Kind people and such a nice service. Wonderful bed.

My money is blocked even that I paid when I arrived and again for different amounts like bus card I paid at the reception
10 days been passed since we left and still no money on my account!

Just returned last week from this hotel for attending the meeting on nearby building.
Great location, rooms are beautiful and breakfast was stunning, one staff in restaurant name CELINE, w/o exception, these staff were thee best I have encountered anywhere, friendly, welcoming and responsive for request.

Highly recommended, it was really fantastic weekend experienced! thanks to Hanny and especially to Celine for making us feel more extra special.

Best hotel in The Hague! Highly recommend to book on this hotel. Location is perfect. Close to the city, forest and the beach. Front office personnel are really accommodating and friendly. Spacious parking. Great food and service. I’ll come back to this property.

The Hague Marriott is a horrible property, highly rude and unfriendly management. The manger on duty is very rude. The air conditioning in our rooms has not been working since the past 3 days. From their side the Marriott has obliged us with a small table fan as a substitute to the promised air conditioning in the rooms.

The family suite is great, very spacious. Apart from the sofa bed for the kids it has another sofa so you can still use the area as a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed large and comfortable. Love the small details like a little gift for the kids and complimentary onion soup. Would definitely recommend.

There’s no value for money in this property of Marriott. Even Gold Members aren’t given any compliments like breakfast or lounge access. They don’t even provide water bottle to guests inspite of charging exorbitant amount of money for the room. I picked room with 2 beds and the beds are so small like those in school dormitory. No upgrade for Gold member. Hotel again rips off by giving only SHARP 30 mins of free parking time. By the time you check in and transfer all your belongings from the car to the room and use the rest room and come back, it’s just over 30 mins and hotel charges 4 Euros for additional 1/2 hour or they give choice of extending it to all night for 19:50 Euros.

The hotel seemed nice and fairly new, but I experienced many issues. The room was very warm, only feather pillows were provided dispute my request for foam and we were not given access to the executive lounge. Too bad this otherwise nice hotel couldn’t provide adequate services.

I couldn’t find the gym if there is one. Great located can get on the tram from a short walk. Easy access to the beach and the center of the city, get tickets at the front desk. Very nice staff. The food service is very nice, must make reservations at the hotel. On one occurrence the kitchen was overwhelmed and had to close early, big group on Sunday. They didn’t always pick up the room service number, had to go down to the bar area. Good but not great TV selection. Would consider coming again.

Good location, nice rooms, pleasant staff. I liked a lot breakfasts here! There are many options and all is delicious. But we had the problem. I came here I business trip to the conference and my room was booked and prepaid in advance. But there were problems worth visa so I came the day later than I should. When I tried to check in, I was told that my booking was cancelled and my room is occupied by another person. The hotel was full so I had to find another place to stay. It was quite nasty situation. Next day it was fixed but nevertheless it wasn't very fun to come to foreign country at the evening without place to stay.

INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE Spent some time here at the weekend and had very high expectations. One staff member was particularly rude, and when I asked for another duvet, it only came the next day. The glasses in the lobby used for drinking the infused water were not clean, and there should of been vegetarian food at breakfast. However, the view from my window was beautiful even though it was noisy on the Saturday until 12 o’clock, which didn’t allow me to sleep. Also, why was my bathroom door see-through? Completely inappropriate considering I stayed with colleagues. Lastly, the tea/coffee sachets were not replaced by hotel staff/ room service, and there were used tissues under my bed soon arrival.

I like this hotel because the rooms are nice size with modern interiors. Nice restaurant and bar menus and nice service. If only they had the option to sit outside in the sun on nice days.

Very nice really. Friendly service and a person there also speaks German, which has made a lot of easier for us. Happy again! The rooms were also great. Just great!

Clean hotel and great location to visit the city, close to the beach I would recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel! Staff who were able to advise us on our stay in The Hague. Parking is 19.5 euros a night much more advantageous than to park in town or at the beach! On-site sale of the daily ticket for the tram, frankly no head shots and a very restful night thanks to a bedding at the top!

