Decent hotel. Stayed in the kitchenette rooms. They are a bit dated but decent. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is spectacular. Poo/spa area was very nice. Pool is small. Smokers lounge smells up the lobby area.

All of the staff we talked to were courteous, kind and really did that bit extra to make our stay convenient and fun. Would recommend this hotel to anybody and will absolutely be back here next year all going well! The hotel was also spotless and the spa/gym facilities were a nice extra after a day playing sports!

Convenient location in the city center. The rooms are clean (if not to fault), the room has a small kettle, coffee machine (with three capsules), iron and ironing board. Friendly staff.

Very nice rooms, all accommodations your would need. A very nice buffet breakfast, a lot of options though it does get busy. Small but well equipped gym, sauna facilities. Felt more limited to me but are by no means lacking. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the shops and the restaurants. All at a very fair price, I would definitely go again.

Nice place to stay with long distances to rooms. Very good reception but once you have paid that's it. Exceptional breakfast and the personnel at the restaurant are really very good.

Upscale Hotel. Large rooms, well organized and with all the necessary facilities. Great location, in just over 5 minutes walk you can get to the station, just walk a road to reach the nightlife area of Eindhoven. Really a great place to stay in this city!

Big rooms. Clean and quiet. Good bed. Hotel bar has a broad and tasty selection of drinks. The breakfast (extra charge) was fabulous and worth spending the money. Gym is well equipped. Staff was very friendly.

What a great hotel, I've stayed here already a couple of times. This time I took again the junior suite, Whaauw superb room, a lot of space, very clean good amenities and a wonderful bed. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and service minded. And yes breakfast is expensive (but nowadays this is a fact in all hotels) but on this hotel definitely worth it. I'll be back soon, keep up the good work!

Hotel situated a short walk from the train station and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms very spacious with comfy bed a very high spec. Great breakfast selection and staff very pleasant.

Room was beautiful and plush. Requested a plug converter and they came and left it in my room whilst I was down in the pool which was super efficient. The pool, spa amd gym area were really clean and I felt very relaxed. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast I have had in a hotel (and ive stayed in a lot). Such a great variety and high standard of food. Would gladly stay again anytime.

Great hotel in central location to visit the city.

Although this hotel does not show any stars to the outside, it would need a rating from hotel stars. Absolutely not to be afraid of the EU. In short, it is the best hotel on * * * * level which I have been allowed to visit for a long time. The rooms are absolutely first class in furnishings and design as well as very clean and well maintained. The beds are almost more comfortable than at home and the service is also nothing to complain about. The breakfast is rich and tasty and the automatic juice Press to watch the glass filled with really fresh orange juice sweetens the start to the day. Should I come back to the embarrassment to stay in Eindhoven, I would definitely choose the Pullman again.

I was at the Pullman Hotel for an event organized by my company. Lovely place, very big. Very good Buffet.

Still the best hotel in the city centre. It may not have that style and grace this same hotel/building had back in the 70's or 80's when it was a Philips owned 5 star hotel known as Grand Hotel de Cocagne, but a very good hotel for short breaks or business trips. Recommended.

Great Hotel! Very friendly staff, very spacious and modern rooms. Fitness US spa area are great. Good choice and excellent quality at breakfast buffet. The hotel is well located in the city centre and all kinds of shops are within a few minutes walking distance.

The best hotel I have stayed in. The beds were above comfortable and the bed sheets were a dream. Rooms were spacious, with big bathrooms and with all amnesties — iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. The coffee machine and water heater were nice as well. The breakfast was jummy — there was everything you want, also for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel pool was small but nice and clean, and the gym also great. Another compliment goes to the staff — they were all amaing!

One the best places to stay in Eindhoven. The ambience of the place is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly. Enjoy staying here when in Eindhoven. Great breakfast too!

The hotel is super well located (in the heart of the city) a quality staff who understands and speaks French, they did not hesitate to upgrade us when we had an electrical connection problem in our room.
Nothing to complain about superb hotel!

After changing the room twice in 3 days they still haven’t been able to provide an acceptable bedroom. The mattress are way too soft. Shower show a lot of Fungus. Incredible!

We felt very welcome. Staff is very professional and helpfull, at reception, in the bar, during breakfast. Neat appearance. Rooms are modern, interior design is well thought of (from location of light switches to even the shower tap and hooks for towels, very functional and convenient. ) Nice timings for breakfast until 11 am :-)

I enjoyed the two nights in Eindhoven in the room on the 8th floor of good size and quiet compared to the noise I could have had when choosing a hotel of the same range in Amsterdam.
The restaurant perfect for breakfast but the service too slow for dinner. The price for a new regular of the chord chain is a bit high especially the restaurant.

