. Service was great, accommodations were clean and modern and food was wonderful. This is a 5 star in Nicaragua for a very reasonable price. Pool, ocean just steps away, onsite food and drinks. Walking distance to several spots. 30 mins from León.
