Where do I begin. We went to Casa Mia restaurant for a quick lunch. This quick lunch, however, turned into a lovely little 2+ hour lunch.
My sister ordered the crumbed mushrooms, not available. Nephew ordered pizza, not available (however, this one is because it was too early and they didn't serve it yet). My step dad ordered a burger. 30 min after ordering, the waiter came out and said sorry there is no burger buns. After 30 min? Okay. He then ordered the eisbein steak (like my mom).
My food arrives, along with my nephews. My sister's arrived 5 min later. We wait. My mom's food arrives FIFTEEN (15) minutes later. Our food is cold at this point waiting for the rest of the food to arrive. My mom's eisbein is HARD, she barely ate it. We wait.
And wait.
And wait.
We go ask what is happening because my step dad has yet to receive his food. The waiter says he can't do anything; it's the kitchen. Almost THIRTY (30) minutes later, his food finally arrives. A HARD EISBEIN.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would but alas here we are.
We aren't picky, usually have a good time but this was probably the worst experience of dining ever.
Not bad, but more improvement need on the Wi-Fi connection as well as the TV channels. Only one channel works which suck.

I had the worst experience at this place the food is terrible. I had a sweet and sour chicken and it was so bed and old I had to send it back and they expected me to pay for it after I have not eaten it. Terrible. The service was okay.
