Stayed 2 nights. Clean comfortable room. Clean beds. Friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent. Very clean and tidy rooms. Due to my temporary disability that the owners weren't aware of, on arrival they moved us to a more suitable room on the ground floor with a walk in shower. It was greatly appreciated.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay. When the owner saw that I was on crutches he arranged a different room, so that it was easier for me to use the shower. Most pleasant and co operative. We will definately stay here again.

Very kind and Helpfull Clean room And quiet.

It was a nice room, the shower pressure was great, however I'm a bit short so it was pretty much in my face. The kitchenette was quite small but overall the room was everything we needed. The sky and Wi-Fi were really nice extras, as well as free parking right outside.

The staff are super friendly and help full. We had a bad flight flying in to Auckland. And trouble getting our car. But the kind and friendly staff made us feel very well come. As we walked off the street to find a place to stay as we did not feel like the 3 hour drive a head of us. Thanks guys. Building is old. But much loved and pride put into it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I spent 3 weeks here at the Epsom motel and apart from the first day, it didn't feel like a motel at all! It felt like home. That's all thanks to the amazing owners and staff, who were always polite, well mannered, organized and were always happy to stop for a chat. My room was cleaned daily, the coffee, sugar etc was always topped up, fresh towels and flannels, the whole 9! Loved that the rooms have air conditioning and sky tv! Would happily stay here again! Thank you to everyone at the Epsom motel! Would rather the Epsom over a "fancy" hotel any day!. (Rooms and layout may vary)

Awesome place to stay everything you need is in walking distance plus the staff are very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Very unhappy! I have called to change my reservation and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude to me. If the motel doesn't want to have any alterations, they should change their policy which say you can cancel or change your reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in with no charge. I was going to stay one night there, but not staying at all and never will recommend this place!

Stayed here for 3 nights while working in Auckland. Was a very comfortable stay. Room was very clean and well cared for being a slightly older hotel. Manager was a champion and made us feel welcome. Shower is so strong it pretty much gives you a massage. Big TV in the lounge and one in the bedroom as well. Right over the road from Alexandra Park with 2 good restaurants. Would stay again.

Well appointed for a motel. Mini fridge, microwave, eating utensils etc. Friendly and helpful manager. Excellent water pressure in shower. Recommended.

Very dated, no smoke detector, concrete block walls broken plug covers, ancient microwave rusting inside. But the owners are very friendly and helpful and the shower pressure was excellent!

Loved our stay! And will love it again in June. Lawrence you sound like a trouble making liar and same goes with your friend below you that didn't write a reason why he rated these guys one star. Where is your proof and why were the police not called instead of posting your lie online.

Very friendly and accommodating. The mattress in one of the rooms was bad but fine in the other.

Disgusting and has cameras in the 3 rooms we stayed in. In the wardrobe facing the bed in both bedrooms. Absolutely disgusting.

My son and I had a 1 night stay. I found the Epsom Motel very comfortable and accomodating but the thing that stood out the most was the cleanliness, it was spotless all over. For cheap accomodation I recommend this Motel. Owners were friendly and lovely too. :-)
