Gorgeous hotel. Lovely rooms. Free parking with a Spa and Health Centre. Breakfast is normal. Spread is normal just like any other smaller hotels. Staff not too friendly in restaurant but nice during check in and check out.

Very nice location and ambiance. Staff is really friendly and the food and drinks are very good. Loved the terrace next to the pond. Rooms are big and comfortable, but it was kinda hot during the night. Can definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very nicely located in a hollow directly on a small creek and consists of a castle and other adjacent buildings. The rooms are modern and functional. Everything is very clean.
Breakfast in buffet form is really very varied, with 19, €50 but too expensive.
All in all a very good, quietly located, classy hotel with friendly and helpful staff that I would visit again at any time.

I had one night there. I booked an arrangement «for her» that was announced to last for 2 hours. The product they put me burnt my skin after 5 minutes. I went out of the massage room and looked for the lady that put me that product or any help from the employees of the welness nobody was there to help in the welness area. I had to wait for 30 minutes in front of the room with only a towel (as they door was locked automatically after I left). Overall the arrangement lasted or 1h35 and not 2h (i also had a manicure and facial treatment). No aplogies for the employees. They just told me I had to tell them before I had alergies but I actually never had this problem before so how could I have known? And they didn't apologize neither about the fact that I had to wait for 30minutes for the welness employee and no means to find anyone before to alert them.

Poor! A door communicating on the next room and therefore noisy…

Nobel Hotel. Very expensive restaurants with fine dining. Rooms nice and quiet. Breakfast with a very large selection. Spa area with 2 saunas and swimming pool.

Amazing place for conferences, meetings and just for a weekend break. Pleasant staff, delicious food, all amenities you need.

Hardly any wellness possible… a small swimming pool… two saunas… for the money a impudence.

Were here for the meeting. Hotel very quiet and modern. Breakfast and lunch very large selection. Gladly again. Free Wi-Fi.

Nice rooms, friendly and helpful service, good food in the restaurant and café, breakfast so so, wellness area is so in the 80zigern stopped saunas pool and quiet areas are in need of quite renovation.

Great setting. Good, comfortable rooms with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Modern and good quality bathroom fixtures. Quiet at night. Very cosy and quiet pub in the old smithy/water mill. Very friendly staff. Very large indoor swimming pool. High quality gastronomic restaurant but a bit frugal on quantity. Wines as always much too expensive!

Beautiful place a few minutes from the chapel.

The grounds are beautifully located, the premises also very appealing. There were operators at the brunch that refilled you drinks at the tables. However, these were rarely there. The buffet was delicious for me, but for vegetarians it leaves something to be desired. Overall, I can still recommend the place.

What a wonderful place. This is the first time I am staying here but definitely not the last time. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Very clean spa area and a delicious breakfast with a view. The best is, only a 15 minutes drive to RWTH-AACHEN.

Very nice Hotel, modern but cozy decor. We had a newly renovated room — very nice and quiet, Whisper-carpet in the hallway. Appealing Wellness area — could be a little more attentive cleaned. Great food, both the Restaurant and at Breakfast.

We have here a very nice and pleasant time. We will come back here if we need to switch off!

Nice hotel with good facilities, spa, swimming pool and 2 small saunas. Great food and wines.

Just spent the weekend there whilst over for the Grand Prix, the hotel and staff were fantastic and very helpful when I told them I was a veggie. Will be back next year.
