Close to where our training center is. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Good bed, had a great night sleep. Host are friendly and helpful.

Great place, bed was so comfortable. Very clean and tidy, with lovely friendly staff!

Rooms dirty were so in clean not checked dead flies under wee tables old for under single beds no nice.

Room upstairs was nice but it was really loud. Could always hear people walking and talking at all hours. The ground floor 2 to 3 bedroom units are amazing though. Really modern and comfy. Great for families.

The accommodation was of a reasonable standard, but the kitchen was dirty and the oven was absolutely filthy. We borrowed a DVD and the guy on reception was great in that he came and hooked it up for us, and was really helpful. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Unit in disrepair with table legs damaged, glass top also. Bathroom hand towel holder damaged and dirty stain on skirting board. Shower dome makes for sauna while showering. Good size TV and comfortable bed.

Fantastic place to stay! Nice, spacious, clean/tidy and quiet. Beds are super comfortable and room had pretty good water pressure. Management are helpful and friendly. 10 minutes to get to The Base and 5 minutes from Hamilton CBD, making it a great location. Really appreciated that there's gym to use as well. Will book again for our next Hamilton trip.

Not what we expected. Pictures on site paints a slightly different idea. Took the room with spa bath for which we had to pay NZD10 extra… After running the bath I noticed hair in 1 of the jets before getting in. Pulled it and a whole ball of hair that clogged the jet came out. This is beyond disgusting. Bits and pieces and someone else's hair floating all over. Wasted a whole bathtub of water and had to shower instead…

Lovely spacious room. Bathroom is amazing n got little spa bath. Room also got small kitchen so altogether everything is available. Loved it.

I would rate it as average motel, 2.5/5, room was clean. But the window blinds on the bathroom ceiling was dirty and looked like mold, which should be immediately addressed. The walls are super thin. Has kitchen and utensils. Hotel provided a small bottle of milk. Beds were average. Parking was parallel for us but was fine.

Cozy, tidy place and all the staff that my family and I interacted with were curtious, pleasant and professional.

Beautiful! The family room we stayed in was perfect, what you see is what you get plus more re: room — clean, comfy, spacious and modern. Then the staff are wonderful too, the guy I dealt with on arrival was awesome and friendly along with the female staff member on departure. Awesome work guys. Can’t wait to book in again next time we are around.

The floor hadn't been mopped, there were either fleas or sandflies and there were hairs under the pillows. Kinda gross. Probably wouldn't go back.

This is a motel that looks exactly like it photos it's pristine clean and pool is wonderful, staff are very friendly and helpful highly recommend.

Great service and overall experience. Had a room with a spa bath — definitely worth the extra cost. Breakfast to the room was well priced, on time and incredibly tasty. Would and will return to stay here again.

It looked like the place was recently renovated. Couple if issues here and there but no major, like the ironing board that was broken and the unopened milk in the fridge that was past due date which I presume was left from the previous tenant. The staff were great and very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay immensely our room was well appointed and spacious (family room) and the staff were beyond fabulous oh and breakfast perfect has the added benefit of being literally 5mins walk from FMG stadium. Thank you we will be back next season.

This motel if I could give it 1000 stars I would we had unit 10 and it's a home away from home. Everything we need is here great set up. We will stay here again next time we stay in hamilton Close to super markets and bus stop close. One very very happy family.

One of the cleanest, warm and inviting places we've stayed and the staff were awesome. Good parking and close to shops. We'll be back for sure.

Amazing value when you consider how modern the rooms are and how professional the staff were. Neat and tidy, very well organised reception — which sets the tone very well upon arrival. Plenty of carparks, we had 2 for our room.

I've been here three or four times now and I am never disappointed. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is handy and easy to navigate around. Spa baths are delicious. Previously had rated 5 stars, however the man behind the counter during our last visit was less than friendly.

Nice place, good location. However our unit was pretty dirty and we weren't given milk and had to run to the supermarket first thing to get some.

Wonderful stay at this lovely place, would come back in a heart beat.

Thought it was a bit wierd how the english manager took a cleaner into a vacant room and for around 15mins today? does he do that with all his cleaners?

Our family stayed here while we were down in Hamilton for my brother's wedding. Such and awesome place to stay. Friendly staff and excellent service. So convenient. The kids loved the pool! will definitely be staying here again.

Room was great! Spacious enough and well kept. Fixtures and furniture are modern and new. Everything was clean in general and staff are friendly and helpful. Price was more than fair, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room, and really enjoyed the cooked breakfast. About 30 minutes walk from Hamilton central. Would definitely stay here again.
