Inconsistent night staff…

Great hotel, close to tram, very chic and trendy decor, smells fantastic! The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good though.

My boyfriend and I have been here twice, both times we went the hotel was lovely the staff were so helpful. Rooms were very clean and spaciousthe first time we went it was for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us a voucher for two cocktails in the sky bar was such a lovely experience. It is our go to hotel when we decide to book another trip to Amsterdam.

My parents in law have booked to stay for a concert later this year. Unfortunately the concert has been rescheduled due to Covid-19 but the hotel have refused to reschedule the dates and will not offer a refund. They have said that as Amsterdam are not in lockdown they should travel from the UK regardless and enjoy the city anyway. Presumably they don't care about people staying at their hotel or the risk of bringing infection into the country! Even if they wanted to visit the city, flights from the UK are cancelled so they can't go anyway. In summary I would not reccomend booking with this hotel.

Cheating their tourists for money, arrogant staff, a mini-bar takes money and products do not give out! generally cheated on me for 60 euros.

Very comfortable hotel. Well placed for airport & tram to get to centre. Restaurant food good but rather limited menu. Enjoyed cocktails in Skyy Bar with good views of city lights. Found glass door & open window into bathroom a bit strange. Fortunately I stayed with a good friend but guests might not always be couples & may not want to see each other's ablutions. Coffee machine impossible to operate, teabags & bath mat not replenished, cleaners knocking on our door at 9am last day when checkout is midday so made us feel a little unwelcome. Reception staff all very polite & helpful. Would come again & recommend as long as you don't mind your roommate being able to see you in the shower. Fortunately the toilet is separate with a solid door!

Great food, clean room, extremely comfortable beds and mini bar in the room is a big advantage. Leisure centre and massage is a incredible. The bar on the 10th floor has an amazing cocktails, the atmosphere is fantastic with good view. Definitely recommended 4* place feels nearly like 5

Just spent the last five days at the hotel. What a wonderful place. Clean, brilliant facilities, staff extremely helpfull, breakfast catered for all persons and above all nothing was too difficult if help was required. To top it all and unexpected Birthaday drink voucher was left in the room on my special day. Well done especially to "Coconuts" the front desk manager, (sorry, cannot remember how to spell your name). Looking forward to going back. Cheers, Phil and Sarah.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean. Gym was great, has two Concept 2 rowers. Space was a bit tight but good range of equipment. Staff were also fantastic.

Hotel room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub of a nice size and the closet space more than sufficient. So the room was great! However, even though during breakfast the choices were almost endless, my sister and I together found 7 (! ) hairs in the fruit salad. Was absolutely disgusting. Please make your chef wear a hairnet!

Comfort and service at the rendezvous, two regrets are the soundproofing and the cushions too thick.

Hotel very good, skybar to the 10th very nice, breakfast very copious to the top… Only downside, the prices of breakfast and parking, not given anyway, but it is Amsterdam;-) )

Great hotel, very nice layout and lovely rooms. The staff where amazing and berry helpful Evan when asking where to go for trains and that. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t give a 5 stars but the menu looked very nice. All in all a great hotel for anyone and would definitely recommend it and come again.

Great location only a 8/10min tram ride into the centre. Hotel literally on Rembrandtpark which is great for having a morning stroll or run!. Book a twin room if your not partners as the bathroom is not very private with double rooms. Breakfast good, rooms good, bike hire available. Would definitely stay again.

Good value for the hotel for cons in regards to the very long kitchen and services next door… This is rather a ☆ ☆ ☆ more Ex. Mini Bar does not work.

A bit out of center Amsterdam but cozy and quiet environment.

The sky bar was truly lovely. I surprised my sister for 40th birthday and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The spa in the basement was clean and welcoming I had a lovely facial. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean with good facilities.

Beautiful Hotel… modern and clean. A 5 min walk from tram 1 and 17 which lead directly into the center and with frequency Ignib7 min. Beautiful.

