I recently stayed at the Loft Suite at this hotel and it was a horrendous experience. I strongly strongly recommend that you find another hotel to stay at. Here are the reasons: — The room has an industrial ceiling with exposed pipes. These pipes leaked water onto the floor of the room.
— Our whole room smelled like cigarettes the day following the wedding
— There was a party in a nearby room where loud music was playing until 7 in the morning. We notified the front desk and they didn't do anything about it.
— The area behind the bed were filled with dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in years.
— There was an earplug inside of the pillowcase. We told the front desk about it after the first night, and when we came back, it was still there. They hadn't changed the sheets.
— But mostly, we both woke up with small bites on our bodies that looked like bed bug bites. We notified them and they did nothing about it. Don't stay here, stay somewhere else. It's not worth it. Definitely do not stay here for your wedding night, you'll be disappointed.

Nice hotel in the middle of Eindhoven. Rooms are quite big with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. There was an incident with the fire installation during my stay. Until 03:00 am every now and then the fire alarm went off which disturbed the night for all guests. Staff handled it properly with a discount (although I explicitly had to ask for that).

+ The best hotel I have stayed in Eindhoven so far. Hotel is in the city center. Rooms are very big. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also fine. — There was no slipper in the room.

Hotels a short walk from the 401 bus stop (to and from the airport in 25 minutes) and 150 metres from the PSV stadium. The location is fantastic, attached to the small town of Eindhoven, just a few meters from the street of shops. Without ever having to take public transport you can reach every part of the city. The room we were given was very spacious and had a fantastic bathroom (brand new and with separate shower and bathroom). The view unfortunately does not er spectacular (on a building building) but despite this you could see a glimpse of the suggestive stadium. We didn't try the SPURTROPPO breakfast for a fee.

Located in the middle of the city centre and five minutes walking distance from the central station. This hotel is my favourite hotel to spend the night. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel bar situated in the lobby is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Definitely recommend this place!

Close to the city. Close to bus station. Very clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. €22.50pp for breakfast is a tad steap but bar drinks are reasonable. Highly recommend.

No wash cloths in the bathroom, sink area is very small. Rooms are good size and the staff if very friendly. Breakfast choices are good. It's in a good location, 5min walk to train station, shops, restaurants, etc… It is part of or next to a former Phillips light manufacturing plant from back in the day. With that kind of history you'd think the rooms would be more well lit. AC and heater controls are centrally run so you can't adjust up or down. Parking is an issue as they don't have many spots below so you need to find parking elsewhere if the lot is full.

The hotel is very modern looking, different than others in a great way. The choice of materials look great. I stayed in the Art Jacuzzi room, which was amazing. No complaints whatsoever. The staff is very helpful and kind, they make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend, and will come back.

Had a good stay. It's right in the centre of Eindhoven, so everything is conveniently accessible. The only issue I faced was, they debited my card for the entire amount right away during check in without even informing beforehand. This led to very little amount left in card and lot of hassle during holiday time.

The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the shower has continuous warm water. The rooms were very clean and the staff member on duty during the two nights we stayed was extra friendly. It's a short walk from the stadium, from the shopping streets and from anything else you might need. We particularly appreciated finishing our nights at the terrace speaking about the troubles of the world. It's a bit of a maze to get to your room. Take Elevator up then walk inside for 2 min then another elevator. Solution don't get back drunk and you should be fine.

The hotel is very nice and modern, who thinks he comes with a cheap ticket in one of the rooms you see in the high-gloss picture advertising, which has cut, but that is almost OK, if you could not have looked forward to such a room, wellness one can do cost but extr A was also not our expectation, in the beautiful Kunsthalle, there is an ice cube machine, which is cool, perfect for mixes. Underground garage costs €15 (per night) is also OK, everyone who had to go to Cologne or so in the parking garage can accept that. Our window was to the sunny side, over day it was brutally warm, the ventilation does not bring this or is not set properly, but when it was dark you could cool it down quickly, air conditioning is not! Bathroom with bathtub and large shower plate, kaffepads for Lau in the room, staff good, very accommodating, service with quality. Cleanliness in the room, OK but not great, breakfast tasty and tasty, really good. The rooms for wood class also OK, high ceilings, cool style. Can you look at it:) ), anyone who wants to watch movies about stick on TV can not do the devices are locked in the direction.

Had a lovely stay there. Nice big room, amazing breakfast and most importantly excellent staff. Gracious Emma and Mark at reception where lovely and helpful. I shall return again.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Heindhoven.

Inntel Hotels Art Eindhoven is a 4-star art hotel, located in the centre of Eindhoven. A large number of the unique rooms and suites are located in the monumental Philips factory, built in 1909, where in the past the first light bulbs were made and tested. A dynamic team of architects and designers have managed to maintain the specific elements of the Light Tower, and to transform the building into an Art Hotel. The fabulous 4 meters high ceilings in Loft rooms typify the industrial character of the hotel. In this hotel art, history and science meet.

Modern, rich breakfast and super well located. I only found the room with little light in the evening (more for a decorative theme). Very friendly staff.

A great hotel, where you'll get value for money! This time I received a free upgrade to this great Jacuzzi room, because of the amount of reservations.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms made very clever use of the available space. I found it to be clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was nice with great bartenders but, they could not figure out how to make a Martini for Americans… Which was a great story that we still tell to people. The Location is really good too. It is right in Downtown Eindhoven near lots of restaurants and public transit. All in all, Next time I am go to Veldhoven, I will stay at the Inntel.

Very nice place. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the room from reception though. Rooms are huge. Stuff is very friendly. Food is rather good.

