My third visit in a row staying at the Crown Inn for the Eindhoven Marathon. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable. The staff always very friendly and helpful.

Very not ok for house keeping, look at what they left in my room for two days!

Room has no electricity on a monday morning and the customer service/reception is cold and unprofessional about it. They simply respond with "ok". Very poor service.

Quiet busy and popular area many facilities are available.

We had a nice stay there for almost 2 weeks. When we checked in, we had a problem with our booking com reservation and the girl in the reception — Natasha was really helpful. Really appreciate her prompt action and support. Rooms were cleaned properly and we must appreciate the effort of room service. Bathroom was nice and clean. Overall great stay.

A good hotel, in a perfect location. Rooms at a very good level and well maintained. Service always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts tasty. A big advantage for the possibility of preparing eggs by the chef on request, because I do not recommend "the container" once (not only here but throughout the Netherlands :) )

Friendly staff, the room was bigger than expected and nicely equipped. The air conditioner was louder than necessary, but still in an okay range of volume. The bathroom was exceptionally well equipped with both a shower and a bath tub. Breakfast was very good, the only thing I was not satisfied with were the Croissants, they were quite dry.

Been at the hotel for 2 weeks for work. Staff very polite and helpful. Coffee is pretty good in room and at breakfast.

Everything was immaculate, Nice staff at the desk, the room I had was spacious. Also had a lovely view.

Very bad getaway. A computer crash made us wait an hour and a half to be recorded. We had a drink. The hotel well implanted on the place unfortunately no access by car, no near parking. We had seen in the square but the simple glazing lets the night noise of drunk and stoned people pass through. The shower curtain sticks and it is very unpleasant… no channel in French. Very bad experience.

Huge beautiful room, bed enormous. Very clean, great air conditioning. Huge tv. Friendly helpful staff. Will be back. Such a central location.

Rooms are clean and beds are fine. Staff is friendly, especially after a while. In the beginning, communication was a little 'according to the rules instead of 'according to the guest'. No possibility to open any windows and rooms are very hot on sunny days. Airco makes a lot of noise, but that's about it. Central location which is great, but 13, 50 for parking is ridiculous; using ParkMobile is even cheaper and just as close. According to the room rate, parking should be free of charge or at least way cheaper.

Decent Hotel, just ask for extra vacuum cleaning on beforehand and you have a nice room.

Nice twin room with comfy bed. The windows don't open so I found it stuffy some nights but there is an air conditioner. Hotel and neighborhood are quiet but near the airport so some plane noise at night. The breakfast was okay: cereals, fruit, cooked breakfast and a selection of meat & cheese. Not a lot for a vegan. I would stay here again for a business trip.

The hotel is located in the city center, 5 minutes walking from the central station. Nice and clean room, maybe a bit small. Professional staff.

Good place in the city center, close to restaurants, mall and main station. Perfect for short stay. Clean and well equipt bathroom. Small breakfast and lack of normal window, at least in my room, so maybe it's better to ask for it before check-in. During check-in I was aware that 'I am not allowed to eat my food in the room'. Can understand that they want to persuade people to eat in their restaurant, or many guests were leaving mess, but find it a little bit rude. However, it wasn't bad, can recommend this hotel.

A gem of a place just a stroll from the city centre and the railway station. Quality bedding, lovely bath. Tea, coffee and even an iron and ironing board. I wish I had discovered this place before!

Classic Hotel… too expensive… kind staff sometimes greets others you look like a ghost…

First time to be in Eindhoven. Lovely hotel to stay over night with a good price. Internet speed is fast for con call and emailing.

Good location in the centre of Eindhoven. Furnishings of the rooms have come a bit in the years but okay. Breakfast excellent and good selection.

Old hotel with amenities are also type of old… heater is not automatic and not working properly. Place is clean and maintained properly.

Rooms a little small but well organized, the essentials: a bed a bathroom and a TV, however, is located in the center of Eindhoven, next to the KFC and MC and with all the shops and services a few meters, recommended.

It is a party in the square where he had the view my room, clean and comfortable.

Nice staff. Clean hotel. Had to four a 4-room, with 2 double beds. A dream. Star deduction because you have to use the expensive parking garage around the corner and get no discount. We did not book breakfast, so we did not provide any information.

They do not inform you about the rooms WITHOUT WINDOW. Some rooms are looking at walls, some look at inner atrium. So, no direct and natural lighting and ventilation. Breakfast is too expensive compared to the diveristy of food they serve.

