Took me 15 min and a pair of shoes to get to the front door… — On the check out I was offered to receive a digital bill. Quicker and friendlier for the environment one would think. It never came and I had to make 2 extra phone calls to get it. — When you call one would think you get the reception of the hotel… No! You get a call center, heavy accented young individuals with no interest in what you ask or what they are doing. They have no idea for which hotel you actually call, as they ask: "… for which hotel in which city? "

The Hotel is modern, clean and with great candies. Large and comfortable Rooms. Bathroom clean and full of amenities. The location is not really from hotel ' in ' airport because it is about 10 minutes by shuttle. Shuttle service is free of charge, stop A9 at arrivals. On Saturday night there are a few airport-hotel transfers and vice versa, then you should call in The Hotel otherwise you have to wait almost an hour as it happened to us.

Luxury Hotel with SPA and many services. Great reception, it is a great meal and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers.

Great business Hotel, superb breakfast in my opinion. Very large rooms, clean and comfortable. Dining area (sofas/armchairs tables) in the reception area rather nice and informal. The spa area is a bit outdated and not very characteristic, but functional. Well-stocked gym and also a squash court!

Booked this hotel for one night stay, we had to leave next morning for our 12 day trip so just one night stay. First thing shuttle service is very good, really help tourists like me save some money and also makes life easier in a new Country/City. Reached Amsterdam in the early afternoon and was tired after 13hr long flight and shuttle and fast check in time made my life easier. Shuttle's frequency is 20 min. Shuttle was easy to find just follow the signs on the Airport. Check in was easy and fast got the room in quick time. Only one minor issue was the room was little far from the reception, was not in a mood to walk with all the luggage and a super active toddler, but the staff was very helpful and helped me with my luggage. Rooms are nice good spacious, mine was standard room. There was enough space even after the crib that I requested at the time of booking. Crib is free of charge. Complimentary coffee, tea was there with hot water kettle. Bathroom was also of decent size, there was a bath tub in there. Toiletries were provided, there was little issue with the cleanness of bathroom i. E. It was not properly cleaned, I found hair or previous guest, informed the front desk at the time of check out. It's a big hotel and there are I think 2 wings one is for standard rooms and another one is executive one. There is indoor swimming pool with small gym, squash court etc.

I liked everything. Although, being here for the second time in half a year, I noticed that the menu has not changed. The food was as wonderful as it was, well, I can't understand the Dutch gastronomic preferences, even kill them.

Going every year in Amsterdam in February, I test different hotel and this one really pleased me, hotel with a chic allure with a lot of activities at the disposal of the clientele (swimming pool, sauna, squat…) Nice room the gym with apples and water at will for Regain strength, friendly staff also.
The reasonable price in shorter I will return one day but next year to see which tested.

For hotels in Amsterdam is. My favorite place as you avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and really rest. It is very close to the central station and nothing expensive.

Very comfortable and ideal if you want to be close to the airport. There are free shuttles from the hotel to Schiphol and back. Good choice if you don't get to be in downtown.

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean, exquisite and spacious breakfast. It offers a wide variety of free services to its guests, bicycle rental, squash court, indoor pool, spa, shuttle to the airport.

I really liked it there. The proximity to the airport with the Chuttleservice is optimal. I can leave my car there for a little money on a holiday. The rooms are large, so you can also take all your luggage to the room. Always happy to return.

Very clean and easily accessible to and from the airport by shuttle. I'd definitely stay here again. The best part was the breakfast buffet. Absolutely the best breakfast that I've ever seen at a hotel. Minor issues at the hotel restaurant, there was no bartender the night that we ate at the hotel so the only drinks available were from the small drink menu, meal orders were slightly confused and we had to swap tables due to a broken chair. But overall it was a very pleasant stay!

1/3 of the rooms approximately has been remodeled in Morden and white and LED lighting style, the other 2/3 of the rooms I think is under going. A nice hotel near the Amsterdam Schiphol international airport Where is the heated pool, spa, welcome drinks, and free shuttle services. I will recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit old, in our room you could not open the window, but I think that in no room is possible (ground floor). There was a ventilation in the room but that doesn't really replace fresh air. Very nice staff and very good breakfast. The bus connections are also very good. Extra: On registration You can use the hotel's bus transfer to the airport free of charge. Great service.

