Clean, tidy, reasonably priced with spa bath and full cooking facilities. Good for family visit on a budget. Old established motel nicely modernized.

Quiet and comfortable. One street back from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Minimalist, breakfast, brought in the evening, tasteless.

Fantastic service! we turned up unanounced at 4pm, were placed in their last available room and were treated like royalty.

Nous avons eu un bon séjour. L'hôtel était très propre, et les employés étaient très gentils. La chambre était un peu petite, mais la salle de bain était de bonne taille. Un peu cher considérant que d'autres hôtel offrent des chambres comparable et incluent le petit déjeuner. Autrement, c'était très sympa.

Large TV and great bed. Perfect for a cheap nights rest, 10 minutes walk from main shopping area too.

Its an average place. Small room with en suite. No place to place your luggage especailly if you are only spending a couple of nights as you don't want to unpack your whole suitcase into the big wardrobe.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. They had some great recommendations of local area activities, including the farmer's markets.

This was an absolute find in Napier. Great price for 2 nites Could not fault this place at all. Lovely people to check us in. Fabulous place to stay. Loved it — thank you.

Stayed at the Bella Vista for one night and it was excellent value. Although the room was small, it was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed. It's also handily placed for most of what Napier has to offer.

Stayed at the Bella Vista in Napia for 2 nights in the cheapest double room on offer. It by far exceeded all expectations and was without doubt the best motel we had stayed at during our 3 weeks in NZ. Very friendly owners, room had everything you needed and was cleaned daily. Pictures on the website do not do it justice at all. Highly recomended.