Very accommodating of our large group that was perpetually in need of something. Good use of light and space in lounge. Easy to get to by road from Amsterdam, many possibilities to explore by bike, taxi, or footpath.

Impeccable service. Room very clean and well appointed but small. Bed comfortable. Executive lounge has all we need and more for breakfast and happy hour if you can score it. Only down side was noise outside on a windy night for museum/sea facing rooms. Very nice otherwise.

Fantastic Hotel… Exquisite breakfast… It's not economical but it's worth it.

Very nice hotel with very courteous staff. Cosy hotel bar with a good selection of drinks and nuts are served. Near the entrance there is always water with lemon and Melissa:-) The hotel is located in the middle of a quarter with many international facilities such as Europol, parts of Eurojust and many others.

1. Too cold. I could not increase the heating and although I complained, nothing happened. 2. I ordered a stake at the restaurant and it was the worst stake I have ever eaten. Too tough couldn't be cut and rear although I ordered it medium to well. 3. Very good service. 4. The personnel was very polite. 5. The room was very clean.

The room is spacious and modern, but the bathroom dates from another time… Damage!

A very nice location in the better side of The Hague. The direct area is a bit quite but everything is close. The nice shopping street De Fred and the beach. But also the city center is only 10 minutes bike ride or tram away. The comfort room for families are great and the platinum lounge is very nice and well assorted. We like to stay here with the family.

I am staying in The Hague Marriott Hotel after being stranded due to bad weather cancelling my flights. I've never been so pleased by service anywhere, as I am with how the wonderful staff have helped me out. Especially with no luggage. They have gone above and beyond even lending me an adapter to keep my phone in service as I wait on the call from the airline. I'm on a day to day stand by and have been able to extend my stay twice at very short notice at a very reasonable price for how beautiful my room is. I already have, and will continue to recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen.

Centrally located, it is fast in the city centre or by the sea.
The service is attentive and friendly.
The rooms are quite clean and pleasingly quiet.
The breakfast buffet is growing through, fruit as well as yogurt and cereal are very appealing and there is regular coffee at the fully automatic vending machine.
Unfortunately, the cheese was already wavy and dried.
The hotel also has ample parking spaces, which are also monitored by video.

Nice place, looks very fancy. The prices a rather high, so it's only really worth it if you get a good deal for the rooms. Most of the staff are friendly but not all.

Very attentive service and nice reception. The parking lot is always free. The rooms look very good. The breakfast is also delicious.

Pretty good room. Comfy bed. The shower was Nice but made the bathroom go blank which was anoying. Had late check-out but still house keeping and then reception came to the door knocking to ask if we decided to stay a bit longer… So much for a late check-out. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel, only problem of the shuttles too can frequent to go to the airport.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious and well furnished, comfortable beds, awesome mirror in the bathroom that doesn't hazy when you take a shower. Brakfast is tasty, scrambled eggs are moist just right, bacon is delicious, fine smoked fish. Great orange juice.

Modern hotel with great comfort. We sleep there without a noise, in full black, in a perfect bed, thick mattresses and good pillows. Everything is clean, lots of elements are available. On the other hand the dinner of the hotel did not propose vegetables! Breakfast had a great variety of sugar and salty. The reception is professional and pleasant.

We had booked 2 nights for New Year's Eve and were completely satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Only the fridge was not really cold. As a bonus, there was a late checkout on the day of the year. Parking costs Extra!

A very nice well maintained hotel in a good location and friendly staff. Only you quality of breakfast swayed something. On Friday it was top, on Sunday more of a flop. Selection severely restricted or some things were not available on the running tape. Coffee machine was constantly defective so that it came to very long waiting times. There the staff was a bit overwhelmed but still friendly. Overpriced parking spaces.