Perfectly soundproofed rooms. New and beautiful structure. Staff could be nicer.

Very good breakfast. He's in construction. You have to book to take you to the airport. They can't speak Spanish. Close to the airport. When you arrive you are asked to reserve €50, in addition to paying in advance the room. Very good overall. He has a gym. There is no spa. The employees are not very sympathetic.

3 bed rooms are not recommended. A cheap old folding bed is then put in. Rooms could be more modern. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.
It is a bit difficult to get to the city by public transport. You have to pay the quite expensive taxi if you want to do a little longer.

Hotel clean, impeccable bedding, small lunch and shuttle to the airport every 30 min.

Clean quiet rooms. The only thing I do not like is the trasportation between the hotel and airport. You have to notify the hotel ahead of time what time you want to take the airport shuttle or else they won't let you on and have to take another bus. Weird. Locations is not ideal, there's nothing around besides McDonald's. Nice staff.

Room was fine and comfortable, but that was no water when I arrived. Was offered a complimentary drink for not being able to shower. I also had a late checkout because I was out all night, and people knocked on my door multiple times during the day after I told them I had late checkout.

Something chaotic in the organization. Check-in was only possible at 16:00 pm, why we only got a bon for breakfast with 2 paid breakfast we do not get close. Breakfast good, bread rolls a bit labrig, but the distance to the old town and the lack of any restaurants within 2 km range except MC Donalds. Rooms are big and OK. Clean. Friendly and nice staff.

When I went I think it was midway through a refurbishment. The reception area was well lit, with a nice contemporary design. However, I cannot say the same for my room, it was quite a dark and unwelcoming, with dated decor and facilities. The hotel gym and swimming had a fair range of equipment, with various running and cycling machines as well as a good selection of free weights. The breakfast offering was interesting with a good spread of cooked and uncooked foods, and some strange flavour combinations (cumin spiced mushrooms being one of them).

An awesome breakfast buffet! Very large and well soundproofed. Bathroom and very large room. With all the amenities and close to the airport. You come and go with a shuttle or minibus from the NH.

Very nice place, personel so kind and very helpful. Very good breakfast, You can find full tables of smashing food. Good and easy transfer to the airport. I would like to back again.

Chic and spacious rooms nice large bathroom with rain shower. All very new high quality and clean. Comfortable bed and overall good facilities with Nespresso in the room (included) and minibar (exclusive).
The service is very friendly the reception multilingual and the overall impression very good.
The breakfast buffet in the morning is very extensive and delicious it is all offered from sweet to savoury and also egg dishes according to your wishes are prepared and served at the table.
We like to come here and use park-sleep-and-fly. So you can go on holiday relaxed and carefree.

Hotel with good facilities, very friendly service, shuttle to Airport (5min) every 30 min, very good breakfast varied… I go a lot for work and it is always a pleasant stay.

Very good Hotel, in line with the NH chain. Very cozy facility, close to the airport of Schipol (the shuttle is free but with timetables). We have arranged a meeting with meeting room, coffee break and lunch sandwiches. All very well organized. Staff very friendly and helpful. In the business Center, or anyway on the floor where are the meeting rooms, there is no information desk or otherwise we did not find where to ask extensions, prints and other services. Having to go down to reception is not really the maximum of efficiency.

Decent hotel if you're looking for a place near the airport. You can get to the hotel with their shuttle or a taxi which costs £20. The staff aren't very friendly though and there's always a long wait for check-in. The only great thing about this hotel is the smoking rooms that they offer which is very convenient since it's winter and cold outside. The room service food is average but not great and there's a very small selection of food. There's certainly some room for improvements and rooms really need to be renovated. If you decide to order food from outside and have it delivered to your room they get very upset which is rather odd. Not quite sure why they do that except for I assume to have you use their room service instead of paying for outside food. Overall, it deserves a rating of 3/5.

I was surprised by the comfort and design of the hotels as well as the friendliness of the staff. We had to stay unplanned there after a cancellation and were really very positively surprised. The hotel also has a very well maintained small spa area. Would come back anytime.

