We had a nice, very clean room with super comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely top!
The location of the hotel is excellent. B to the centre or the museums.
Check in and out at one of the terminals is easy and fast.
We will certainly book it again!

I stayed in this hotel 4 times, and my colleagues 7. Very good location, not far from RAI and city center as well. Nice breakfast, coffee-machine in the room. No chance to have a meal in the late evening or at night.
we had reservation in this hotel in May 2020, as we wanted to visit an Exhibition in RAI. Due to the situation with COVID-19 the exhibition was canceled and moved for November. All flights was canceled. We asked hotel to move reservation for November too as our accommodation was already paid. They refused. This is unthinkable. This situation is a force majeure. How we could come to Amsterdam? And why we should come if the Exhibition was canceled? And we didnt want to make a refund, we wanted to change dates. I worked in the hotel by myself for 12 years, and we always meet the client half-way in nonstandard situations. And our tour-operator says that such situation with this hotel is unique because now all other hotels make changes for their guests… I didnt expect such "hospitality" from XO Hotels Couture. It seems to be better when it was a part of Best Western hotels. Dont expect any sign of humanity from its management.

Gorgeous hotel staff so helpful and lovely. Loved our room and fab buffet breakfast.

Location good not so far from city center. Whatever you need have in room. Rooms neat and so clean. Very nice hotel… If I visit Amsterdam I will stay in this hotel again.

Lovely Romantic Hotel! Very modern and artistic. Rooms are triple glazed and the bed is super comfy! Bathrooms are amazing with a powerful shower and the room is decorated with funky modern carpet design!

Nice hotel with no 2 tram stops right outside so very easy to travel in and out the centre.

Just checked in to this very wonderful hotel! Never expected it to be this great! Staff are very friendly! and Nice rooms! My booked room was not available so it was upgraded with no extra charge! Loving Amsterdam already!

This hotel is fantastic! Staff friendly and rooms were spotless on arrival. Really pleased with both our rooms. Our 3 children are all very happy too. Rooms very spacious with a feeling of luxury. There is ample storage and rooms are comfortable with wonderful views. Car parking is perfect as right next to hotel entrance and very secure. Tram, cash point and supermarket all very nearby. Perfect for our City break.

Location amazing. Hotel staff brilliant. Gym awesome.
room delightful. Bed too hard for us, and they use two single bed sheets as a bottom sheet, tad uncomfortable. All in all, I'd highlyrecommend this chain of hotels.

Nice clean and quiet hotel, well kept and nice food! This is a dry hotel no alcohol at all! We didn’t know this when we booked! Didn’t affect our stay.

One of the best Hotels i’ve ever been! Great staff especially Joanne very helpful and accommodating. Spacious room and large bathrooms and the plus is its very affordable not heavy on your pocket.

Lovely clean hotel, great rooms and very helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. Tho not licensed this wasn’t a problem as a great local bar less than 5 minutes walk away and Tram stop outside takes you to centre of city. Will definitely be returning here.

Self check in, simple and understandable, the rooms, though small but cozy, surprised the cleaning of the room (only men — at least on our floor), the soundproofing is amazing, everything is automated, the coffee machine is perfect, to the center 20 minutes on the tram. Nearby local supermarkets with an acceptable price tag, 100% free alcohol — wine and beer is not alcohol :) ) ). Really don't try to find it, there's no :) it) ) Very close to the airport, quiet and peaceful…
