Nice apartment close enough to town that you can walk if it’s a nice day, balcony had a good view of the gondola.

We have travelled New Zealand a lot and this is the first time staying at this place. I highly recommend to stay away. There are loads of other, better options. Reception closes earlier than advertised. The after hours emergency phone doesn’t get answered. And the “serviced” room cleaning leaves dirty dishes in the sink. Even with all the windows closed you can hear every noise from other rooms and outside. This place need to have money spent on a major upgrade on the dated and worn fitout to make it even pass as accommodation.

The location is superb in the heart of the main city. There is Kitchenette in rooms which is a great thing. They provide a milk bottle on arrival. Breakfast is paid.

Great place to say, really close to the main town (only a 3 minute walk) and the rooms are newly renovated! Would definitely recommend.

Loved it, clean tidy accommodation, very well maintained and well priced. Maybe a little old. But great convenient location. Absolutely worth it.

Clean, tidy, central. Really impressed with this place. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, so I let them know and the changed it! Really can't complain about that! Well-equipped rooms, and warm. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the lodge is perfect with only a few minutes walk to the town centre. Great facilities and service as well. Will be coming back.

The motel provides a good solid standard of accommodation at a reasonable price. I found the front of house staff excellent.

Only 5 mins walk to the town centre via a pathway behind the lodge. Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Very warm 2 bedroom unit. Strong Wifi. Clean rooms. Will stay again.

Very good reception. Beautiful studio and very large, it is located near the road but it is not a problem because well insulated.

Close to town is a big plus. Rooms are nice but quite dated. Limit utensils and cooking equipment provided and the internet is heavily censored.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk to the town center. The room I stay was spacious and quiet. But the room facility is old and need renovation.

Great bed. Great quiet room. Easy walk to botanical gardens, town and harbour.

Our room was clean and spacious with seperate bedroom. Older but comfortable. No air conditioner here and was very hot on first night even with windows open. Very noisy. Asked reception and got a fan for our second night which was noisy but meant we could sleep. Shower drain wasn't working properly either notified reception. On the plus side only a short hilly walk into the town.

We found the apartment very comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything required. The location is great to explore Queenstown. Good friendly service and helpful. Definetly recommended.

I stayed here at the lodge for 6 nights from 24/12/17 to 30 12/17 with two buddies. Was served and looked after really well by the receptionist there — Carly. She was so welcoming and helpful from the day we got there and ensured we were always looked after in terms of our accomodation, always went out of her way to go above and beyond to meet our needs. She was very friendly and always recommended us places to go too and ultimately provided an excellent customer service. She deserves a recognition for her efforts. Although, the cooking pans were not great quality which was hard to cook as everything got stuck on it. I would suggest getting non stick cooking ware. Overall our accomodation was great. It was about a 5-10min walk to town, perfect location and close to everything with great views of the mountains. Dvd rental and milk were complimentary which was very convenient.

My partner and I stayed here for three nights in July, it was absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and cosy, lots of room and the view was wonderful aswell. Yeah the furniture isn’t as modern as other places, but the bed is super comfy and the room is so warm during the winter. The location is perfect 5-10min walk from the town centre, bus stop right outside for us when we went skiing. Could not fault it, would definitely love to come back.

Ok desperate need of updating putting a flat screen in a room does not compensate the peeling paint and 1970 bathroom.

Really good rooms. Well equipped and well kept — ours had a perfect view of the Remarkable. Efficient and friendly reception. A 5 minute downhill walk to the centre of Queenstown.

We stayed here for 1 night in the 6 bed dorm, it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Would recommend it for families.

Just 10 minutes to Fus to the centre.

Blown away by size on comfortability of rooms, plenty of space, close to town to make walking a breeze, ample parking, good Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic place stayed there in Feb 2016 great size rooms very clean had everything you need. The beds were fantastic location was great. Was the best place we stayed in all of our 5 weeks of traveling from the south to the north. Will defo return.

Great sized bed room, but bathing is a little pokey, but close to town and friendly staff.

Close to town, friendly welcome and a great garden filled with treasures.