We had dinner in the restaurant. The fish and steak where very good with a delicious potato gratin. Excellent house wine to combine with the meal. Only the prices where a little steap.

Smaller hotel right in the center of Eindhoven. Located directly at the big market square, it is ideally located. All amenities are available, and staff are friendly and helpful. Due to its location, if you have a room at the front of the hotel, there can be a lot of noise late at night from the numerous bars and restaurants nearby.

Too bad policy that they allowed me to check-in only 3pm though iIam early because of international travel. I got frustrated with reception staff behavior that they were adamant that can't allocate room even if it is available at that time. First time such bad experience in hotel management and hospitality. I have visited many countries no where I see this kind of silly rule for guests.

Heating does not work. The rooms are cold in winter. There is no heating in the bathroom.

Was here for business and the 24 hour reception desk was helpful. Cheep and cheerful. Nothing wrong and would stay again if needed.

Good prices, central and very comfortable.

Hotel is clean, quiet and centrally located in Eindhoven. The rooms are not very big and the bathroom is a little too small. Overall good place for a couple of nights stay on business, no more than a couple of nights.

Service at the highest level, good breakfast.

Suite is very comfortable, clean and fresh. Lovely bathroom and large comfortable bed. Generally quiet and staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to all amenities, many shops and restaurants to choose from.

Great location, room with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub/shower, very nice also seen the relatively low cost! Eindhoven cute as City but with a few things to see.

I would not choose to stay here again. The Wi-Fi was a huge issue. It worked intermittently but was really slow when it was available. The shower was a small square base in the floor surrounded only by a curtain which reduced the shower space by about half. We extended our stay by booking online and I got a lecture by one of the night staff who wad not sure how it worked where I was from but the hotel had to pay the 3rd party I was using to book and booking through the hotel was more expensive since it created more work for the hotel. There was a refusal to suggest other restaurants since the hotel had 2 restaurants. Luckily we have Google — I was looking for fine dining for a birthday celebration. Day staff was great and tried to help us but I am quite sure we are not the first to have Wi-Fi issues. Crown needs to address this with urgency.

Talking about the restaurant only: dirty tables and very very slow service. Waited for 45 minutes to get a simple burger. Definitely does not worth the time spent.

Hotel Strategically located: just 5 mins from Eindhoven Central Station and the city centre. In addition the area is very quiet so you will not have any problem sleeping. The hotel is cared for in the smallest detail and very clean. Only the bathroom is a little small but considering the whole thing is a completely negligible detail. The breakfast, then, is considerable: abundant and varied, although very focused on salty.

Good rooms and excellent service in reception.

Comfy room except the heat didn't work well. Hotel gave us an electric heater which helped. Terrible Wi-Fi, basically never worked. Clean, great location. Tiny shower in bathroom was a little claustrophobic, barely room to turn around.

The rooms are dirty: there's dust on the bed frame and window frame. The AC in the room is not heating at all and cooling is not accurate and also you're unable to open the windows! There's mold everywhere around the shower, especially on the walls. The noise on the street is not muffled at all and prevents a good nights sleep. Cleaning staff don't vacuum the floor in the rooms nor polish the tables… I don't know who assigned 4* to this hotel but must have been wrong. Don't stay here if you have other options.

Small hotel in the heart of the city, rooms are small, I lived on the 3rd floor, Room 316, no Wi-Fi, all the hotel chains to the room do not reach. The room was clean and the breakfast was very… But the city-Wi-Fi worked with interruptions (near the bed there are no outlets, only at the wall opposite, very uncomfortable, the cable does not get out. The view from the window is very good and the church is ringing from 8 am.

Good hotel option in Eindhoven, very close to the Central Station! The location is also great, in the middle of the city center. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Unfortunately their gym is not so great and they don't have bicycles… but still is my favorite hotel in Eindhoven.

Central Hotel, right on the main square, Eindhoven is not very big, but its location allows you to go anywhere walking. The staff were very helpful and clean.

It is a typical, decent, cozy little European hotel. It is clean, the staff are professional, and the location is good. It is right on the town square so if you have a window over the square and it's the weekend, you may have to put up with some party noise. The bar/restaurant downstairs is popular in summer for its view of the busy market square. Decent hotel. Don't expect a big, shiny, chain hotel experience and you'll be fine.

