I was welcomed warmly and assisted to settle in. I had a wonderful stay and recommend anyone who want to lodge right in a city center.

The rooms are very nice. But bad value for money if room over 75 Euro. Very, very average, and at 17 Euros! There's better in The Hague.

Quite large bedrooms. But the dinner is of poor quality.

Completely okay hotel to stay at for a night. Bed was good, and staff was friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Eco friendly, environmentally friendly Hotel. We loved the fourth bathroom, all in one piece. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central. What we did not like was the bed, very soft and the pillow very fine, we struggled to sleep for this cause.

Very central and good beds. Especially the new Ibis showers stand out. Good value for the price.

Location of the hotel is really great! Rooms are OK. Bathroom is a little like in the camping car (ambiance! ) Breakfast was too expensive for the way! Prefer to go to the area for breakfast! Staff was nice! Give 3 stars because somehow I didn't quite like the atmosphere of the hotel. But it's just my personal feeling.

Perfect location for a reasonable price. They even provide a parking nearby (at the hospital) for 15€ a day. The shower was also so big, the room was spacious and clean. Also loved the decoration of it! Would definitely come back!

Good hotel in The Hague! If you know it's easy to get to the central station on foot! The rooms are of sufficient size and the furnishings are perfectly fine! I would say Ibis Standart! Had a room in one of the higher floors as an upgrade with a nice view over the city! The price was still acceptable for DH! The breakfast I missed at the hotel seemed overpriced to me! All around there are enough options to have breakfast;-)!

Clean, affordable, 2 minutes away from city center. You can eat here, rent a bike or just have a pleasant evening and hang out with some frends in the lobby. It's up to you. There are no mistakes if you chose to stay here.

Good deal for the price. Service was good and the beds were comfortable. Showerhead was a bit leaky but the toilet was decent otherwise. Good location as you can walk to the Grotemarkt and the shopping district from the hotel.

Nice hotel, really close to the city center. Nice lounge. The receptionist 'friendly questions' felt a bit forced, but oh wel. Room looked nice. Our room smelled a bit strange. But did not ask for another, since it was not that bad that it was worth the hassle.

Simple hotel in the centre of the city. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny. However, everything is very clean and the beds are great. For a short stay completely sufficient.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Had only taken a little while before we found the hotel. As you know it from the Dutch, very friendly! The hotel is very well located in the centre and you can also go for a walk in the city.

Decent hotel, the reception staff were great! The restaurant was a huge disappointment though. Breakfast was good… Mixed bag.

But the room was modern, clean, stylish, functional with some great features — open wardrobe, cube multi-plug socket etc. The bar was open whenever I needed it and I could get food at unsocial times — and did! Breakfast was good, I could get soya milk and I was even offered coffee at 4:30am as I waited for my cab on the last day. Great view from the bedroom. All round, a great hotel experience.

I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to stay in The Hague. It's in walking distance to shops in the City Centre and other touristy locations. My room was basic but clean and the bed comfy. I had a view overlooking the garden which meant my room was very quiet. Breakfast variety was good, fresh and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, the whole hotel looks very competent. I go to The Hague almost every month and always look first if the Ibis Den Haag city centre has free rooms.

We had a room on the sixth floor. Quiet with a view of the city. Very well. Breakfast at 16 euros is too expensive in the city center you can have 2 loaves at Chocololat, a the and fresh orange juice for less than 9 euros. The parking during the weekend will cost you about 25 euros if you park in the parking lot of the hospital, sold by the hotel. After the same price per day in the vicinity of the hospital and the hotel. So too expensive but they do not want you to come by car.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel, this invites to stay and be more frequently in Den Haag, we appreciate the service oriented team and the exquisite breakfast, it was positively beyond our expectations. We appreciate and would like to thank the Hotel Director / Manager for his support during our stance, making this a wonderful journey in Den Haag. I will certainly recommend this hotel as the best IBIS hotel ever experienced (and I have seen so so many in Europe! )

Speak neither French nor English, average reception and departure even worse! Parking is stuck to a hotel but at 30 euro a day I leave you imagine a little disappointment on this hotel. Nothing to say.

We've stayed at the Ibis hotel for 5 nights and can highly recommended it. It's location in the inner city makes everything available within a few minutes walk and allows you to save a lot of money on public transport. The staff was very friendly, always polite and very available for all sorts of questions. The room was very clean and tidied up daily. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, always fresh and contained a broad range of healthy, tasty and also typical Dutch food. Only parking was a bit tricky and very pricy, but we found a free car park within a 40min walk. Part of the great service of the hotel is the direct sale of tram tickets, give away of maps and the bike hire. We can only highly recommend it and will definitely visit Ibis again! Thank you for everything!

An expensive night for two rooms needed! Because two adults two children and a baby! Free Baby cot would have been quite as brief not a short stay imperishable! See you in another IBIS…

Enjoy our stay. Locating the hotel after our arrival at the Den Haag Central Station was not smooth sailing but several kind people guided us. The welcome drink of kiwi-banana smoothie is a nice touch. Room is spacious unlike other Ibis hotels we have stayed at previously. Room and the bathroom have modern furnishing. Bed is comfortable. There is even an interesting book on the Hague and Delft in the room. The only fault we had — the shower tray is shallow. We had to turn off the tap several times during shower so that the water does not overflow.

Good service. Stylish room. Close to center and near parking slot. I think it would great to give discount on parking to hotel's customers. Bathroom a little weird — looks like some part of spaceship. For staying one night it was pretty good.

The staff at the hotel is listening at all levels and the reception is satisfactory. The breakfast could benefit from a little diversification and improvement in general. The quality/price ratio is reasonable.

First during my reservation I was assured that a free parking exists for the guests but on the spot no parking or well paying at 15 euro/24h on the hospital parking which is far enough.
Plus we needed a screwdriver and the hotel didn't have any!
In addition we were stung by bed bugs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for the open parking for a fee you have to make several hundred meters and underneath the Hotel you could not stop even for the loading and unloading, being reserved for taxis. Informal, modern and colourful ambience. The rooms are very small, like the bathroom, but clean.

The Hotel ibis Den Haag City Centre is a great hotel. The rooms are functional and to a high standard. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I've stayed here a couple of times for business trips and can't fault the place.

I stayed at this Hotel Ibis several years ago. Room and bed were great. I didn't interact with the staff very much but when I did they were fine. Love the North American style breakfasts. It made my stay in The Hague great. It was close to everything I wanted to do and see.

The rooms are good, dont worry about the beds! Great breakfast! Definiteley deserves 4*.

I would sooner be on the street than booking into this hotel! Your reception staff need to be taught some customer service and should be fired for physically assaulting a client. I will still be putting a case against Danny for pushing over a gentleman last weekend! This is not acceptable and should be fired on the spot! I sincerely hope the management take this up. I am awaiting your response.

Great hotel to stay in for professionals. Excellent and very helpful staff. Very comfortable beds (I mean really! nice beds). Quick check in and check out. Good location in the middle of the city center and a nice garden just behind the hotel.
