The rooms were, large spotless and well thought out. The owner offered to drop us at the cricket which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Hamitlon.

A fantastic place to stay. It is attractively designed and has been fitted out to a very high standard. Congrats to the management and also the cleaning staff who keep the units impeccably clean. The delightful breakfast and being able to watch the World Cup rugby games (via Spark Pass) in the unit was an unexpected bonus. Thankyou for an enjoyable relaxing stay.

I have been staying in this hotel twice a month for more than a year now and I must say they have impeccable rooms and service! The owner Graeme, and the staff are very professional and down to earth people. The rooms are noiseless with their double glaze window and the compound is just really peaceful. I would recommend Argent motor lodge every time! 11/10 :)

I would recommend argent motor lodge to everyone. They were so helpful I asked for ground floor because my husband was getting op on his eye so didn't want to have to go up stairs so they upgraded us to 1 bedroom so on ground floor. Then Greame offered to drop us off at hospital in the morning for husbands op. He dropped us off at door and said just ring for lift back to room and we did. Once back at motel he offered to help us back to room and said of we need anything like extra pillows just to ask. We ordered breakfast and it was the best breakfast so much healthy food. Have booked again next week for next hospital appointment. Have not 1 bad word about Argent motor lodge and the team that run it. I would like to thank them for making a stressful time that little bit less stressful.

Good place on a busy road, not particularly ideal for me, but for thoes who can sleep in a noise environment, it's a great place to go, convenient location for hospital goers.

Found the personal touch by Graeme greeting us and the heat pump turned on before we arrived. Clean room, spacious and all the staff that work there are so friendly. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Motor Lodge units were lovely. Beds comfortable couldn't fault them. Found the road noise very loud we were in the unit close to the road. Only complaint though very reasonable price for the quality.

I like the clean and bright room. Nice service and free baby court. The owner is nice and can provide useful information.

Management (especially Graham) were amazing. My father-in-law ending up in hospital while on holiday so 4 family members drove to Hamilton, booked a motel for 1 night late in the evening. We didn't know how long we would need to stay, but they went out of their way to book us on a day by day basis. We ended up staying a few nights. Great staff, excellent service, and literally right by the hospital.

Very clean rooms and wonderful kind ladies who do the housekeeping. The gentlemen at the desk are also very helpful and always go out of their way to ensure your convenience. 10/10

Nicest 'Motel' I've ever stayed in. Friendly accommodating staff!

We stayed for business and the rooms were great. We had plenty of workspace and it was very comfortable. We got two rooms to accommodate the staff, and I appreciated that our rooms were adjoined via a private hallway, so we could come and go without having to go outside, and I think it provided a great level of noise buffering from outside passersby. We had to get up at 5am, so we needed and early night, so this was mint. We have decided that this place is our new business base when we have to work in Hamilton.

Beautiful spacious rooms, some of which are accessible to disabled people. Staff is friendly. Parking is available. Highly recommended.

Love this place. Lovely clean decor and the owners are so helpful and friendly as are the staff. Just a stone throw away from Waikato Hospital. I personally wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Beautiful rooms, clean and tidy, extremely helpful and friendly staff at the desk (this was my family's first time in Hamilton and I asked questions about our surroundings and the staff was very help and gave useful info) the kids loved the place too. I would personal recommend Argent Motor Lodge. I rate this place a 10/10.

WOW, just WOW, it was beautiful, clean and tidy, the man at the desk was super friendly and so helpful. The bed was like clouds, amazing! I had my children with me, and my nana and we were all made to feel so welcome while going through a tough time at the hopsital. Highly recommend the Argent to anyone visiting Hamilton A++++++

Just walked in to ask for a room during our trip towards south, but the owner was so kind enough to offer us a fantastic room with every equipment and facility we need, linens and everything in impeccable condition. The laundry was also clean. 3 mins to Pac'n Save. We are having a wonderful stay here. Definitely the must-be-stayed accommodation when you ever come to Hamilton. かつて宿泊した施設で一番でした。ホテルのグレードよりもはるかに上です。お勧めします！

Our whole family stayed at the Argent motor lodge while our mother was in her final days at Waikato hospital. The place is spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Graham, the owner/manager went well out of his way to assist us, ensuring we had rooms to fit us all in at short notice, accommodated our many requests, and just generally did everything he could to make our lives easy during an exceptionally difficult time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Argent motor lodge is so much more than expected. The entire property is immaculate both inside and out. I had seen the photos of the lodge online and they are so accurate in reality. Daily cleaning service by very friendly and efficient staff. The hosts are amazing and are always available and willing and able to help with any request. Comfortable high quality beds and linen, each room is private and quiet and despite being in a busy/high traffic area — we could not hear a sound once in the comforts of our room. Highly recommend to all.

Argent Motor Lodge is without a shadow of a doubt the best hotel we've ever stayed in. This isn't a contest but we've stayed at some very ritzy places over the years, and this place was an absolute delight that far exceeded my expectations and was better than our stays in renown 5 star hotels. With the spacious rooms, connected units, spa-like bathroom, full kitchen (sink, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave etc. ) and access to plenty within 5 minutes or so of the hotel, you have everything you need for an enjoyable extended stay. Furthermore, its perfectly situated as the core top tourist attractions are all less than 2 hours away. We can faithfully say that Argent Motor Lodge promises a great stay, and they over deliver hand over fist.

Super comfortable accommodation! Very hospitable and helpful staff. Close to the hospital. Nothing too much trouble. Order in food options amazing. Would recommend very highly.

We stayed for one night and I can't recommend this motel enough! They allowed us an early check in, late check out and provided extra milk! My mum had an operations that day and the motel is located very close to the hospital. The owners made me feel welcome and eased the stress of the day. The room was very clean and modern and the beds very comfortable.

Stayed here at the Argent Motor Lodge as it was the closest accomodation to Waikato Hospital. I would have to say that Clare and Richard were by far the friendliest and most helpful hosts I've ever come across. I really liked the modern interior and the overall layout of the room. I would definitely recommend this place to work colleagues, family and friends. Thank you Clare and Richard for your hospitable service :).

The Argent is really a home away from home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hamilton. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are better than a five star hotel. Booking the corporate rate includes breakfast. It is just a short walk to the hospital so very handy if that is why you are in Hamilton. It is only a 10 — 15 minute walk to the restaurant end of the city and a shorter walk to the river and the lake for an after work stroll/run. I would definitely recommend staying.

We had a wonderful stay at Argent Motor Lodge. Hosts were very friendly, and organised a taxi for us the next morning, confirmed with us also. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, they even stayed up to help us with laundry as we were leaving the next morning. We stayed in a studio type room (room 10). The room was extremely clean and very spacious, had a great night's sleep, no noise. Everything in the room was just organised perfectly. We even had a hot water bottle provided, really, it was just the extra thought that went into the rooms that made it excellent. Highly recommend. The host also gave us a bottle of wine as we were on our honeymoon, certainly not expected, but so nice.

Hands-down one of the best places I've stayed. Clare is a warm, welcoming and helpful host who instantly makes you feel like an old friend. The rooms are impeccable and clean. Possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in. This will be our preferred accommodation option when we visit Hamilton and I will happily recommend to others. Thank you.
