The experience as ever is always first class. From the time of check in to the time of departure the staff in all departments could not be more helpful.

Everything is fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Outstanding! We are thrilled with this hotel! The location is perfect! An easy 5 minute walk to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, local historical sites. The hotel restaurant breakfast is excellent, including Prosecco at the buffet, omelets made to order and magnificent pastries made on premise, the pastry chef came around this morning delivering warm fresh delicious pastries to each table personally, a lovely touch. There is even a beautiful garden you can dine in. The elevators are quick, we never waited more than a few seconds. The room was beautifully appointed, very very comfortable bed and bedding, although we have come to expect that from Hiltons. Very nice individual reading lights on each side of bed, tea and coffee set up in room as well as refrigerator. Great Wi-Fi, quick, pleasant check in process. All staff very helpful and English speaking. Excellent lighting in the room. Loved the bathroom, tub and separate shower. Tub was a lovely respite after our long flights. Excellent toiletries; shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion. Make up mirror, hair dryer. Plush robes provided in rooms and easy to program safe. Comfortable desk and chairs if you need a work space. My only feedback is no USB outlets. If you have 110 plugs you will need a conveter. La Liguria Italian restaurant 4 minute walk. Best italian restaurant outside of Italy. Get a Sgroppino cocktail, you won't regret it. I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and had good amenities. It's location is just nice for a walk to get your leg muscles working to the Spui area. Its reasonably priced especially with this location. Its also not too far from the centraal train station. Will consider this hotel when we visit the city again.

Probably one of the better hotels in Den Haag. It has some minor flaws, like some of the showers are tiny, and the beds are hard, but for the latter you can request toppers that remedy that a little bit. The cocktail bar is excellent, especially for Dutch standards, and most everything is as you would expect things to be in a hotel. Which, in Europe, is pretty rare.

One of the better hotels in the city. For Dutch standards the rooms are pretty big. The beds are very hard, but you can request a mattress topper to make things a little more comfortable. The bar has unique but very good cocktails.

Hotel very good. Spacious room and nice restaurant to do. For breakfast still nothing to say all the staff gracious and smiling despite language problem. So excellent hotel to do absolutely.

Very good, the room is large, there is a safe refrigerator mineral water, safety factor is also high, near a river, and to the seaside tram, to the station bus. It's the Dutch place. Tickets are a bit expensive, more expensive than Paris.

Great location the other side of the city where the architecture is older and quaint. The staff were really friendly and accommodating I've r our 4 night stay, always eager to speak or acknowledge your presence. The rooms were clean and modern. There was plenty of choice too at breakfast where again the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel comfortable. We also used the bar in the evening and again the service was excellent. Fully recommend.

Friendly staff, clean modern rooms and a great location summarize the Hague Hilton hotel. Just down the street from the King's working palace, and only a block away from the Carnegie sponsored peace palace, the hotel is located very centrally and walking distance from many sights (the Panorama Mesdag, a 360 degree life size painting is literally right next door, and the tram brings you straight to the beach in about 10 minutes). Definitely a great location for visiting the Hague.

The cocktail bar at the Hilton the Hague is staffed by very talented men and women. You are able to order drinks that are not listed on the menu, as long as you know the ingredients used. The service is very good with a waiter always on the lookout for your needs. In the weekend they have a dj. A very nice place to go if you have a craving for nice cocktails in a private setting.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and our reception was once again friendly and efficient. We ate in the hotel restaurant last night and immediately noticed a change of menu and the warm ambience with an excellent selection of both meat and fish dishes a range to cover all tastes. The cold meat plateau with dips was excellent. The Angus burger was beautifully cooked and flavoursome. All washed down with a pint of the local 'Blond' amber nectar! The staff were were attentive and friendly. An excellent evening.

Place was cozy, but you would expect more in terms of space in a brand such as the Hilton. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were nice. The location was perfect. Amazing service.

Large space with a nice interior for a standard room. Bathroom is very nice and always cleaned up as it should. Bed is more then large with a good TV and work desk as well as a reading corner next to it. My room was on the street side but I had no issues at all from cars passing by even with the windows open. The parking lot underneath the hotel is very convenient! Breakfast of the hotel was great as well, much to choose from going from bread to oatmeal and so on. You even have a chef making your eggs the way you want and you can order pancakes/waffles as breakfast if you want to.

Service and quality are always top notch here, I've stayed here at least a dozen times and always come back. Perfect location on the nicest shopping street in The Hague, many Galleries and restaurants within minutes. More of a boutique hotel feel than a standard Hilton.

Nice hotel, we had a meeting there, room was good but had a problem with the beamer… Lunch was really nice. Coffee is good. Had dinner after the meeting, but we had to wait long time. We did book in advance.

The hotel is in a very central location and offers nice spacious rooms with a large bathroom. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the in-house underground parking is comparatively expensive and the Wi-Fi is only used for a hefty surcharge.

Pros: — Very nice, renovated and modern rooms — Executive Lounge available — roof terrace — 4 German programs on TV (ARD, ZDF and unfortunately both RTL) — Check Out in the Executive Lounge What you are used to from good 5 star hotels but is not available here: — Lighting in the room is very bad (I say this, although I don't usually need light in the bathroom in the morning) — No water as a welcome in the room — Check In despite executive etc. Not earlier than 2pm was possible (why comes in the next point) — room service not in the morning, but at 4pm-5pm?!? (You're just coming back from your day trips) — used stuff stopped (cup) — can happen times — Before other rooms, the food piled up from Room Dining and wasn't cleared away for several hours (see picture), although it's right in front of a lounge — concierge — — > not available. Proof several situations: 1. On arrival no one at the hotel entrance and no stand that would show that there is anyone else standing there. Suitcases thus dragged to the reception themselves (which is ok for me as a young person, but does not fit this class of hotels) 2. Since it was only 11:30 o 'clock, no check-in was possible. Despite executive booking was not offered to wait in the lounge. But baggage could then be stored (according to our request) in a room. When we came back after the agreed 2 hours, the room was not finished. Now we have been offered the executive lounge area to wait. Other guests in the lounge were also affected.