We used this hotel to attend a football match at the Amsterdam Arena. It was ideally located near (7-8 min walk) to a railway/metro station (Lelylaan) that had service not only to/from the airport (€4 each way) & Amsterdam Central, but also the Arena itself on metro 50 (€16 24hr ticket). Apart from this, it was a little out of town and probably wouldn't be my 1st choice for a hotel to see the sights in Amsterdam, although there is a tram within a few minutes walk which will get you heading in the right direction. Inside the hotel is modern and clean. They seem to be pumping a fragrance throughout the hotel which gives it a fresh, pleasant odour although this annoyed the other guy in my party. The room was spacious and as ordered, although the minibar wasn't fully stocked which was surprising given the profit hotels make from them. The top floor bar is a nice addition given the lack of choice for a beer in the immediate surrounding area. Overall, a very pleasant hotel with decent facilities. Just a shame it isn't a little closer to the town center.

Really loved this hotel.
Weirdly I chose it for the pool, but never used it as I was too busy in the city.
Honestly, the Skyy bar I thought was quite over priced.
And we didn’t eat in the restaurant as again, quite high prices.
We did, however have room service one night and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
Beds were huge and really comfortable.
Rooms were a good size.
My only issue with the room, we booked a double for fear the the twin rooms would be two single beds.
We were two women travelling together.
Not a couple, just friends. And the bathroom had absolutely ZERO privacy.
Glass panel on the shower and a glass door.
Even if I was travelling with a partner I would still want privacy to shower or bathe.
I don’t know the thought behind the bathroom doors but they should be re-thought.
Other than that loved the hotel.

Nice hotel decorated according to name. A little outside but good connection to the center by tram. Day Ticket Prima. The breakfast is too meager for 15 euros and the scrambled eggs disgusting. Prefer to have breakfast in the city! Our booking was not found on arrival. The problem was solved after 15 minutes and 3 other colleagues. Service friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cool bathroom…

We stayed at the WestCord Fashion Hotel Amsterdam, a solid 4 * * * *, an interesting hotel with an unusual interior, located in a tranquil area, close to two beautiful parks-Rembrandt and Vondelpark.
The centre is about 15 minutes (4 stops on any tram), close to the airport.
Very spacious rooms, good clean, really tasty breakfasts.

Four star Hotel which only deserves three, the services expected were not at the rendezvous! We had ordered a room with bathtub and shower we had to claim our bathtub! More than suspicious traces in the curtains… Not to mention the state of the bottom of bed completely bruised… Namely a bail is requested when one arrives… But nothing is indicated regarding this QD you book on their site… No bail, lost room and the payment that goes with, if you have not taken the option (paid) cancellation… In sum disappointed for the price 300 euros for two days with a very comfortable below of the four stars… if we had known, there was in the center of Amsterdam (the hotel WC fashion is eccentric) hotels half cheaper but for which we would not have been disappointed to see An equivalent service, plus non-smoking hotel… For the tourists of the Weed orient yourself to a hotel smockers-friendly…

We went to the bar for a drink and were cheated with the bill. We overpaid 10 euros. I realized that only the next day. So, people check your bill before paying it.

First Klassigs Hotel. Super modern and luxury igrichtet.

We been here twice, 2nd time they upgraded us to V. I. P so access to the lounge and free drinks. Nice place, swimming pool and breakfast included as standard. 10 minutes tram ride to the station. We would return, no problems.! Nice people x.

Lovely hotel with very big rooms, shower was very good and it had a bath. TV had a lot of UK channels. Staff were very friendly, we had a problem with our bill but that was easily rectified. It's slightly further out than most hotels in Amsterdam but its very close to the trams and very close to lelylan station.

Second time visiting this hotel and again it didn’t disappoint! Fantastic hotel! My partner and I came here due to celebrating our 9 year anniversary and we came back to hotel room to find a bottle of champagne, roses for the bed, strawberries & other treats! Was very thoughtful! Also had a fantastic dining experience in the hotel restaurant, best meal of my full weekend! Thank you for an enjoyable stay! We will be back again!

We have been coming to Amsterdam for several years to spend 3 days in early January and since we discovered this hotel, we come back every year. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are spacious and functional, the hotel offers an excellent breakfast, access to the pool is free, on the other hand the wellness area is paying but very nice. We can get care there. Plus, the skybar on the tenth floor, unmissable with a beautiful musical atmosphere.

It was beautiful place but they forgot my food and after my flight was cancelled and I had to wait 4 hours I didn't want to wait another 2 for my food.

