Wonderful service. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect. I was given a speedy check in and a complimentary drink at the bar. My stay was for a few weeks and I received wonderful service the entire way through. Deep cleaning and periodic check ins made it feel like they took notice on my needs.

Used swimming pool and gym. Was surprised to know that you can pay and use the service. Clean place. Pool and gym both are small.

Beautiful hotel with good quality service. Friendly staff. Breakfast perfect. Rooms were serviced on a daily basis. Value for money.

Had a 2 night stay hotel was spotless staff were very friendly and helpfull only fault we had was on sunday morning at breakfast it was busy and the guy that was on duty wasted time standing around when there were 4 tables that hadnt been cleared guests left then came back 15 minutes later for their breakfast.

This is one of the good hotels in Eindhoven. The ambience is very and the staffs are courteous. This has spacious conference room available for business meetings and conferences. They have variety of food available for lunch and taste is good. There is a piano at the entrance and you can try playing even if you dont know.

I was at Park Plaza a weekend and I must say that the service was impeccable; The property is really nice and comfortable, located in a quiet area near the center. The really yummy staff is helpful, especially for me who don't speak English very well. For the rest I can only comment that the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever served, especially for the quality of the products and the professionalism of the staff, who among other things spoke Italian very well! If I go back to Holland, for sure I will stay here… See you soon and thank you!

Great location, clean, comfortable, staff were brilliant!

Be aware of frivolous weekend "taxes". I ended up paying €170 in extra charges. Hotel has parking, but it's not free. The rooms are decent but have insufficient ventilation. The best thing this hotel has got going, is the location. You are a stone throw away from the city center.

The Resepsionistin does not provide any invoices and sells the customers for stupid! For late checkout, 25 euros is required ridiculously.
There are better alternatives in Eindhoven.

Great hotel. I did an over night here. Reasonably priced. Quite. Comfortable beds and rooms. The facilities are great too. The breakfast here was fantastic. Far beyond what I had expected. The hotel was very clean and bright with a good entrance. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had excellent English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of time.

I stay at the Plaza monthly for around a week at a time, the staff are excellent, the food is great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eindhoven. Don’t forget the club Carlson points they soon add up to free nights.

I come here for unlimited swimming and sauna for €30/month. Very clean and towel's provided as well as shampoo and conditioner. The place is nice with pool, gym, and sauna. The front office crew are also nice and friendly as well as helpful.

Rummen var väldigt bra eftersom vi var 4 personer och fick två rum bredvid varandra med dörr från ena rummet till det andra. Det var en stor smart-tv I rummet som barnen tyckte om. Det var god frukost och en fin pool.

Not the cleanest hotel, but the staff is helpful. Sadly, it may be the best hotel in the area, at least in its price range. If you want a cool room during hot seasons, don't stay here. The AC barely functions. The beds are quite comfortable, although hot. The leather chair in the room was a design error. It smells like sweat until you disinfect it with a wipe. The immediate area houses mostly Indian, Chinese and Japanese food. There are also a couple of French-ish places a stones throw away. Easily within walking distance is an area packed with restaurants and pubs. Most of them serve food you won't be happy you ate later, but the beer is excellent.

First time to visit a Park Plaza inside the Netherlands but certainly not the last time! Great choice for a weekend away. Walking distance from the Eindhoven city centre which is a shopping heaven! The hotel itself looks stylish, clean and has very kind and attentive staff. Their indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna is a great asset (open to 11pm! ). Breakfast is great with plenty/variety of food choices. The lounge/bar area looks great, with a bit limited but still good fast food choices. Finally, the handwritten (Carlson member) welcome message by the manager shows the little details that make this hotel outstanding in the worldwide Carlson hotels chain!

Nice Hotel, good service and very well placed in the city center; Pedestrian street and restaurants within a 2-minute walk.

Stayed March 2012, travelled as a couple Stayed here in room 109 and unfortunately didn't get much sleep. Like many hotels, the windows cannot be opened (especially here in Eindhoven because of local regulations), and as usual hotels install horrible air-conditioning that incredibly noisy. Fortunately there's a way around this, and after checking-in we left the air-conditioning on to ventilate the already very stale and warm room while we were out for the evening, but this really didn't do anything. The room was just as stale when we returned, only now it was awfully dry. Not being able to breathe comfortably in a warm, arid, stuffy room is not conducive to a good night's sleep. While keeping the windows securely shut might resolve a safety issue, more needs to be done to improve ventilation and humidification of the rooms, and this is not unique to this hotel. To add insult to injury, the pillows were very cheap with lumpy synthetic stuffing. Maybe we were just unlucky. On the other hand, the hotel staff were pleasant and friendly, and the empty mini-bar fridge in the room (so you can use it for your own stuff) is a great idea and more hotels need to follow this example. The complementary water was also greatly appreciated, as I'm sure you'll understand! Unlike other hotels, the Wi-Fi strength in the room was excellent, once past the fiddly login system (slightly difficult to use on a smart-phone).

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Plaza Mandarin. I was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel, but above all by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and can honestly say that the service here was the best I've ever been before, from a five-star hotel in the shade. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, answers to my questions quickly and professionally (if I had problems with my kettle and safe, a member of the staff was to fix in my room within minutes to these problems, and when I asked at the front desk for additional sachets coffee took someone some of it my room delivered immediately). The hotel has two Chinese restaurants and a Japanese — I tried one of the Chinese restaurants that Mei-ling (again, the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful), select the buffet dinner, but it was so good, that I returned with friends a few nights later.

This is a reasonably outfitted hotel, nothing stellar, but the hotel staff were exceptional. Aside from being prompt at check in they were informative regarding their Gold Points Plus program, and when I asked late at night about the fitness room, the manager on staff did not hesitate to SHOW it to me and offer to open it earlier upon request the next morning. The restaurant and bar are nothing special, but the location is great, making downtown offerings very accessible.

Check in 14 H… have the room at 3.30 pm… Meanwhile we are parked in the living room, without even seeing us offer a coffee or even a glass of water. Sauna always off (1 hour 30 to 70 °c). Room not made the next day. The restaurant "Japanese" pretty mediocre. Renovated room in our case but could not open the windows.
Finally, fortunately the smiles and kindness among others of Elisabeth and Niara… who should perhaps manage the hotel.