Nice hotel, breakfast good. All rooms are different surprises so possible. The conference rooms and catering in the adjacent Igluu are quite good.

Overall nice place. Location is excellent and very convenient to walk in the downtown. Lots of places to eat nearby. I would just say that the beds were not great. Nice breakfast included.

Well located hotel in the city center of Eindhoven. The room is very big and well decorated. Breakfast is included and is great. Only bad thing was the bathroom: after each shower the entire bathroom flooded.

Quite an exclusive hotel and I was surprised at the mistakes made. Check in was fine, room was lovely. The bath I asked for had a problem with the plug. Had to call maintenance people who took 20 minutes to solve the problem. Lovely bedding, comfortable beds. Surprised at the lack of tea, coffee and sugar available: it was provided but not nearly enough. Check out on Sunday is to be avoided at 12:00. The staff could not cope and there were queues for 20 minutes.

Definitely a highlight of this hotel is the location, it is close to the central station in Eindhoven. The rooms are very large and spacious but maybe a tad dark, as far as the services there are several but all paid and not cheap.

Hotel located right in the centre, very close to the central station of Eindhoven. Luxurious structure, gym and spa service, bar and restaurant. Spacious rooms, maybe a little dark, but with all the comforts, including safe and minibar.

The staff has been great. They ensure you know everything about the facility. I will say in the rooms some of the outlets are inconveniently place. Outside of that I have no complaints.

Room features, spacious, near the station to facilitate the surrounding environment. Many triple rooms do not have a fridge and bathtub, but they have a double room. The toilet is separate from the shower. The hotel is equipped with a free gym and sauna. Breakfast eggs are very good, generally fried into poached eggs, you can ask him to do the egg or scrambled eggs, girls fried more delicious (˶‾᷄⁻̫‾᷅˵)

This hotel has put an emphasis on being artsy over comfort and practicality which makes it good for the casual weekend and hard for business and family travel. The location is very good — walkable from the train station. I have always found the front desk staff to be helpful. My room has always been clean and maid service fine. My issue and lower rating is with the rooms which are definitely designed more for casual weekenders / couples wanting romance. (so rating would be a 4 if that is what you need. ) Each room is different but most in the main building are quite dark. They have dark purple or red walls, heavy dark velvet drapes, and mood lighting. (Inadequate to read in bed or see your clothing to dress. ) Many bathrooms are also outfitted with dark tiles and poor lighting. There are no closets or quite small unlit ones. I always bring a flashlight and a reading light and sometimes I have asked for extra floor lights. Now, I always ask for one of the few rooms with white walls and if not available I won't stay there. The maintenance staff is prompt and helpful. All rooms do have windows that open. Very few rooms have air conditioning. Some rooms have the huge tubs which again are for the 'weekenders'. No water is provided in the rooms as NL tap water is drinkable. There usually is a coffee / tea maker. There is a nice gym around the corner which they can provide a pass for.

Absolutely not recommended！Not honest 、bad attitude 、worst front desk service. Lack of equipment in the room, even no refrigerator in expensive family room. The room is very dirty, and my kids got bitten after sleep, not friendly to kids. This is definitely the most terrible hotel I have ever stay in the whole world.

Large room with great decor and brilliant water Prees! Very friendly hotel staff and good selection at breakfast. Only downside is the limited number of electrical sockets by the bed but it's only a small thing.

Rooms with very old furniture (and a little dirty). On the other hand the bathroom in the room is very nice and comfortable.

Great hotel, very well located near the city center/station. Each room seems to be decorated differently which adds a lot of personality. The industrial vibe in the rooms located in the former Philips factory is nice too. Plus points for the sauna, balcony and affordable jacuzzi rooms. Minus point for bad lighting in the bathroom.

I needed a place to stay overnight on my way to another country. Last minute reservation and very friendly personnel. I traveled with my dog and no problem for him to stay with me as well. An extra charge for the dogs as every other place. Nice parking underground and very clean and classy room. Finally very very comfy bed so I got a good night sleep after 12 hours driving. The only downside is the breakfast. Not much variety and not a good quality. Such a shame a nice and comfortable hotel like this in the heart of Eindhoven doesn't serve a proper breakfast. Anyways I will definitely go back next time.

Stayed in this hotel many times, when it was Best Western and then Inntel. Fantastic hotel — big spacious rooms with amazing decoration. Bar and restaurant excellent both, and free Wi-Fi works well throughout hotel.

Have used Inntel Hotels before and have been impressed everytime. This particular hotel stands out, keeping some of the originality on its previous build inside as well a good modern design to finish.

Rooms are spacious, decoration original, Wi-Fi is working well. We had good time. The minus: white curtains so not really dark in the morning, I woke up early.

I would to say. This is not friendy service in hotel desk service. I living this hotel one week, cause my company reserve this for us 1. Eevery time I pass service desk. Desk service stuff never say hello or welcome to home. Sometime they just talk each other and don't ask customer what they want. Bad desk service. 2. Hotel car parking slot too few!, I need parking my car to outside!. Hotel didn't provide any other parking space. Even hotel opposite has parking lot. You need pay 16 euro for one night! terrible service!

Hotel ASCO! Fined US € 150 that they supposedly say we smoking inside the room! THIEVES! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! and to access our room, you can't see the tour that had to make nen! It seemed a maze!

Its a good hotel. Rooms are very nice and big. not to cheap but you do get a good night stay. breakfast excellent. dinner good but not super. The acoustics are bad when the bar is full of loud people. also parking is not guaranteed when your a guest. So when you leave it is most likley you will need to park accross the street all in all a good stay.

Excellent. Couldn't regulate room temperature though. Has bike rental. Excellent breakfast.
