A cool and stylish ‘hotel’ in the centre of Rotterdam with gorgeous rooms, stunning views over the city and incredibly helpful staff. We were here for a wedding and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. We could not fault this place from its very central location to the attention to detail in the apartment — highly recommended; you will not be disappointed!

Spectacular and great staff.

Amazing location modern building. Parking is amazing. They give you a number that you call to open the garage and take your car to parking by an elevator. Nice.

Modern rooms with a great view. All appliances were up to date and the staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. Will stay again.

Great location and apartment features. Only real issue is small number of plates/cups/silver ware available for use when preparing more complex meals. Quality of furnishings is quite nice. Adjustable bed was a fun bonus. Would stay again. :)

Nice apartment in a good location 1. Facilities: Beautiful designed apartment, chic and simple kept in white. With the most necessary equipped kitchen. There is also plenty of storage space available. Bed with electric slat grate. Fully glazed fronts offer (of course, depending on the location of the app. Or studios) great views over the city — just at night really great! Coffee machine including Nespresso capsules are available. Bathrobe and possibly slippers would be to take with you if needed. If you pay attention to details, the light in the bathroom could be brighter and the water pressure in the shower could be improved. 2. Cleanliness: basically really fine. Only the pendant lamp — if one chooses such a clear one — should also be neatly cleaned, as here every strip is visible and the appearance diminishes;-) Cleaning is not done daily — but is also an app. And no hotel in the sense, so absolutely OK and is also communicated. 3. Location: Very well located, right in the pedestrian area — perfect starting point for shopping and other activities. BHF Centraal, Markthal easy to reach in about 10 min on foot. The station Beurse, from which all metros run is just around the corner. 4. Conclusion. Recommended and comfortable for the city trip, staff very friendly and helpful.

I stayed for a weekend in one of their apartments. The view is breathtaking! Large Bay Windows surrounded the entire apartment. Ideally located in the city center which is very convenient.

Location ideally located.
Malfunctions in the different lighting and heating.
No instructions for electro devices.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wooow. It was a wonderful stay in the Appartement. Beautiful view fom the 16 th floor. Very modern and comfort. Shops, bars etc just everything in the near. I would give you 6 stars :) thank you.

Great place to stay. Right in centre. Cool elevator parking. Reception helpful. Good with kids.

They have good appartements. All the facilities you need (could do with a bit more coffee haha). Interior is modern and very white. This doesn't affect the cozyness though! The location is extremely central and convenient.

Fantastic location right in the middle of downtown Rotterdam. Very contemporary looking interior. Excellent view from the balcony. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Friendly staff, Ish who works in the reception office is very helpful explaining how to get around town and places to see and eat.

Visited Rotterdam with my Partner in March after being on many trips and holidays together, we decided to stay at Urban Residences in a suite. On arrival we were met by a polite gentleman who was happy to store our luggage as we had arrived before our room was available. The apartment was clean, contemporary, stylish and had everything we required and more! Towards the end of our 10 night stay we enquired as to whether we could upgrade to the penthouse for the remainder of our trip which was not a problem. The penthouse apartment did not disappoint! The views were spectacular and the perfect edition to our already much enjoyed visit to the city! Overall, highly recommend! Staff and accommodation were faultless and we will be returning :)

Beautiful views, Wi-Fi is great some days and shoddy on others, kitchen is kind of weird. There's a ton of empty drawers, no cutting board, and very dim. But beds are comfy and washer/dryer are handy.

Good price. Nice view. Clean place. Nice kitchen. Excellent staff.

Wow, what a surprise. The apartment was extremely beautiful, with classy furniture — flos lamps and other pieces from famous designers. Extremely good value for money, as a studio apartment can have up to 4 bed spots. Perfect location in the city centre. Staff was extremely friendly.

Very nice view. Studio apartment very large but kitchen area had all the gear but no work surface for prep and serving. Also no freezer so no ice for the spirts or ice bucket Shame about that great been on the balcony looking out onto city but with bottle lager.

We stayed at this wonderful place in August and loved it so much, we've already booked another weekend. A very clean place, stunning view and friendly staff. Our home away from home. Highly recommend. Rotterdam is a lovely town with easy access to The Hague and Amsterdam.

Fabulous. All in one word. Clean, modern, comfortable and well located with every modern convenience.

Everything is good, except the ac, they dont have ac.

Is zentrall and we were super nice, for two nights here, l (rotterdam marathon) absolutely perfection site.

Beautiful location, great view, nice service! I will come back for sure.