Nice hotel with standard rooms and everything you'd expect from a Hilton. Location is also good, between the center and the international zone of The Hague so everything is easily accessible. There is also a tram conveniently located around the corner. The hotel breakfast is very good, as is the restaurant for dinner. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Very modern hotel with nice, good size rooms and friendly staff. Bathrooms come with nice amenities have a modern design and all have bath, shower toilet and sink. The rooms have a sitting area for 1 person as well and fully stocked minibar and kettle. A large TV is mounted over a desk that is fine for doing some work, although it's not very deep so not that great for extended periods of work. The location is great near the city center and close to many nice restaurants. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. Staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful (Special thanks to Sven for the professional and warm welcome! ). Rooms are nice, very silent and clean. Breakfast buffet has everything you need to start your day. Gym/fitness center is open 24/7. You'll find also a hair stylist and Starbucks in the hotel. Can recommend this hotel 100% will stay here definitely again. Tot ziens!

Lovely rooms with a good atmosphere. Staff is really nice and very helpful and you can bring your car as there is a car park below the hotel.

The rooms were big enough for us, but could have been cleaned a little better. All in all I have to say that the Ritz (Wolfsburg) impressed me a lot more and I felt much more comfortable there. However, this also explains that we paid for the hotel room here at the Hilton only minimally more than in the other 3-4 ages hotels in the area. We would look for another accommodation next time.
For info: With German you do not come back to the recipe of Zion, which was not a problem for us, but others should know that!

The walk from the parking garage to the hotel entrance could be better with more signs. We found ourselves in a bit of a maze going to and from the hotel entrance from the parking area. The interior was nice. The open area between the bar and different mtg aread was nice with a glass top. The actual meeting room decor was out of date but the room was equipped with enough visual audio equipment. The banquet staff were speedy and courtious. The late night front desk person was also friendly.

We have booked the a room 2 month in advance and as we arrived at reception at the middle of the night after a long day in the city, our room was given away and the concierge told us they HAD to send us to the Marriott by a taxi. They had been extremely polite and excused themselves many times, but still we had to wait for 15 minutes for the taxi and get to another hotel, that is technically not in the city centre. We also insisted on the taxi back in the morning and a breakfast at Hilton and they had been very open to all the suggestions. Nevertheless nobody contacted as today from the hotel to find out how everything went and if we had any other requests. The breakfast was nice, but nothing special. Very crowded and the service was quite minimal. Not really what I expected from a 5 start rated hotel.

Superb rooms and nice bar with terrasse overlooking a canal. Downside (or upside depending how you look at it) is that it's not close (1km) from the commercial streets.

A very good business hotel. Located conveniently close to Den Haag station and just 45 min away from Schipol Amsterdam with train connections. A taxi will also take you from station to hotel and back for €12

Nice hotel at a great location. Staff was friendly, giving us our room a couple of hours early free of charge. Clean and fairly affordable. Easy to reach via public transport. Continental breakfast was excellent as it usually is with the Hilton hotels. I do recommend having dinner elsewhere though as there are lots of restaurants in the area that are more affordable.

Good location, nice steak dinner. Meeting rooms are good and they have excellemt coffee. Staff are helpful. Lunch was slightly disapointing in terms of choice.

Stayed here for about a week. The Hilton here is very well designed. It bears a lot more elegance than I'm used to in the U. S. And even in other parts of Europe. The staff was in general nice and helpful. I like the self-serve coffee at breakfast — most of the days I just took a whole canister back to my table. I'd like more healthier breakfast options outside of yogurt and fruits — I can only do that for so many days. I got the weed burger (no, it's not that kind of weed) from the restaurant while working late one night. It was expensive (! ) even by hotel standards, but it was delicious.

The service leaves much to be desired, a spoiled evening and unprofessional staff be careful when they charge you.

A terrible experience: I thought it would be a 4 stars service, but the staff is incompetent and the safety in the restaurant is ZERO! My purse was stolen during breakfast, as anyone can come in and go as they want. You think you are in a safe place, as the guests have to give their names to enter the room. And you are not: only the thieves don't have to give their names! The staff saw the thief and said nothing (well, they saw him and let him go but didn't say anything before I saw my purse was gone. ). A good thing though: they have video surveillance and could confirm that a hooded guy left the restaurant with my purse. ) And don't ask the management for help: they'll let you down for sure. Sooooo bad.

You pay extra for internet — that's awesome nowadays. Our king size bad wasn't so comfortable to me, but this might be a subjective experience. Very friendly personal, quite nice room design. The hotel location is perfect to discover the nicest parts of Den Haag.

Had some minor complaints in the beginning. The staff tried in their limited capacity to address them. After word got to management that I was not a happy guest, they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make things right. Excellent communication with management left me with the feeling they took my complaint seriously, addressed them, and were looking for ways to prevent other guests from the same problems. Facilities are nice, but its the staff that make this place. After this recent experience, the hotel could one day be dilapidated and filthy (it's not). With staff and managers such as them, I would still come back anyway, I wouldn't care. Seriously, the people working here are that good, and I've stayed here multiple times over the years, many of the staff have been here since opening. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, convenient in WillemsPark neighborhood, which is beautiful, you'll love this place. Just remember you're in NL, so the rooms will be the size of your typical U. S. Coat closet, but this Hilton is a bit larger than typical hotels in this area. In a nutshell, this hotel is practically brand new, clean, convenient, with excellent services. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