Stayed in September 2017. Apologies, for the bad pictures, done a video and cropped pics from there. This is now my favourite hotel in Amsterdam. Love it love it love it. The staff are amazing. Decor is modern. Rooms are clean, spacious and beds are comfortable. Love the bathroom, wet room shower look and a big deep bath (you do not find these in europe often). If you are staying with someone other than your partner, like me, I took my brother with me this time (his first visit to Amsterdam). Ask for the frosted glass on the bathroom door, when you are booking. I was not aware of this when booking. Even though I had read reviews alot. Someone, I knew who had stayed here previously, told me to change my booking and ask for it. Once, I did that the price of my reservation went up, quite a bit. Got to the hotel and the supervisor on duty sorted it with no issues. So I paid the original reservation price. Absolutely, love this hotel. Will be booking again when visiting Amsterdam, and will definitely try out the spa and club on the rooftop next time.

Great rooms, swimming pool. Good staff. Would not advise share rooms for conference as the shower rooms are just glass. But fantastic place.

The rooms are quite comfortable. There is a spa with gym, swimming pool, sauna, bar of drinks on the top floor. It has a particular decoration. There are train stops at 5-10 minutes. Price per night from €130 does not include parking, but can be hired per day, and round the €25. And there is also direct bus service to the airport.
It's pretty complete.

The staff was AMAZING. Everyone was so helpful from check in, helping us with directions, bike rental, setting up a special surprise for my fiancée, to the spa attendants. Big thanks to everyone who helped make our anniversary trip memories of a lifetime. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a stylish bright color scheme in public areas and pool. We loved the little lights above the head of the bed. The location is a little out from the Amsterdam square but with affordable bike rentals provided by the hotel, and tram tickets that pick up right down the street, I would absolutely stay here again. The museum square is about 10 minutes by bike. Rembrandt park is right across the street from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Clean and the food/Foodporn. Men buys the Super 3 Gängmenü in the Wellnis-Romatikpaket. The comparison portals do not have this in the program. Book directly at the hotel, it is worthwhile for both breakfast with hot buns, can also be short at the time of the day. Poolberich needs some care from the craftsman is perhaps on vacation.

Great size of room. Smallish but VERY manageable shower size. Great facility. Skyy Bar upstairs has great views but slow service. Reception staff was second to none. Loved my stay there. One negative is the walk to the nearest tram is not ideal (600 metres) in the sometimes rainy Amsterdam days but they offer a free loan umbrella service. Reception staff was amazing (I habe to repeat this), in particular a young lady of Colombian heritage. Accommodated our every request where she could. But the whole team was a dream. Great overall.

Really nice place to stay, slightly out of the way, but only a tram ride into the city centre, and only a 10 minute train ride to the airport. Hotel is clean and fresh with comfy beds, and nice decor. Will definitely go back again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre and I chose it as I was in Amsterdam for work and this hotel sat between the office and the centre. Lovely hotel. Nice rooms and nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Food in the hotel was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. The airport is one stop on the train and a short walk. Takes around 25 minutes. The city centre can be reached on the train or the tram. Both take under 20 minutes. It's in a nice area with a selection of bars and restaurants within a short walk. I will stay here again when I next visit.

It's a great Hotel, because it offers a lot. In the price of the accommodation is also included the Wellness centre, with various teas, cappuccino, coffee and biscuits. In the rooms there are all amenities. The 5 stars deserve all of them.
The only flaw, if so you can call, which is about 5 km from Dam Square, which is the centre of Amsterdam.

A very nice hotel that does not pay mine outside. Our room was in notré taste, a beautiful design a very well appointed bathroom (bathtub and shower). Only small complaint the mini bar paying for a 4 star this should be free! Because even the water is paying (3 € 20 is expensive the small bottle of water). Breakfast at the top! A bit out of the way but very well served by tram line 1.

The Wi-Fi is not that great but they are just getting it to fix the problem. Very nice pool, included in the price ch.

Overall okey. Although it is a bit dusty, the room looked fine but don't look to close. The staff seemingly doesn't make any effort, mirrors, tables, etc. All a bit nasty and the furniture looks visible used or even damaged.