Very well located in the middle of the center of Eindhoven. Good restaurant and brasserie. Spacious rooms. Very good connections to railway station (5 minutes walking) and airport (20 minutes by bus from central station)

The rooms are very good, good temperature (adjustable), clean and comfortable bathrooms (hot water comes out fast and is maintained). The Wi-Fi goes well and is very well located close to the center and with many restaurants, cinemas and shops nearby. The breakfast was also very good. The only downside is that the staff is a bit dry at times and not very flexible. For example, with its rules, the payment from the company was complex and in the end I had to pay, but nothing serious. Advisable for sure.

I did not like this hotel at all. Many small negatives pile up to a big negative. Cons: -Terrible breakfast. -Poorly designed rooms, such as: -Bathroom threshold that will stub your toe. Showerhead is over the slanted side of the tub. -Separate hot and cold water knobs on sink, which is particularly annoying because the hot water is dangerously scalding hot. -Pull cord light switch in the bathroom which is surprisingly difficult to find in the middle of the night. -Had to walk to Holiday Inn for my shuttle. I'd rather just stay at the Holiday Inn, it's a much better hotel. Pros: -Good location in center of town and very close to the station.

Nice staff and good breakfast. Would have been better the windows could be opened up in the rooms. Only airco in the rooms and no fresh air. Overall nice experience.

It's a great hotel in the middle of the city. Its really easy to get there by train and we can go anywhere we want from the hotel.

RUDE PERSONNEL! I asked if checking before 2pm is possible for a pregnant women and they were very rude both on the phone (yelling and raising voice on their customers) and in the reception (the lady at the front desk has a very bad attitude with the guests), I even asked if it is possible to wait until 2pm sitting on the sofa and she refused. I do not recommend such hotel!

Good location, single room (316) has no air con and I didnt know you could all for a fan until I checked out. The staff are great, welcoming. Would visit and recommend for family to stay as is quite close.

Bad beds… looks poor and the room was hot. Only good thing is the location in the middle of the city.

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, you have to Park, if you're only a guest for a short period of time, in the underground garage of a nearby shopping centre. The belonging to the Hotel Parking P1 and P2 are for guests with longer stay. The modern rooms are clean and well equipped.

Hotel is in a great location, not to far from the train station and close to the restaurant and shops in the town centre. Clean rooms with all the amenities that are required, breakfast was good.

Super good location, right in the centre of Eindhoven. The rooms are decorated old-fashioned. Breakfast is not included in the price. Price-to-performance ratio does not fit 100%.

Perfect location! Clean Hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Very happy with the overnight stay.

Nice hotel, big rooms and nice staff. Lacks a gym and a proper breakfast. But for the price you can't really go wrong. Parking is available across the street. Staff help you out as much as possible, and will happily point you in the correct direction, or offer advice where is good to eat.

So this was a trip for our anniversary, I contacted the hotel beforehand to get details of parking and for a nice room as we paid for the executive double, I also wanted a bottle Of bubbly in the room when I arrived, and it was there as promised, they were so helpful. Was so clean couldn't find a fault.
Breakfast was lovely, I don't come abroad and expect the same as we have back in the uk was fantastic and really tasty.
We managed to get the best room in the hotel! Thank you Hampshire hotel we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend you to all!

Beautiful Hotel. In a quiet and central area. Worth all its stars and friendly and courteous staff.

Great Hotel, super breakfast, clean rooms and strategic location.
At 200 meters from the station, on the pedestrian street of the centre.
The only flaw is the car parking, expensive and from the other part road.

The hotel itself is not bad, but I was wrong with the reservation, I don't know whether to blame them or the agency and in the end they made me take an more room if I wanted to let the son sleep. In the end they also recharged me the sojourn tax.

I booked 2 rooms here (a double and a single). They were €50 each room. They were both spotlessly clean, modern, and really nice. €50 is great value for a double room of this quality. It's right in the centre of town. Highly recommend.

80 Euro's is too much for the quality.

Nice location on the main pedestrian street and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side, but they are functional. Minibar is a plus. Wifi is only available on ground floor, but the free cabled internet in the rooms is stable and reasonably fast. Breakfast from the hotel restaurant is decent but selection is limited.

No air-con or fan in room; stiflingly hot in room even when it's only 20C outside; very, very noisy. Very overpriced laundry. Definitely would not stay here again.
