The location and the look of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are fine. Most of the time you have a rainshower and a big bath. Some rooms, apparently the one I stayed in, had quite a few things that weren't right, like the bathroom door couldn't close and if it would be able to close you wouldn't be able to get out, because the doorknob wasn't working from the inside. Also our minicar doubled as a microwave as it wasn't closing correctly and it didn't have any space to lose it's heat. The hotel staff fixed it as fast as they could though, so that's a definite plus. Also, when you sit at the hotel bar and order a more special beer, they mix it up with normal beer! Overall, the hotel is really good but it just has some negative points here and there which you need to look out for.

Lovely location. Part renovated stately home, part addition. Rooms were large and of high quality. Bathrooms lacked a bathroom door, a problem if you're sharing a family room. Breakfast was excellent.

Such a lovely castle. Good drinks, food and royal environment. They are also child friendly.

The rooms are clean and large, the suites very nice. The organization runs well, even at larger celebrations. Great breakfast and otherwise the food is good but no star cuisine. I have been there several times during celebrations and it has always been a pleasant experience. If the weather is good, the large terrace with a view of the park is well worth a short walk. The function rooms in the basement are very dark, which can be felt as comfortable, or even narrowing. The staff is friendly and accommodating and very child friendly.

Already the building alone is great, the rest fits into this picture.

The Gourmet Restaurant offers affordable menus. Refined and delicious.
The staff are attentive and friendly.
Rooms and suites are offered at more than reasonable rates for a hotel of this category.
As for the art lovers of the TEFAF, the 30km to get to Maastricht are very quickly made…
Young lovers will find a very glamorous and romantic setting!

Great hotel with style, nice competent staff, great clean rooms with rich breakfast. Here we were now the third time and definitely not the last time.

Beautiful building and garden. The Castle rooms are spacious rooms and the ones at the back lookout over the garden. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Restaurant is too expensive compared to the food and service provided. Breakfast is good: varied and plenty to choose from.

5 stars for the beautiful building, the wonderful gardens, the good breakfast and the decoration of the building and of the rooms BUT 1 star for the poor quality of the bedroom. (Tower suite — 200€/night) Dust, spider webs, flies, hammam not working, light in the shower not working, blind of the window right next the bed broken, no bed sheet on the mattress, no signal on television each 5 minutes … etc Do will stay there again…

Great hotel in a nice town, in a great environment. Close to Aachen, Maastricht an in a wonderful part of the country for taking bike rides or walks.

Very luxurious and awesome hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The building and rooms are very nice. Perfect bathtub and shower. Only suggestion for improvement would be to get rid of the fake Nespresso cups and replace them for the official ones.

Always a pleasure. The constantly changing menu features seasonal culinary delights at a not exorbitant price. In the Region, particularly from Aachen, one of the best Restaurants.