Located closed to the airport, with free bus shuttle airport-hotel. The hotel is correct, clean, rooms with king size beds. It has a small food and drinks shop open 24 hours, which is great if you arrive hotel later than 10pm. Good breakfast. A bit overpriced taking in account that there is nothing around (no services nor shopping nor restaurants) and it is far away from Amsterdam city.

Airport Hotel. Clean, but noisy because in the axis of the track. So there is noise until 2:00 in the morning and from 6am.

Airport Imenso. With all the necessary facilities. But for the number of passengers you have to be 3 hours before the flight to pass all the filters.

Shuttle was 15 min late. Check-in took forever, even though room was prepaid. No water or glasses in the lobby where the water carafe was located. Hallway carpets disgusting with stains. Hallway ceiling tiles water stained. Long long long walk to room. Beat up/worn out furniture in room 4310. I hate to think what the non-deluxe room looks like. Room air conditioner started giving loud death rattles every 15-30 min starting at about 5am. First and last time at this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked a basic room, and was very impressed. It was huge and clean, except for hair in the shower. They do not provide hair conditioner : ( Take note, you have to firmly push the door to shut and lock it all the way. And there are no secondary safety locks. Rooms are pretty quiet. €50 Deposit on arrival, plus the obvious nightly room tax on check out. The health club facilities are nice to enjoy, they have a full gym, pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. However when I went in they were also pretty gross and unclean. Especially the steam room, dirty floors and seats covered in grime. Looks like it hasn't been scrubbed in quite some time, maybe because they are renovated. Needs updating. I picked this hotel because of the complementary airport shuttle, make sure you book it at check in. No comments on the food. 24/7 McDonald's is right across the street.

Great overnight stay before flying out of Amsterdam. Great price, great room, great breakfast. Free transfer to the airport. HINT: offers parking for the length of 21 days absence. So stay overnight a day ahead of your vacation, have breakfast. Leave your car in their lot — use the airport transfer bus to and from the airport (10min. ) — pick up your car and drive home.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a free, 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport so it's easy to travel anywhere. You can barely hear the planes flying past, even though it's right next to the station. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they gave a free upgrade! Hotel is very clean and has everything you need, though the rooms could use more natural light.

The shuttle is blue with NH hotel on the side and available on the hour and half and hour outside terminal 3. You must book with reception any shuttle to the Airport but no charge and takes 5-10 minutes. Only 20-30 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal. The room is small to medium and I was offered an upgrade for €10. We arrive early 3 times and they had rooms available every time. Their lobby is very big with free water and treats and has a souvenir store. I didn't eat at the the restaurant so cannot comment. MacDonalds literally across the street! I will stay here every time I stay in Amsterdam!

Good location if you're business, if you are going on holiday is too removed from the center. It is old hotel but be careful. Rooms large and comfortable.

Classic Business Hotel 5 km from the airport with a convenient free shuttle that every 15 minutes makes the shuttle between the hotel and airport.
Rooms and services in the middle of the level. The fitness area with indoor and heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, well-equipped gym, sauna and Turkish bath is interesting. To go to the city you need to return to the airport (7 min. ) And take the train (25 min. )

You have to rely on the Shuttle Bus. This must be booked (by the Hotel outgoing). Shuttle Bus late, partially cancelled.

If you're going to Amsterdam, this hotel is ideal, is 7 minutes from Schiphol airport, the main of Amsterdam. The hotel provides a shuttle service free of charge every half an hour on the route to the airport-hotel and vice versa 7/24. From there you can take train to Amsterdam central station in only 25 minutes. Being there you can move to the most important sites of the capital of the Netherlands. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the Red light District, or immediately take the service that will take you to get to know the city through its canals. The hotel is very nice, the rooms spacious, clean, with coffee and water free of charge. The smell is spectacular! If you compare prices of the hotels in the city with respect to this NH you will notice the difference and the advantage of choosing this hotel. Very highly recommended.

Perfect Hotel at the airport with a Shuttle every 15 or 30 min. Very friendly, very clean, lots of services like 24 hour coffee bar. 1 min to Mc. Donald's for all the cases /24-hour Service. Sometimes a few € more expensive than the neighbors. But it's worth it.