Second visit to the Pullman. Very welcoming. Great central location. My only negative comment is about staffing at breakfast. Mostly self service but lack of staffing means the filter coffee doesn't always get offered in a timely manner. Reception very helpful with my disabled husband's requirements. Also, very helpful when I discovered a bottle of wine in the mini bar had been tampered with by a previous guest and filled with water! Once reported, efficiently dealt with. It was very difficult to spot as the person who did it had very expertly resealed the foil cap, however reception were very apologetic and gave me a lovely glass of wine.

We had nice 3 nights in this Pullman hotel and overall we were satisfied with it. Only the bath's water was a bit strange, it changed sometimes from cold to hot and back even it was fixed on a certain temperature — and we got only one shower gel for 2… The room was enough wide for 2 people and also the hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from the main square, so the location is great. The breakfast had also many varieties of food, so it was also OK!

Stayed with 11 friends. Staff were very accommodating and we had a great time in Eindhoven. Facilities were fantastic. From check in to check out the process was very smooth. There's a reason they say it's the best hotel in Eindhoven!

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel, and I have stayed in others in Eindhoven. The Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne has a combination of things that make it exceptional, the front-desk is approachable and dedicated to customer satisfaction, the rooms in the wing I typically stay are refurbished and cleaning is impecable, the breakfast area reminds you of five star experiences with quality and variance in the menu supported by very professional and attentive staff. They provide bicycles and the location is central and convenient. Overall, I think it's the quality is high, but I also appreciate the fact that it's consistent throughout the hotel and all the times I have stayed in it. Well done! Thanks,

My first stay wasn't great as I had high expectations based on Pullman Dubai. But I was disappointed with your classic rooms. They are basic, small and outdated a bit for the cost. So I rated the hotel as a 3 star hotel. However, my second stay changed that perception and my initial impression on the hotel. Superior room is a 4 star standard, modern, spacious enough especially the bathroom in comparison to the classic room. Classic room bathroom was bit squeezed. Restaurant is 4 star standard. Quality of Customer Service is 5 star standard. With my limited experience your staffs comes across as very helpful and on top of their work. Overall, based on my second stay experience, my initial harsh feedback on the entire hotel was wrong. However, it does reflect the state of the classic room that I stayed during my first stay. Overall, I enjoyed my second stay.

The forum is Vostock Capital was good, the organization was at the proper level. Did not like the fact that you reserved on the map 5624 30/05/2017. The amount to 783 Euros in excess of the room rate which was 573Евро, and promised to return 210Евро for weeks and still not returned, this is bad, do not fulfill their promises. All other hotels where I lived in my long life room check at check out and no money was deposited!

Uncomfortable bed which was the shape of a bowl. Shower sprayed outside the tub and all over the floor. Breakfast was very good, but too expensive. Room lighting was OK (bright enough). Desk & desk chair was nice. My purpose of stay was for sleeping and showering, then eating breakfast. Based on purpose, this stay was a fail and I will not come back if I can help it. I've stayed in many other rooms in the Pullman in years past and this was worst for bed, typical poor shower/tub combo (the shower only rooms are much nicer), but more light than typical which is good. I only booked this hotel because others were full.

Very nice host, clean place and lots of things to availability of clients. An accessible luxury associated with the design. Breakfast is huge, varied and delicious! Only one small problem : the tables at breakfast were not cleared in time (lack of staff).

The stay was very pleasant and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The SPA area was not used because the weather was very good. The Breakfast area in the morning, unfortunately, very full, you could not have Breakfast in peace. If you got up to get something, has been cleared in the meantime, of course. That's why only 8 points in the standings.

Good Hotel in the centre of Eindhoven. The room facilities, such as bed, Tv were very modern, but also cozy. Breakfast like in a 5 star, coffee Lounge, Smoking lounge. Parking garage is available, find the 25 Euro for this, but a little too much, but it seems to be common. Best of all, the Hotel is only a stone's throw from the market square, many shops and a really nice Casino!

Very modern rooms, clean and fully equipped with TV, Internet, iron and all hygienic equipment. Professional staff. The food was a bit boring. Located conveniently close to city centre and train station.

A great and cheap hotel. The staff is excellent. Although it is in the Netherlands, most employees make an effort you talk French. I have read here and elsewhere critics like what the staff did not speak French, to them, I will answer them when you go to a country where the official language is not the French, it's for adapt you to and not to Aboriginal people to adapt to you. Personally, even though I don't speak a word of Dutch, the staff quickly understood what we needed and we meet. The food is gourmet, the services are excellent for a hotel at this price there, I recommend it to everyone and if you still hesitate to make a reservation, think more, go for it.