Very comfortable at a reasonable price. Extremely friendly and charming staff. Was able to get a room without any hassle. It was beautifully clean, fresh and in perfect decorative condition. Well situated for both city and beach or harbour. Would definitely want to stay there again.

The room is spacious and even have a Nespresso machine inside. The service is good and staff are friendly. I highly recommend it!

The reservation was made by a third party and there was no more triple room. The reception gave us two directly opposite double rooms. Fantastically solved.
The hotel is very nice, spacious and modern. The coffee downstairs at the bar is good. The location is okay, but unfortunately not so optimal for my purposes.
I would still like to come back here.

4-Star Hotel von Buenas rooms located between the beach and the centre of The Hague. A very good deal on the part of the hotel workers.

The hotel has a very clean and well kept impression on me. The service was very good and the breakfast buffet was really very umpfangreich. I would reserve this hotel again and I felt very comfortable here. The only thing I didn't like is the parking fee of almost €20 per day.

Actually one of the best stays in The Hague. We stayed here for three nights and it was comfortable. It could definitly be more clean and staff didn't inform the people what happened after kind of fire alarm. Anyway best 'budget' stay in The Hague as it's much cheaper than many others.

Clean rooms, very attentive service. It is located a little far from the center, but there is a very close neighborhood of the hotel with shops, bakeries, bookstores, supermarkets, and whatever it takes.

Three small flats, broken trash can in the bathroom, bed very poorly redone between the two nights and problem bathroom switch and entrance.

Hearty breakfast, impeccable room, and fitness room available! A little star less because impossible to have a pillow without feathers, my friend being allergic.

Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. Friendly staff, but it was odd that many didn't speak dutch in a dutch hotel. For the price of the breakfast, I expect fresh orange juice, more kinds of fruit, special cheeses, … and not just the standard stuff.

Centrally located between beach and Old town very clean and tidy. Staff is polite and nice and speak good English. Generally very satisfied.

The staff were very helpful. Hotel with very comfortable rooms and very varied buffet. If you carry car parking is expensive, 19, 50 per day, but in the vicinity there is often free parking. The hotel is quite far away from the center (it is located in an area of consulates and embassies) making it very quiet and safe. The downside is that there are no ambient rooms. There is also an ideal bosquecito for bike rides (which can be rented in the same hotel). Scheveninge Beach is relatively close by car or bicycle.

While this is not an ideal location for tourists, those who will be spending their visit in the international zone will be very comfortable here. I have stayed here twice and have been impressed by the friendly service and comfortable rooms. I was able to check-in early at no extra charge, the Wi-Fi was reliable and easy to connect to, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-stocked with large, soft towels. The breakfast buffet has lots of options with a nice balance between hot and cold, sweet and savoury choices. The croissants were my favourite — warm and flaky!

3) in the new room, some water were still left in the coffee pot that I gave up my evening coffee.

Very nice hotel, nice and clean room, good and complete breakfast, staf was very helpful and kind. We rented bikes at the hotel to go to Scheveningen and the city, that was so easy and you are also able to see more of the suroundings. We had a good time, and to us, the hotel is great.

Location is a little bit outside the center, but on the way to the beach and with public transportation close. The hotel has been refurbished recently and looks brand new. Rooms are European size but very convenient. The restaurant is nice and breakfast choices are great. Also there is a business lounge with snacks at certain hours and a nice quiet place to have a drink or do some work. I would recommend this hotel unless you are hoping to be in the middle of the vibrant part of town.

Beautiful Modern Hotel with friendly service! We had a room with a view on 8 floor and extra large bed! Breakfast was top! The lady at the breakfast room was very friendly en helpful! Free coffee and water in the reception corner where a nice extra!
Nice furniture in the bar. It was easy to go to centrum with bus or tram. We had a very nice stay in the Hague!

In this year I liked almost everything. The quality of the rooms has improved significantly. Especially the bathrooms. The new type of showers is very pleasant.
There is a little bit to improve the quality of the kitchen (breakfasts) and everything will be fine.
