We had a pleasant stay at Obelix Guesthouse. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The arrangement was just perfect and comfortable for my family. The location was central to most areas of interest. Breakfast was served hot and prepared to our liking. Thank you for the home away vacation experience. Will definitely come back and highly recommend it to all👌🏽

We had a pleasant stay at Obelix Guesthouse. Easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. Good location.

Obelix offers family-friendly accommodation. While the facilities may look a little dated, they are clean and comfortable. Service was excellent, and the owners kindly allowed us to use their braai room and restaurant in the evenings. It’s a perfect stop when exploring Lüderitz.
For those in the area, you must visit Kolmanskop, the harbour and Dias Point.

Decor is old in the rooms. But everything was there (no tvs) kettle etc.

Friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms in the corner can't pick up the Wi-Fi signal and dstv didn't work.
Entertaining kids in the evening before bedtime was not ideal.
Still, good value for money.

The Obelix Guesthouse is located very well in the center of town, close to the ocean. You can reach all the points of interest in a short walking distance, including shops and restaurants.
Swakopmund has a very nice atmosphere and is without any doubts the most charming town in Namibia! The rooms are big enough and mostly have a balcony as well.
Don‘t miss the roof terrace with nice views of the town and the ocean.
The entrance is hidden in the back of the building and there is a private parking area.
The breakfast area is not very pleasant, but the food was good. Wi-Fi was okay.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Lots of towels. There is a shower gel. There is a refrigerator. Convenient parking.

Very easy to find, friendly staff and a huge restaurant where you can braai on an built-in braai, what more can you ask for!

We stayed in the family room which had 5 beds — very comfortable and had everything we needed for a night. Excellent service from friendly staff, and very good food. Short drive to the harbour. Thank You!

The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for first timers in Luderitz.

The room has everything needed and a comfortable bed and pillows. There is secure parking in front of each unit. They only served breakfast (which was included in the price) which consisted of breads, freshly baked muffins, jams, cheese, cereals and joghurt from the buffet. Included is eggs, bacon and sausage on order.

Best place to stay in Luderitz. Rooms are clean. Nice pillows and good beds after a long travel. Food is good and friendly staff. I can recommend it to anyone to stay. Not far from any sites to see. Not for me to say anything go and see for yourself.

Incredible stay — almost entirely thanks to manager Lourinda. Room was safe, clean, comfortable, good value for money. She helped organise all my tours, gave great local advice — offered laundry and airport pickup (chargeable) I was very grateful. Exceptional customer service. Free parking. Night security. Luggage store. There’s car hire on site. Town is walkable. If you have an issue, they will fix it, or address it very quickly. They even helped me clean my hire car. I have had an unforgettable stay.
Breakfast needs a little improvement, not the best. But they will made you a little “to go pack” (give them notice the night before) if you have an early start — and to be honest this was better food than what was served in the restaurant. Lots of nearby options for food anyway, no more than 5min walk. They offer pre-booked dinner, but I didn’t do this so can’t comment.
Please give Obelix your business — you won’t regret it! Allow 3 days to see all the sights and tours!

Secure parking and very helpful staff. The breakfast included in the price is always an extra bonus. Thank you for having us.

Upon our arrival we were greeted very friendly by Elizabeth, who became our go-to for just about everything. We stayed for 5 nights and by the time we left, we felt like family.
The rooms were very basic, no air-conditioning or ceiling fans, but fulfilled in all other aspects.
For us, it was a little family gathering and it was amazing to have built relationships with the staff, security and owners. Would love to go back one day.
