The hotel is positioned so as to have everything in close proximity, be it shop, restaurant … reception very nice.

The staff is very kind and helpful.

Warm by aircon insted if steem heater. Ferindly receptionist and smooth check in process offered. Good staying and comfortable. Thanks.

I was expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel. No room with bath, just shower. The maintenance room was not excellent. I sow few part with rust and not working properly. But the hotrl is in the centre of the city, really nice location.

I can say the breakfast here is not that even that good but ok to surpass your hungry tummy, the staff is friendly and I request here if I can put some balloons to surprise my friend and they allow me so I think its good.

Incredibly loud, trucks and people going by at all hours. Pipes are always rattling and you can hear people in the other rooms easily. Beds are terrible, they don't have a true king or queen and the twins sag heavily in the middle and are rock hard. Pillows rock hard. Breakfast is meh. I normally stay at Holiday inn express in the states, but I won't bother to anymore. My friend is at the Mercure nearby, it's much better.

The stay in general good. But we were given a parking ticket while we dropped our bags at the hotel door. This was put to warn us. Very careful.

I give you 5 ⛤ per location — price — room size… very well located! (I would add a minibar) We only had one problem with the soap dispenser but they were friendly and tried to fix it (same almost didn't work). The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. It is 1230 am on a Thursday and I cannot block out the thump thump thump of the club next door despite ear plugs in my ears. Apparently this will go on until 4am. I live in a large national capital city in a neighborhood known for nightlife, but this is much worse than normal city noise. Hotel is otherwise fine, but not worth it if you don’t get to sleep!

Nice place, great service. To be perfect you should serve scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast… :)

Cheap, breakfast included and absolutely amazing location. It did the job well for a weekend visit in Den Haag and had very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The room and bathroom were clean and breakfast was nice and easy. Overall happy and would consider using this hotel again in the future.

It is a good hotel, clean and in the middle of the old town. Excellent breakfast.

Nice staf, Good bed, Good shower, Good breakfast. Good location. Room not really soundproof. We slept on the ‘garden side’ of the hotel and we could hear people smoking at the Fire escape and garden at night. Also at 3.30 am the Fire alarm went off and we had to leave the hotelroom for over an hour because the didn’t have the code to reset alarm. Not my best night.

I liked this holiday inn. It was smart and well designed. Breakfast was simple (toast, cheeses and meats, a few pastries) but included in the price. There is no restaurant but the bar serves a few snacks. The room was comfortable, quote spacious, clean, warm and with a big and powerful shower. Very convenient for the station (10 minute walk) and many government buildings. I will stay here again when I come to The Hague.

It's a very clean hotel and the room was fine. The staff was Friendly and helpful. Cons: The room was a bit too warm and we could not make it cooler as the air condition was not working. Early in the morning we woke up from noise coming from the lounge. We realised it was the first people that went for breakfast. We were unable to sleep again as the noise was going to get louder due to more people going there. Conclusion is I would go back but I would make a careful room choice.

I've been spoiled in many 4 and 5-star hotels, but my stay at Holiday Inn Express, The Hague, was no less satisfying. From booking to check-out, I was given to feel "important" and to top that off, their genuine "service with a smile" was the icing on the cake! The hotel was ideally located (for me, at least), with my work place, The Parliament, shopping places, restaurants, bars, bakeries and cafés all within 300 meters in any given direction. If the opportunity arises, I will return to Holiday Inn Express yet again!

I paid for a room the night before so I could go straight to bed on arrival after having been up the previous day and flown 12 hours overnight
The room I was given was stuffy with no opening windows and next to the lift and With a not working AIRCON or any ventilation at all. As a result it smelt and really not good for sleeping in
With only one girl on duty there was little she could do. Now I have to wait 3 hrs for cleaners to arrive as hotel was fully booked last night Thi…s hotel has minimal staff and clearly does not check their rooms

We regularly use this hotel, the staff are always correct polite and helpful. The hotel has a great standard of cleanliness, and is situated ideally for getting around The Haig.

Is placed in the heart of the center, just a minute from the parliament and Mauritzhaus. Everything at a walking distance. For the rest the Hotel offers almost nothing. In the bathroom you can barely find soap. There is no closet in the room and you have to hang your clothes at a small open place too small even for one person No safe, no refrigerator. Breakfast was veeeeery limited. In summary, too expensive for what it offer with the exception of the location.

Decent but nothing special about it. Convenient location for touring the city centre on foot. The breakfast is quite complete. Some first floor rooms have the window to the street and pedestrians can see right in.

The location of this hotel is great. Everything was modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and that your needs are met. The only thing negative I might say is the room felt small but I think that's how all rooms are in these historical districts are.

Nice place to stay, very friendly receptionists, cosy furniture, quiet (at the room I stayed in). Breakfast was good (on par with similar hotels in this area), but a bit limited selection of food.

Great location (it can't get any better in The Hague), professional service by the reception staff, hotel's in a great shape, pretty new and modern. Considering that and adding the price factor, this is excellent. Elsewhere you pay twice that amount for half of the service.

We were really impressed with the service of the staff here. It is such an awesome service. Clean, modern, elegant hotel with friendly staff, located in middle of the city, close to restaurants and pubs. No Parking facility on its own.

Very nice hotel, with super facilities.
The only thing a bit bothered was a missing heater, you could heat only on AC.
And air conditioning the night run bothered then do something.