I was supposed to stay here for three nights but extended my trip an extra night I was that comfortable here, no faults whatsoever apart from one night there were some noisy guests having a loud conversation outside my door at 3am which wasn't appreciated Beds were top notch and I slept like a baby Room service and the food I couldn't fault The bathroom is great as you have a lovely big bath tub as well as a stand up shower The wardrobes to put your clothes in and the mini bar were a bonus I also enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and spa, It's super easy to get into Amsterdam Central, you exit the hotel walk straight up and catch the tram 17 or number 1 and it takes about 20mins, just avoid taxis as they are over priced. You can purchase tram tickets at the hotel also which is good Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll definitely be staying here again.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The indoor swimming pool though small. The hotel is not central but the tram stop is just a few hundred metres and with a few stops in the Centre. Good value/price/modernity.

Really nice hotel, especially for the price. Got a 48hour tram ticket from reception for €12 and the tram stop is a 5 minute walk away. The pool is a great way to cure a hangover too!

This place was gorgeous and the rooms were decorated to a high standard. I really enjoyed the Service, food and staff. The only bad thing was how far away it was from Central Amsterdam. It cost me $45 Euro to go the city and back that night by Taxi as it was raining (middle of summer) Other than the distance the hotel is great and I would recommend the comfort to anyone.

My boyfriend booked this hotel for 3nights to celebrate my 30th, a few weeks before we left I found out that I was pregnant. Due to my morning sickness and a mess up with airport staff, we missed our flight. We were devastated and called the hotel to explain and ask if we could have a part-refund or move our reservation to later in the year so that we wouldn't lose our £600 entirely. The hotel was completely unhelpful and basically told us that they had our money and that was that. My boyfriend saved for months and losing that amount of money when we have a 4year old and a baby on the way when we were meant to celebrating my milestone birthday is heartbreaking. We are devastated by our experience and the lack of empathy or even effort to help us with our situation is unbelievable. I would avoid this heartless hotel.

Just got back from staying at this hotel, found staff nice and helpful, rooms clean, very good Wi-Fi, good swimming pool, 3 separate saunas (no swimsuits allowed) nice buffet breakfast spread, (suitable attire welcomed) didn't try the main dinner menu but also looked good, a short walk from lelylaan train station, and short walk from tram stop which will take you into city centre, been to Amsterdam many times apart from crown plaza which in the city centre this is top of list, would definitely stay again, enjoy all those who go.

This hotel was really great. Very beautiful and luxurious. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and Nice, ready for anything as a service to its customers. The bar on the 10th floor offers views of Amsterdam which is very charming. Thank you. I recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Amsterdam to visit this hotel. The only downside may be a bit far from the centre but tram service very well serves the city centre and it is possible to rent bikes.

Stylish rooms, very clean, staff to help and friendly.

A bit chaotic with requested simple amneties in the room for our honeymoon (a bottle of sparkling wine and some strawberries), but overall excellent with a friendly and competent staff. The hotel hadn't been open too long, so there's room to iron out the bugs. 5 minutes to the next tram stop is no problem! Our stay was in August 2011.

The front desk and hotel staff could not be nicer. I recently traveled to Amsterdam and the airline lost my luggage. The hotel staff was extremely helpful (as in, they called the airlines for me) which I thought was above and beyond. My luggage was lost for 3 days and every day they dropped off a treat in my room to make me feel better — how stellar is that? Also, the rooms are nice and modern — the hotel takes "Fashion Hotel" seriously, so there are mannequins with "fashion" outfits in the lobby. Just a heads up for those staying at this location — it's very easy to get to the hotel from the airport, but it can be a little bit of a hassle trying to get to downtown Amsterdam. You have to take the tram (which can start to add up) when you want to go to downtown Amsterdam and the tram doesn't run all night.

A beautiful hotel, though not easy located for public transport, it's perfectly located for arrival by car/taxi. For the first time in a long while I've been in a room that actually matches the pictures shown. The room looks amazing, clean and modern. Separate toilet and bathroom. Security has also been given proper attention, so only people with a keycard can enter sertain levels. I'd recommend this hotel to business people but also to couples. If you want to stay in style but not in the over crowded city center, this is definitely one to consider.
