My daughter and I have stayed the last 5 nights at B K Motel. Maree and Grant were amazing hosts. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recomend this motel, a must to stay at if your looking for top accomodation in Hamilton. 10/10

Booked for Dad and my Niece. Nigel was really helpful and made the process really easy and simple. Dad really enjoyed his stay the first time there, so rebooked him with an upgrade. Thank you for making my dad's stay so comfortable, specially through these difficult times.

Good clean rooms very secure as you have you have to go on the main entrance to get to the room.

Amazing value for money, everything was immaculate. From check in to check out would highly recommend this motel. Location was perfect also.

Had a wonderful stay to celebrate with my partner our 30th anniversary. Our room was in Excellent condition. Close to the Hospital, city in 5mins. Definitely recommend and come back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nigel and Mel are wonderful hosts, I had to unexpectedly return to the motel twice and both times they found me a room and a great rate. They gave me advice and where to eat and go. Tolkien fans will be able to have a wonderful chat with Mel, history buffs could find themselves lost in a conversation with Nigel. The rooms are immaculate, beds are large and comfortable, I even fell asleep in a lazy boy chair one night. I will absolutely be staying there next time I visit Hamilton.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Very accommodating with booking. Very convenient to the hospital, a short walk which saves the hassle of hospital car parking. I’ll be booking here on my next stay in Hamilton. Very helpful and friendly motel managers.

Having originally booked into a neighboring motel only to arrive at check in and be told they had double booked us we ended up at BK's. Im SO GLAD we stayed here, from very first arrival Mel and Nigel were extremely welcoming, helpful and caring. The room was impeccably cleaned, had a good layout and was nice and quiet (which my husband needed after a day spent in hospital having treatment), not to mention an amazing spa bath and generously sized king bed! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone esp those needing close proximity to the hospital. This will definately be our stop for further stays! Thanks Mel and Nigel :-)

Really impressed with this property. Met all our expectations. Although it is on a husband road there is no road noise in the room.

Brilliant, value, friendly, cleanliness, functionality. Sky, armchairs! coffee and plunger, spa bath, king bed bedside reading lights, you cant want for more. $150 brilliant. Thanks so much.

I stayed there a few weeks ago when son was in the hospital it was lovely and clean Mel & Nigel were charming hosts and had a nice meal also next morning breakfast, This is one of the best hotels I have used in along time.

It's awesome! Friendly, new clean room, comfortable chair bed, large bathtub, and kitchen, unfortunately, a small part of the downtown area but I like it very much.

The hosts are very nice. The room is clean and good. Enjoy wonderful stay at here.

On my recent stay at your motel while my husband was in hospital I was very grateful for the support my family and I received in organising suitable rooms at short notice and for the friendlyness and kindness shown by Jose. Would definitely recommend this Motel.

I had no intention of staying here but after a missed email meant I didn't have a room nearby I popped in to enquire. Im so pleased I did. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms of a high standard and better yet I got a room with a spa bath. They offer reduced rates for those visiting the nearby hospital which meant the room was only $2 more expensive than my original booking nearby even though I upgraded. The room was clean and new, with an enormous bed, two very comfy arm chairs, a small tidy kitchenette and a balcony. After spending hours at the hospital B&Ks was a wonderful place to return to to unwind. I have no desire to come back to Hamilton and sit at a bedside in Waikato hospital. But if I do I will be found in my spa bath, with a wine, at B&Ks after visiting hours finish.

Looks are definitely deceiving! Inside these rooms are clean and seem to be freshly renovated. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Ample parking, good location. Cannot fault at all. Would highly recommend.

Clean and modern. Not really walking distance to the restaurants in town though, but still good value. I would stay here again.

Very clean and tidy. Surprise was the special rates for those with patients at the nearby hospital.

We recently stayed here after no luck in Auckland after Adele concert. Place is very new, clean, tidy and well set up.
Managers were so lovely to deal with and very welcoming. It was so worth the drive back to a nice warm comfy room.
Highly recommend and we will return for sure :)

Place is clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is a little slippery and during summer, you might find some bugs in the room.

Comfy, clean room and great service! Too bad our rooms are facing walls only.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our airline (Qantas) lost our bags, but the owners were great about communicating with the airline AMD letting us know when our luggage was returned. Rooms were clean and well stocked, and it's a 2 minute drive from the heart of Hamilton.

Clean … comfy… quiet… accessible… awesum staff and continental brekky and recommended in house delivery menus. Would return and recommend. Even ashtrays for the smoker. Thoughtful.

Outstanding hospitality! I was very upset and flustered about some news at the hospital around the corner and Mel was very comforting, patient and kind in her manner. Thanks Mel and Nigel for making a very challenging time more bearable.

Couldn't have been more welcomed. Totally wowed after walking in to the room/suite after a very long day, pure luxury. It's modern it's super comfortable with beautiful furnishings very clean, couldn't ask for more, I would pick this place over any hotel!
