Very helpful & friendly staff at reception. Brief us on nearest attractions and how to get there. Free mini bar complete with nespresso & soft drinks. Nicely decorated room, spacious bathroom.

Beautiful Hotel, Spectacular. Outside everything in the glass well finished reception on the fourth floor, a few directions to get there but you arrive. Very friendly Staff and always helpful for any problem. European Breakfast buffet cooked by the same staff all bio stuff, from jams to juices, pancakes and omelette ham and cheese. The rooms, a real lust, all cared for in the slightest detail. The bathroom in the room? Another room made all of spectacular marble. The only flaw is that they do not have to rent a bike or parking for those outside, but I would gladly return if I happen.

Not the usual hotel, for the dislocation of the rooms, breakfast and environments, but 5 stars are all there. Full Service in the rooms where I found a very soft bathrobe, tea/coffee/herbal teas and a free minibar. Modern and functional Interiors. Top Cleaning. Great experience.

A rare hotel as there are three hotels in a building with randomly distributed rooms almost. Very good service and very nice breakfast. They leave coffee, fruit, and you are available all day.

Modern room with minibar and — terrace for certain. Spacious bathroom. A nice and friendly staff. Close to the city center with convenience stores nearby and tram line at the bottom of the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Very small rooms, but very nice location near the center, quite and clean.

Amazing place to stay if you are planning a get away. Amazing staff who are always cheerful and helped us plan our trip in Amsterdam. Lovely Room with a free mini bar which we couldn't believe. Just overall great place to stay and highly recommend!

Amazing! Just what we were hoping for on our couples trip. Nice, quiet atmosphore, lovely staff, very attentive cleaners leaving our room tidy and fridge restocked each day. A small, simple and cosy hotel room. The only issue we had was with our coffee machine that acted up a little but made great coffee when fully functioning. Lots of cafes and food places within walking distance.

Basic room but very clean. The coffee machine and complimetnary mini bar was nice. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, central to all popular tourist areas of amsterdam.

The hotel was clean and room service was good as well, you have mini bar beer, water, coffee and tea for free on your room. The location is really good near to Tram 1 and you can walk to most of attractions! staff are super nice and helpful! the only issue was our safe box that wouldn't work and tech guy couldn't make it! I stay with my family and we all like it! the modern building and view of our room was nice and different too!

DON'T BOOK DIRECT! This is the first time I have ever written a poor review. I booked direct with the hotel because the web promised a 15% discount for doing so. Once booked I realised that I had paid the same price as on Trivago. Upon complaining the reception manager offered me an €20 refund, equivalent to 5% discount. When I disagreed I was politely told that I should cancel my booking and go elsewhere. My issue was not the size of the refund, but the fact that I was misled and that I was not taken serious as a valued customer.

We stayed here 2 years ago on a trip with our friends for her 30th birthday. We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Very clean & modern and the staff were very helpful. Close enough to little supermarkets and pubs etc — and near to the tram stop to get into the centre of town.

This is a great place. And respects the expectations in addition to the cleanliness and charm of the palace. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks goes to all his staff for making my holiday fantastic.

Good location with local shops and restaurants. Not too far from the busy squares. All rooms are new and clean. Not tried the breakfast.

The hotel's remoteness has made it possible to better know the Amsterdam. Quiet, near the Park.

Great hotel just outside the main city centre of Amsterdam easy transport links to central station and Museums City centre great staff polite and helpful with any questions rooms keep nice and clean Will stay again when travelling back to Amsterdam.

Great Wi-Fi, nice and helpfull staff, free coffee and tea 24/7, good locarion. Strange reception on 4th floor, room very narrow and long, it was cold when we got in because of opened window. Bathroom terrible: the last day I used the toilett brush and found a whole s**t on the bottom of it, cold in there, strange saponates in plastic dispensers, one of it was broken and was constantly falling down, no standard toiletteries that I am used to in 4*, rust in the bathroom, no space to leave your things, very small sink. Bed was very comfortable, great coffee and coffee machine in the room, although I was missing milk twice so it was pointless, free beer in the minibar but no bottle opener, just fanta and no water in the minibar — only the last day of our 4 days. No dirty clothes bag.

Clean rooms, friendly stuff, beware one of the rooms is separate from the others behind the reception, if you want more privacy watch out for this.

I was meant to be staying in hotel on Monday but the weather condition not allow me to travel to Amsterdam and I could not stay in hotel. I try to explain the situation but one of the member the hotel put the phone down on me and they wasn't helpful at all. They charge the full price to me. What I feel like is very unfair. Is a very bad hotel I never ever recommend to no one. Stay away from this hotel!

The Hotel, is keeping from August 3-authorization of credit card payment, made twice, no one knows why, that amounts to (1631.12 euro! ). We welded instead regularly at the start, to 12 August. Preauthorization that needed to be instantly unlocked at balance. Despite an email solicitation, still no results. Place to be avoided!
Room not very clean, although there was the daily change of towels.
Broken Towel rack in the bathroom and hanging from the wall, bedside lamp broken and without switch, which was removed from the wall of wood. Outside the door, dirty glass window, a Chair peeling, which fortunately they removed two days later.
The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building with apartments and two other hotels. Desk on the fourth floor, rooms on the second and our third.
Honestly we stayed at two star hotel much better, than the "theory" of the property. Avoid breakfast which costs 15 euros, and go to the bar near …

Was a great experience, had some trouble with card system as it was refusing to give me access to the floor, but as an overall experience was great.

It is quite clean and calm hotel. I had really convenient night at the hotel. All hotel staffs are kind too. This hotel is good for biz trip purpose.

I stayed there 2 nights and the hotel is nice, the staff very nice. The parking system is short a hotel location and a great price value.

Stayed here New Year's Eve 2014 and loved it and the staff, especially the gentleman on reception, were fab so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.

I stayed there last weekend an it was wonderful. Such a nice welcome, they told me all about the city. I haven't checked what I can do in Amsterdam as it was a quick weekend action. But I think I saw all the hotspots I can with the help of the reception stuff. All friendly and try to do anything you for. The Junior Suite I booked was really spacious. The rain shower was super in this beautiful stone bathroom. And in the morning it was a bliss to have the breakfast to get over the hangover from the night. It is like a home for my weekends in Amsterdam.

The employees are very nice and always everything was clean and we felt very welcome but the room was somewhat small but totally fine and the minibar was included which I found pretty good.
