Great location — all rooms have views of the lake and it’s a few hundred metres into town.

Great position and a nice view. This is my fourth stay here and is always good. Lovely and warm. Close to everything and very quiet. Staff are very friendly and professional. Well worth the money as parking in town is a problem and they have parking which is a bonus.

Perfect view from the balcony. You can see the lke and the remarkables from here. Car park is available. Remember if u are staying for many days to buy your own toilet rolls and necesaties. It is a non serviced apartment. Overall still good location. Walking distance to th main things.

Amazing view from the room and such big clean rooms and lounge area! Very minor recommendation would be the couches in the living area could be updated but nothing to affect my stay. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Location is extremely walkable to downtown Queenstown. Lower floors can be a bit noisy with foot traffic.

Ideal location a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town and directly opposite the lake. Apartment was well featured, only downfall is no washing machine and dryer in unit. There is one of each between all of the units which is not enough.

High quality accommodation and only 4 mins walk to centre of Queenstown.

The view was tops. For the price you cannot go wrong. Stay here, fly your drone from a balcony.

We stayed here for one night in late December. Beautiful facility in an excellent location. We had a sweeping view of the lake. Our apartment had a nice kitchen and comfy living and sleeping spaces. Could have easily spent more time here. Easy walk to all the city center attractions.

We stayed in the penthouse, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. It was a very well maintained unit and is situated in prime location and we could walk around to reach anywhere and everywhere in Queenstown. Highly recommended. Although one thing we noted was the lack of air conditioning, since we stayed in waterfront during summer and since we had the penthouse unit, our room was fairly hot during the day.

Thomas' had lots of bad reviews and that's because it had been run into the ground. The young people who have taken it over. Shaun and Nadine Kelly, brother and sister act and working must be distraught to still read the horrific reviews that you continue to publiush when none of them relate to what is now a fantastic place to stay. They have restored 'the love'. Can you assist by getting your data base up to date?

Don't ever consider to stay there! I paid $357 for one night of Lakeview and 2 nights for $109 for a economy triple. We ended up at multishare bed room with no tea and coffee facilities, no electric blanket etc. The multishare bed room was $25 per bed, total $75 only. So they should have refunded me $68 in total. The day I checked out that I realised that I was located to a wrong room. I think because the staff dislikes me, she purposely arranged the accommodation.