Very good facilities and rooms. It offers shuttle for free to and from the airport from 06:00 until 23:00 approximately, heated pool, gym, sauna and a full breakfast with hot and cold dishes of all kinds. It is located in an industrial area of schiphol and away from the city of Amsterdam. To go to the center you can go by shuttle from the hotel to the airport, to and from airport on train to centre of Amsterdam, with a duration in the journey of half an hour approximately. Not recommended for sightseeing, and very recommendable for overnight stay between flights.

Very good hotel, room was of a medium size, breakfast was excellent and elegantly set. Shuttle is easy from the Airport but you need to book your seat in advance for your way back to the AP. One thing that I dislike is the fact that the window cannot be opened, this made me a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel with several rooms. Sometimes you have to walk to endless corridors before you get to your room. The rooms are spacious with soft double beds but without letting you sink too much into the mattress. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very comfortable. The breakfast is the highlight of the structure that offers a wide choice of sweet and savoury products that satisfy the needs of a clientele purely on a business trip that comes from all over the world. The property also has a fitness room and an excellent shuttle service that in addition to connecting the Hotel with the airport also manages to serve as a liaison for the many companies present in the nearby commercial area.

A nice Hotel OUTSIDE Amsterdam. We stayed there for four days and the room was quiet nice! The Airport is about 5 minutes with the FREE Shuttle Bus. Wi-Fi was slow but acceptable. The Staff was friendly. The prices for the Restaurant, Minibar etc Were way too high but McDonalds is one minute away.

Located out in an office park where it's impossible to get anywhere without a car, or at least a bike. The "Hot Tub" was maybe 80 Fahrenheit / 27 Celcius; apparently it shares plumbing with the pool or something, as there's a sign saying they're always set to be the same temperature. The sauna was nice to have, but the wood benches inside were rotting and actually broken in several places. A shadow of its former glory, if it ever had any. The worst was the internet; everywhere you looked in this hotel, they had posters about the free Wi-Fi. Totally didn't work. I went to the front desk to complain, and the woman there dialed tech support and handed me a phone without even saying anything or seeming to care. I spent half an hour on the line trying to get the hotel's internet fixed; finally the tech said he'd received additional reports and could therefore "escalate the issue". Still no internet by the time we checked out the next day. One bright spot — we ate in the hotel's restaurant, due to the complete lack of alternatives, and both the food and service there were wonderful. I had the beef bourguignon; it was the most tender, succulent beef I have ever eaten in my life.

For the price: VERY nice. Especially the sports centre. One night can incl up to 21 days of free parking if you fly from airport. Great deal.

I feel like a 1 star rating for thos hotel is kind other than the staff was mostly nice but thats as far as I can go. The rooms are quite old and mine had spider webs in the bathroom and was a nightmare to use. The shower curtian wasn't meant for the elevated tub and to keep most of the water off the floor (yes a large portion still escaped everytime at the end of the tub to settle next to the toilet) you had to have the extra long curtian in the tub and collect around your feet. The room went from comfortable to freezing my last night. The location isnt the best, its close to the airport but by the time you wait for the shuttle or public bus you could easily make it there from the city center instead. Again fairly nice staff but other than that im a bit suprised I didnt see roaches.

Caution. The NH hotel at Schipol airport appears to be a very acceptable airport hotel with all of the standard amenities and services, a pool and an excellent fitness centre, complete with squash courts. The quoted basic room rate is exceptionally reasonable. But beware. It's just like Ryanair. It looks like a killer bargain until you start adding on all of the extra charges and then you wonder if it was really such a good deal after all. The FREE airport shuttle is free only from the airport to the hotel. But if you want to return to the airport then it will cost you 5 euros each. It claims to leave every 15 minutes but that doesn't include the evenings on the weekend. Then it’s every half hour but the capacity is only 8 passengers. If you are the ninth in line then you can end up waiting, as some gusts did, for nearly an hour on the airport sidewalk waiting for the minivan to return. If a couple wants to go into Amsterdam for dinner on a Saturday evening then they will pay 10 euros for the shuttle and another 16 for the return train and you could spend well over an hour getting in and back. The FREE INTERNET is only free for the basic wireless service, which is absolutely the slowest hotel wireless we had even used anywhere on earth. Really, the hotels in Uganda and Zimbabwe were faster. Of course if you want the real high speed then you have to pay another 10 euros per day PER DEVICE.
