They have a great environment but they need better customer service.

Great place and unmatched location. Less than a block away from parque central. Staff was nice and the hotel is clean and confortable.

As a restaurant and bar this place is great. It's beautiful, fun, the staff are great! If you are staying overnight as a guest, the rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are great. Beware. If you stay on a Friday or Saturday night, the whole place is transformed into a crowded night club with TONS of locals. Be prepared to stay up quite late, as your bed is basically a few feet from the dance floor and lots of drunk people.

I definitely have to talk about my really bad experience in this Hotel. The owner is a JERK! Sarcastic!. The way he talk is totally disrespectful!. Can’t believe people like this have a business, where have no clue at all how to treat people, and he charges us $140 for 1 night and charge us for the breakfast. Oh well I have a job where we treat people like family, and everybody is happy coming to the place I work. But this entire staff have no meaning how to give good customer service. At the end we are The one Who’s make them be in business. And once everyone knows how bad is this place. It will go down! Not deserve to be open for clients!

The most amazing food in Granada. Tried the stuffed pepper and the chicken, so good. Come during happy hour and get free bruschetta and ice cream with your meal. Drinks are also cheap.

I don’t usually use this media to rate no one. But this is very necessary. My family and I went to this Hotel last week. Which I’m so embarrassed that people like this owner own a business in Nicaragua. He is the worst experience in our vacation. If you don’t want a bad experience in your vacation. Please do not stay in this hotel. He charged $30 dollars extra for breakfast after we pay $140 dollars for just 1 night. The costumers services was extremely poor. The owner who’s is from other country thinks he can tread people with sarcasm and offense. If where new the personal was going to gave us really bad service, never ever want it to stay in the place. It Is just horrible the Hotel still open with the owner who’s is extremely despot thinking that he can do what ever he want. In a country he doesn’t belong. I highly not recommend at all!

I had a great experience at the Hotel & enjoyed the courtesy of the owners & staff. Robert Kof, one of the owners, is an entertaining gentlemen & very helpful with information about Granada. The rate was good & the breakfast was great.

Excellent place to rest, wonderful attention and very central to walk through the city.

Did not end up staying there as this people overbooked the hotel and sent us to another hotel 3 km away from the city center, after tricking us into paying directly to them claiming they are doing us a favor. This was a family trip, with children, 3 seniors one of them is disabled. It is still a nightmare cause we are trying to get our money back since we decided to make our own arrangements as we were not going to be abused by this people. Hopefully with all the bad reviews we have seen in several platforms they will go out of business soon.

Very nice place in the center of this beautiful city. We were very well received and had fun. Seguramentre we'll be back.

The location is excellent and the facilities are comfortable and well maintained.
But: 1. On the website where I made my reservation I was asked for credit card but until I arrived I was not informed that you can not pay if it is not in cash and with US dollars.
2. I was not given the change of my reservation that had been pending.
3. The comfort of the beds is better.
4. Customer service is bastaaanteably improved.
5. If you ask for a passport when registering a foreigner, it is your duty to return it! Do not wait for the customer to register their exit, change city and call you to realize that you did not deliver. I was very annoyed that the receptionist blamed me for not being the one to ask for the passport back when it was her mistake. At first I gave no option for me to recover to Managua and his only option was to hire a taxi to take me and I had to assume the cost of US $30.00! Very fresh.
If you ask me, I wouldn't even recommend it again!

It is very far from a Boutique Hotel, the attention at reception is cavalier, indifferent, of displeasure, the bathroom amenities worthy of a cheap motel, very noisy at night, the infrastructure is nice and the room is decent, the location is good, not them Interested in attending to the guests well, misleading advertising, I do not recommend.

Very nice hotel, at a perfect location, situated in a historical villa. Nice pool, breakfast, mojitos. What else you want.

Next to a club and so noisy that it's like sleeping in it. However, with earplugs I managed to have 2 good nights of sleep. 2 stars is for location and (relative) cleanliness. Don't expect any luxury though (cold water, broken lamps etc. ). All this is acceptable in Nicaragua. The unfriendly (even rude) staff and the fact that they completely ignore the extreme noise disturbance, receives zero stars! So, if location is everything and you're okay with earplugs at night, it can be okay but than still overpriced.

Owner was kind of surly. Bottom sheets didn't stay on the bed. Only 2 towels for 4 people and those towels, while smelling clean, were totally stained. The air conditioner remote was missing. They gave us one but tried to keep it. The pool was covered with little bugs and looked dirty. Wouldn't stay here again. Overall didn't feel very welcomed.

We stayed in this hotel last month we got a nice colonial type room the hotel is close to downtown with all the amenities nearby. I will give 3 stars but since Roger was such a nice person I am throwing an extra star… but listen Roger you offered me a free breakfast … but your wife la dueña… later cancelled : ( Still we enjoyed the stay Thank you.

This hotel is the worst! And the owner is a jerk that does not own up to his mistake. So you can imagine the staff is no better than him. My family and friends had booked weeks in advance. And my parents one month in advanced and when they all got there their reserved rooms were given to someone else. 5 couples had to sleep in a room for 2, and my parents were sent to sleep in the reception with no privacy and the owner still had the audacity to charge my parents the night they slept in the reception. He did nothing for my parents to fix the mistake they made. Horrible service horrible place, it only looks good on picture. Take your money elsewhere this place is such a let down and it makes Nicaraguans look bad (the owner is not even Nicaraguan he a Dutch jerk with no ownership of his mistakes)

Me and my boyfriend had a horrible experience with the hosts of this hotel. This property has some rooms in Airbnb and we booked one of them. The room supposed to be 5 star suite, but it was nothing like that: nice views, but the room was tired and dirty. I wrote a review on airbnb and the host didn't like it, so they lied about us. They made false accusations and tried to claim money from us. We never actually met this Argentina, only Robert, which l presume is the owner of the hotel, but she felt that she can say whatever she wants with no consequences and that is really upsetting. This kind of people scares me because they have no morals. My only and sincere recomendation is to stay away from this hotel. There is better hotels around run by honest people.

The good: Location. The place is central and walking distance to the park, restaurants, bars, etc. The bad: Location. Based on the above, it's VERY noisy and difficult to get to during the day, specially if you are driving/parking. The upstairs room we stayed in is right next to a bar/dance club. Sleeping, or lack there of, was equivalent to trying to sleep in a night club. Water pressure for showering? None. You are better off taking a dip in the murky pool. Towels/linens — for some reason during our stay they were out of both. When we finally got some, they were moist, I guess their dryer doesn't really dry. We were told it's because of the "humidity" in the air. In summary. If you are young, adventurous, and can sleep in a night club, have no fear and book a room. If on the other hand, you want some basic comforts like clean dry sheets and rest, avoid this place. Among other things, staying at Granada Boutique soured our vacation to Nicaragua and I wish I would have booked a different place.

Very nice Hotel with a nice owner and staff. We felt very welcome. My girlfriend was ill at this time and we have got great support.

Is not just bussines. It's about making true our dream of a new home.
