It's clean and quiet. The menu of meals is varied. It's close to downtown Delft, and there's a lot to see. The surrounding scenery is beautiful.

Positive experience to the fullest. The hotel has great service, precise and friendly. The room I stayed in was large, clean and equipped with all the amenities, including the wire. The price paid against the service received was low. I had never stayed in this chain, but I will definitely keep it present for the future.

Good business hotel conveniently located next to the highway. Very friendly staff at the reception desk and bar. Breakfast is also very well done.

I had lunch here as it's quite close to my work. The lunch is nice but a bit expensive which is not a problem but I expected a bit more from the dishes. The outside space is great to sit when the weather is nice. I would personally not go for an inside lunch. Going inside for lunch might feel a bit awkward as I was during 3 times visiting never greeted by staff and the dining area looks empty after breakfast. I just spoke to somebody and told them we would be sitting outside after which we were quickly served. I never stayed a night in the hotel itself but the rooms are supposed to be decorated with influences from the nearby IKEA which also shows in the lobby.

It's a nice hotel. Responsive staff. That's just during breakfast for a long time not cleaned at breakfast tables, so sometimes a lot of places are occupied by dirty dishes.

It's a fine hotel with all the stuff you'd expect — no problems there at all. Staff are generally friendly, food is OK… All very corporate and bland. But why would you visit one of Europe's most beautiful cities and then stay in a hotel opposite Ikea on an industrial estate?

Very nice IKEA Hotel next to the local furniture store. Nice interior, great bar crew, nice breakfast. If you are in Delft for business this is quite a good choice, easily accessible from the major roads. For tourists this is ok as well, but there are more suitable places downtown. We liked our stay here very much!

Nicely equipped hotel with fridge in the room, fitness room, and lundry room. The room was clean also.

After shopping at Ikea we wanted a good cup of coffee. Since the Westcord Hotel is only a 2 minutes walk we decided to go there. I loved the ambiance at the entrance. A nice bar and a open fire place. We were welcomed very nicely by the hotel personal and drunk a very nice cup of cappuccino.

Very nice modern hotel. If its appropriate to your location. Definitely a nice place to stay.

The hotel. Lobby is noise, the fitness room and Sanna not well. Managed, the man was at the Sanna of women.

We checked in the hotel on25-out26March. Our room number was 105 (triple room) We found that our money 1370 Euro+16500 Thaibath were stolen from our handbags (3ofus) left in the room while we went down for ABF7.30a. M26March.
We were shocked for this terrible incident happened in 4 stars hotel.
Hope the hotel will investigate and take action seriously for this case.

Super slept and friendly staff.

The hotel lounge has an ambient atmosphere and tables near the windows are equipped with power connectors and mobile phone charger outlets. Customer service is wonderful and one good place for a meetup if you are somewhere around Delft IKEA.

Located near the highway exit. This makes it easy accessible. Walking distance from the IKEA Delft store. Room was nicely decorated and had a spacious bathroom. Free use of Wi-Fi, fitness area and sauna.

Good hotel, modern and comfortable. Good free internet. Big bed, lots of plugs, and room size good. Breakfast varied and good. It is on the outskirts of Delft next to an Ikea, but it takes 12 min walk to downtown and it is a very nice walk.

Clean rooms. Friendly personal. It's not the most beautiful Hotel from the inside but still a nice place. The breakfast had a wide range of selections and was very nice too.

Stayed here for work during a period of 4+ months during which it became a second home to me. Nice rooms, good food and friendly employees. Bonus points for their well-equipped fitness room!

Really nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. Only niggle is that it could be a bit cleaner, coffee cup ring mark on the bedside table and a tiny bit grubby looking in grout on the bathroom tiles. If it wasnt for that it would be 5 stars!

The costs were very unclear. We arrived with a bunch of people who made reservations before via phone or internet and we paid all different amount for the same rooms. The breakfast was nice but pricy. My shower was really sad and droopy. But the others had good showers. I told the lady at the counter the next day, she was kind and helpful. Still we paid different prices for the same rooms. The beds were good.

Excellent hotel. Modern and relaxed style, friendly and very attentive staff and great food in the restaurant. Rooms are spacious and stylish. Super clean. Has the necessary free Wi-Fi, hair dryer and toiletries. Anything you ask for they will find for you even if scissors in my case! Excellent service by staff. First floor has a private lounge area and an Escape room which was great fun after a week of work. It's 15min away from the Rotterdam airport and it will cost €25-30 by cab. Definitely recommend it.

Everything was great, from the reception lady to the breakfast the next morning. The room was spacious, comfy and very cosy. We took a room service for dinner and it was very good and easy! Very good stay for us :)

We arrived after a case of over booking at the hotel SS Rotterdam, directed us here the night manager, it was a relief to find a nice hotel, clean and with super professional and polite staff.
A curiosity: It is furnished from top to bottom with Ikea material.

Accustomed to the WestCord chain, I'm not disappointed! The hotel is located on the outskirts of Delft, a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Feel free to go through it, this will allow you to discover the neighborhoods. Namely: there is no pool.

Hotel with very good facilities, at a very reasonable price, a decent restaurant with a fairly varied and copious breakfast buffet, gluten free bread available.

A very nice hotel, which (probably not only because it physical location) feels a bit like an IKEA showroom.

From the friendly reception staff welcome, to the functional, well-equipped and pleasant meeting rooms, all the way to the excellent lunch, I was very pleasantly surprised by the Westcord hotel and staff. Would definitely plan a meeting here again!

The view from outside is just gorgeous. Sometimes they do some light work to make it more appealing. I have not stayed in the hotel though.

Westcord Hotel Delft is beautiful. Good location. Cozy. But especially the friendliness is the most noticed me. Our daughter was her bikini in hotel forgotten. The staff was so friendly and has sent to us by mail to the forgotten bikini. This is super friendly. And we have a very nice weekend in the hotel. Delft City is a very good and fast to reach. Everything was to your liking.

We enjoyed our stay (s) at the WestCord Hotel! (. A couple of times). Positive: The Hotel is really comfy, rooms are quiet, always clean. The Sauna and Gym is at the topfloor of the building with a great view. Even the food is tasty and the breakfast has a variety of nice food. You can rent bicycles if you like. The service was friendly and helpfull (once I lost something and they really tried to help me). I personally like the way it is styled with all the IKEA stuff, kinda fells like home a little bit, doesn´t it? :) Negative: The located area of the WestCord is like an area zoned for economic activities (you need to know, that there is IKEA with its huge parking area in front of the hotel). But on the other hand, the WestCord is very close to the highway and really easy to find. You are in the Citycentre of Delft in 4 Minutes, which is okay. Tip: If you have enough time, visit Leiden and the Scheveningen Badplaats (20 Minutes by car).

Everything here is styled by IKEA.
